I used to love love love the employees who who worked in the pharmacy. I've been going there since it first opened. Now, the pharmacist is a total jerk and says rude unnecessary comments about your children out of the blue. They promise you your prescriptions at a certain time and they are never ever ready. And then you stand in line just long enough waiting for them to get your prescription from the basket, mind you it's already filled, and then they say oops sorry can't help you, my computer just went down. And I was waiting for 15 minutes. I have never had a good experience since the new punk pharmacist and the rude ass girl started. They are both rude as hell and have always been rude. And i come weekly. Its miserable coming here now. I don't know his name but the pharmacist drives a black volvo. My family gets hundreds of dollars worth of prescriptions per month. I will be pulling all of my precriptions and refills and taking them elsewhere. But I will say that the 2 guys who run the window are awesome.

July 10,2020 11am We werr very impressed the moment we walked in this CVS!!! We had never been there before. The store w,as neat clean and more than that it just had this ambiance with a pleasant calmness about it. The cashier that day was Andrea. While ringing up her customer she greeted us with a smile and a genuine tone made us felt welcome right away. She does a great job anticipating customer needs and her commuication is fluid and parallel while ringing us up. As a cashier myself I know the job details and a customer I knew I had just received the best customer service ever of any establishment I've spent my hard earned money at hands down across the board. If I'm in that area I'd go out of my way to go there where I felt welcome!! I hope her employer knows they got a keeper with that worker!!

If I could rate as no stars I would. I Picked up medication for my son yesterday and was given the wrong medication I called him today to ask if I can bring the medication back to return it because it was not the right prescription and receive my money back they told me no and it was they felt that they feel the wrong medication be where of this CVS . I inform the Manager I was going to report them to the board and that is exactly what I am going to do I do not think it is right that you have to keep a prescription that you did not request for...They also refused to give my money back and turned around and told me to double up on the medication and gave it to my five-year-old son I know they are not a doctor..

I am completing this review while I am on hold for the pharmacy. I have been on hold for 23 minutes with no one but the automated telling me about flue season... going on 24 minutes ... all I want to know if my script was called in and is it ready. I'll submit this when they answer. I am about to get in my truck and drive to this cvs store, 67th Ave and lower buckeye. On hold 32 minutes, I arrived at the store. 5 staff members on duty and two cars in the drive through. Attended acknowledge me 5 minutes after I arrived to inform me the insurance dont cover the medication. I decided to do this after my wife was on hold for 47 minutes and ended up driving th this location. Smh...

I was in there today 1/24/16 and Brittany was extremely rude to Wayne, the cashier whom was ringing up my stuff. She kept yelling about neat points and began knocking stuff off of the counter behind the register. Then proceeded to slam drawers because he asked for ones for his drawer. Very unprofessional. I don't care how new an employee is or if they entirely suck at their job but to be that blatantly rude and disrespectful in front of customers is something your company should look at. I will not be returning to this location. Wayne deserves a high five for remaining calm and maintaining a smile through all of that.

The cashier Joshua is very nice and friendly. I dont know how he could keep a smiling face working in this location but more power to him. The store is dirty. Stained, gross carpets, a musty pee smell throughout the store. The bathroom...holy hell...was soooo nasty. Stains everywhere, dusty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I was scared to go but I had to. The best part? No soap to wash your hands.. the door handles are grimy and filthy. I had to find hand sanitizer quick. This store is deeply neglected.

First of all I only left a one star because I had to get to this page truly one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had . Was Profiled as a shoplifter as soon as I walked in the store. I was with My girlfriend who had wanted some tweezers and I was hasseled by the lady while looking at the tweezers. Store is fine.. Always getting discounts but this CVS has rude and racist people working there.. As soon as my friend, husband, I walked in they announced to do an "aisle check" and literally ended up with cashier..They need classes on how to be corgial and stop labeling people on the way they dress or what race we're from.. I always shop at CVS and never been so disrespected as a customer.. I'll just go back to the one I always go to.

Has store brand products. The customer service is well above other places in the area. The staff were willing to stop what they were doing and look for a product in the back of the store. There were two options to check out, the standard register and a kiosk. Ample parking. But overall was the customer service and the knowledge of the products they sold. Oh ya, they often have buy one get one free.

I walked in to pick up my prescription at the cvs 67ave and lower buckeye and the pharmacist Aaron was very rude. I am very dissapointed on how he handle my situation. Their was a confusion with my name and he told me that someone else had picked up my prescription. That he couldnt help me. He seemed like he was mad at me for wanting to find my medication. So very disgusted

I’ve never shopped here or been inside, but as far as the pharmacy goes, I’ve been very pleased. They are always nice over the phone and at the window and they are so fast! They always get my medication filled quickly (within a couple hours). When I used Fry’s it would often take days and sometimes would be delayed after that. I’m happy that I now use CVS as my pharmacy!

Every time I've came in to this location the employees have acted like it was a inconvenience to help you.... Tonight when I went they were closed before there listed business hours. Big pet peeve of mine when business hours are not as shown! The only reason I gave any stars was because they seem to have more products then some of the other locations closer to me.

This CVS is nice. I use digital coupons so when I go in I know what I am looking to get. 90% of the time, the items are in stock which is so much better than other CVS I have been too. I’ve had one prescription filled here after surgery and it was ready when I arrived. I never get harassed in the parking lot by strangers either. Its worth checking out!

Came here to get some chapstick for my son, his lips are cracked and bleeding. The clerk told me they could not sell me the chapstick. Apparently the chapstick was not in their system but on display on the sales floor.. he couldn't get help from a manager. My son's lips and our inconvenience at toll because of people not doing their jobs.

Andrea is HANDS DOWN the best worker here. She makes sure everything is okay with your transaction, and makes your shopping experience the best. She always had a smile and she is such a joyful and beautiful soul! She deserved a raise she makes my mother and i shopping experience the best and makes us want to come back for more !!!

The workers in the store very good, but management needs to hire someone to clean the outside! It is called maintenance of your outside! Ridiculous for a national chain to not respect the outside. and it is not because they do it and it gets trashed by others. This side of building has looked this way for months.

I have a trip going out of the country to Croatia and had to finally schedule my booster shot. I scheduled an appointment online and went in to the pharmacy with very little wait. I had just woken up and hadn't taken my ADHD medication, so I forgot where Montenegro was, but other than that it was painless.

This is the worst pharmacy! They are so understaffed or don’t have it together probably both! They are rude and zero customer service! And calling you might as well forget that my husband waited on hold for over 35 mins someone to pickup and say what and they hang up! Need to get it together!

Pharmacy blows. Went to pick up prescription told be ready in 45 minutes. Offered service to text when it was ready. 2 hours 45 minutes later I call they tell me it's been ready. I head over get there by 8:56 to find pharmacy shut down already. Thanks it's not like I need the medication.

Try calling in Precsription the Pharmacist Had an attitude from the beggining used profanity when fax option wasnt available he asked for patients date of birth and yelled when he couldnt here me i replied back and he hang up on me horrible customer service .

Essentially holding my prescriptions hostage. Meds I'm not supposed to come off, and they're "processing" for over a week now. Took 45 minutes to get an actual person on the phone. Then he just fills the prescriptions. What the actual f@#$ is going on here?

I google for CVS with photo service I needed some passport picture I got this one I went in and they do not have Photo department and no employees around to help out I had to make a line just to ask after a while a employee came around and

The Pharmacy Tech girl that works there is literally the most beautiful girl I've seen but I'm not sure what her name is..anyways. This CVS is great, very clean and the staff is very friendly love this place. 5 stars! Nice jobs guys!

The cashier Angelo told me there wasn't a specific item in the store when i called, i drivex over there and it was in the first isle from the register w/ no one in store. For the $10 minimum wage you can get a harder worker.

These pharmacy takes to long always. They either work to slow or don't know how to maximize there time. To me is that the the one in charge of the pharmacy has a don't care attitude and infects the other with it.

They literally never have any prescription ready on time, or they say they don’t have it, every single time. So inconvenient and a waste of time having yours/your family members prescription sent here

Ebony was such a delight, it’s not very often Cvs employees help you any more. She was right there with a positive attitude even finding me some savings with the cvs rewards pass.

There at 8am on Monday wasn’t open waited 15 min still not open. Signs posted outside says store opens at 8a. Employees need to get there on time

Pharmacy staff kicks ass! Always so helpful. Also recently got my flu shot, pharmacist was super gentle.

They get you in and out pretty quick and most of them offer shots too so thats nice.

Extremely rude. They make you feel uncomfortable to even get a prescription filled.

CVS is a little more expensive, but it is convenient for us being 1/2 a mile away
