"I usually get $5"
"CVS, please be advised there is a woman who uses the space next to the ATM at this location as her self-described “office"
Horrid, to say the least. Amer was very belligerent, arrogant, and grossly unprofessional. He did not know how to redeem an extra bucks reward by using the email address. They also ignore complaints regarding the violations their company allows. They accuse recurring shoppers (specifically people of color) of theft. The staff have zero knowledge on how to uphold any form of professionalism whatsoever. Nor do they properly execute de-escalation methods to ensure the customer that they are appreciated. CVS as a cooperate business in its entirety, morbidly neglects to apply their own ethics and policies. The CVS employees also post positive reviews on the website to offset the plethora of negative feedback. The supervisors are just as apathetic as the untrained employees. They pass the buck instead of reassuring the customer that their concerns are valid and will be addressed in a prompt manner. They fail at follow-through when there is a matter of utmost urgency at hand. This CVS location also sells faulty reloadable cards. I've had more than one experience with buying a debit Visa that had missing numbers. I also bought a re-loadable payment card that CVS told me they couldn't reload, although the card specifically states that it can only be reloaded at a CVS location. They are a shining example on how NOT TO RUN A BUSINESS!
I was visiting this lovely town and unfortunately had an emergency and just needed 1 item. I turned to see what I thought would be my savior (CVS) and at 7:55 I thought just enough time to go buy my one and only item but to my surprise I almost run into the entrance doors and was shocked to see that they had closed earlier than what google says and even the sign on the door I knocked and pleaded for them to let me enter to buy my one item and the employees all looked at each other wondering what to do and decided to just shake their heads and hold an “X” with their arms to signify they will not attend to a customer during their open business hours 1/5 is not what I would even rate them I say a 1/20 that was so disrespectful, rude, and not up to par with the customer satisfaction I usually receive from this great company CVS I hope no one else will have to endure the embarrassment of knocking on the door when the store is supposed to be open as if I was not worth their time and my money was not good here.
came into the store today and instantly manager is acting like we were going to steal trying to grab my attention then walking around asked me did I need help so I said yes where's the bleach he pointed and said may be some in this aisle then watched me in the security mirrors I live down the street from this CVS and I felt because of the color of my skin he automoticly thought we were going to steal I spent $48.00 didnt appreciate the assumptions and the watching everyone of color doesnt steal and stealing is not one race of people.
I usually get $5.00 or $10.00 reward deals every month because I have so may prescriptions filled at CVS. And those rewards are usually spent in the candy aisle of the store. Plus the rx staff always greets me and know me by name, and they are always able to process my very complicated insurance plans.
CVS, please be advised there is a woman who uses the space next to the ATM at this location as her self-described “office.” She is always there, and gives permission the use the machine. It’s just a little creepy having someone watch transactions being made.
I go to Galileo and i come in here around lunch the staff are sterotyping a lot of us hell some of my friends got kicked out for the dumbest reasons. And we probaly bing in a lot of profits for them what gives
Didn’t have such good experience shopping at this cvs,a lot of things are locked, employees seems to take their time to come, Amer wasn’t helpful. No good store
Elise Wong was the pharmacist! She is very caring and knowledgeable. She also saved me over $100 on medication by helping get coupons. Thank you so much
Pretty, newer store with a big investment in a huge ramp at entrance to make the store & pharmacy wheelchair accessible. Kudos!
Arianna was very friendly and attentive and made me feel very welcome I would definitely recommend anyone to go here
Get gifts and Ghirardelli products here instead of at the nearby expensive Ghirardelli shops. Thank me later :P
Management is very irresponsible. They kept expired juice in aisle. So watch first and then buy.
Such sad little store, the inside feels old and sad. So many items were behind locks and keys.
Closing 10 minutes early is not a good way to treat customers. Never going there again.
Always a pretty friendly staff
Asian staff is very helpful.
Good and quick service.
Pretty good store.
