"The pharmacy needs more staff"
"Hands down they’re one of the best pharmacies on the island"
This pharmacy service here is very friendly and accommodating. Some days it doesn't seem that way because the line for pick ups seem to drag on for an eternity. I won't knock them for being busy, but a twenty minute wait on a line with an old man coughing on my back isn't pleasureable
The pharmacy manager Jodi is an incredibly compassionate pharmacist. She really helped me with my medication and finding the best value for me, because my insurance wasn’t covering much. Thank you so much to her! I also appreciate John, who I checkout with in the front. A standup guy.
Went to 5830 Amboy Rd Staten Island to pick up my blood pressure medication after receiving a few messages that it was ready to be told I had no medication ready. Wasted my time going there. The man who took care of me was very indifferent
The pharmacy needs more staff. They are understaffed and overwhelmed. I received a text 3 days ago about medications being ready to be picked up and just waited 45 minutes as they weren’t ready. There was no explanation provided as to why
Hands down they’re one of the best pharmacies on the island. Normally, I pick up medicines for my father but last week we all came down with bronchitis. All I have to say is that whenever I called them, the pharmacist usually picks up the
Pharmacy staff is outstanding.. they are real and have a sense of humor.. very knowledgeable.. only problem is every pharmacy that allows drug addicts to walk in high as a kite especially around elderly couples and children to buy needles
I actually switched from Walgreens who are horrible compared to CVS. Why? Because they offer me the chance to get three months worth of prescriptions. I mean who can beat that? Walgreens couldn’t deliver on that promise or even offer you
Made an appointment for a Moderna COVID 19 vaccine and to my surprise I learned that some information I had about the vaccine series was incorrect. The Pharmacist could not be more helpful and understanding. She checked all the needed
It took me forever to call in their pharmacy. I was calling from doctor office for a pt’s medical information. I called since 1-4:30 and the transfer line was hanged automatically. If pt has any critical issue, you are in charge of it!
Horrible the pharmacist told me she is refusesing fill my medication because I have insurance and won't let me pay cash with coupon. She said they don't take cash only when they feel like they take cash depend what mood the pharmacist
The last 2 weeks I come in there with my bag because I choose not to buy one, and I keep getting followed around the store from 3 different employees and also the manager watching me and they keep looking at my bag as if I’m stealing
The only reason this store still exists is convenience to those who live nearby. Cluttered, outdated and lacking customer service. But, alas, demand is high in NYC and customers do not have much choice.
I WENT IN TO FIND THE 50% CHRISTMAS ITEMS AND I ENDED UP GETTING AN EVEN BETTER SALE THAN THAT. I BOUGHT 3 CLEANING SUPPLIES AND A STRAWBERRY MILK FOR ABOUT THE PRICE I WOULD
Walked to the store on a Sunday night at 9:20pm to find the gate and store closed. The hours state till 10pm. Walked over a mile to get there in the cold, very annoyed.
This CVS has the best pharmacy staff. They’re polite, extremely helpful, and go the extra mile to check prescriptions and answer questions.
Expired vitamins and lack of prescriptions stock that they make you wait 2 week's to fill your order.
Seems outdated and cluttered rather than newer more spacious CVS stores.
People are great and helpful with any thing I needed at cvs
The worst CVS pharmacy I have ever seen in my life!
always empty
