I am very unhappy with the service at this pharmacy. I came to order the medicine and stood in the line for the order. The employee asked what I want? I replied that I would order. The worker asked me again, I repeated. It looked like it was a surprise to her. It turned out that what I needed was not there, but there was an analogue. I asked to order exactly what I wanted. The employee promised me that the order would be the next day. the order came in a day. I came to pick it up and decided to check what they give me. Imagine my surprise when the package included an analog that was available all the time and did not require an order. Seriously? Do employees understand the difference in names and brands when they collect an order or not? Why do that? I clarified and waited for exactly the medicine. If I wanted an analog, I would immediately take it. Then they just took my medicine off the shelf and re-pasted the sticker. I went up to make an order for another patient and the same worker again looked at me in surprise and asked what I want. I am wondering, in this pharmacy, people rarely order in line for ordering? What is the problem? Why such a surprise? I walked around the pharmacy and noticed that some of the counters with goods have no price tags. Does this pharmacy generally have employees who keep track of the price tags? Now I understand why this pharmacy has such a low rating. The service is terrible.
My friend shattered her ankle and had a script for pain killers and was waiting in agony at my house to get a script filled for her .I agreed to go get it ...(seemed simple enough ) ....Oh my God , the Asian woman working at the pharmacy is such a jerk it's outrageous !!! And to top it off her breath is so disgusting. She tried to deny me services , used a bunch of excuses of why she wouldn't honor my friends prescription....then she said I needed her ID , then she said she needed to make sure she had them in stock , then she said she would only give 40 - when the paperwork called For 68 , due to the insurance , I said I'll pay The balance in cash ...then she said no again ! Se said , the payment can't be split it up like that ( which is a lie ) then said - you will have to get the dr to write a new one on Monday . So at 1130 pm I called the dr directly and he is writing a new script and sending it to her now ...so I'm curious what this lazy woman is going to tell me now ..It took 3 FRIKKEN HOURS FROM THE POINT THE DR sent in the revised script at 11:45 !!! I got home at 3:45 Am !!! All because some overworked and I'm assuming overworked and anger power-tripper didn't want to do her job. I have never written a bad review of a place before but this woman at this pharmacy needs to e outed .
What a generally pleasant experience. But not perfect, though: initially, I was made to feel a little stupid at pharmacy: the counter people are slow to assist and generally unattentive and behave, subtly, like you're bothering them! But once I got to the actual pharmacist (a lovely, friendly person), it was fine. The pharmacist was friendly, pleasant and conversationally engaged with me. What an easy-going experience she made it for me! At the counter, though, from the POV of the customer, nothing's clearly marked for us, so the counter girl was initially put off by my simple, initial inquiries. I admit she made me feel a little stupid, which was unnecessary. You might want to figure out why nothing's clearly marked at the counter, especially where we, as customers, should be standing if there isn't a line! The general floor of the store, though, is clean, well-appointed, well-stocked and the floor employees were generally easy-going. This location wasn't always like this: they have a history of having a few strange, rude counter people at checkout, so I'm pleased to see they have seemed to screen for better employees. It's a good, clean, location, considering its high-volume, high-visible area, which I imagine might get unavoidably slammed during peak hours!
This store can be insufferably HOT in the front of store, & chilly (wear sweaters) back in pharmacy. It's relatively new store. Maybe they have bugs to work out, like the electronic-assist front doors. It's actually harder for wheelchair access b/c doors don't work right. Store is stocked with wide varieties but not Lrg quantity of stuff: personal care prods, OTC meds, staples, munchies, some refrig food/bev/alcohol. Store is large, bright, has basic liquor license. (Too) Small staff that get overwhelmed@ times by crowds & occasional street-person. Nextdoor to PantagesTheater, Dunkin☕️Donuts. Across from W Hotel & the METRORed Line Station..(outdoor pot-shop & elevator/urinal☣️☠️..eww!) Start of Hollywood Walk of Fame & 1 blk from Starbucks☕️, & the famous Hollywood & Vine intersection tourist traps!!!
The store was a super crowded but working with Abel made the transaction feel less overwhelming. He was patient throughout the process even when my purchase needed a little more attention to detail. He was kind and seemed calm under the pressure. Shoutout to Abel for his superb customer service. I rate this place 4 stars because the security makes me so uncomfortable. I have multiple weird interactions with the guards and they always make me feel like I’m doing something wrong when I’m not. I can’t shop in peace and they’re sort of rude. Overall I like CVS but feel like they have the wrong people in security positions.
everything was fine up until I asked the security if I can use the restroom, he asked me if my boyfriend was outside waiting for me which was besides the point, I responded what does that have to do with me using the restroom, he started going on how he’s not supposed to let me because of company policy, but if my boyfriend wasn’t outside he could’ve worked something out for me, at that point I barfed in my mouth & just left, so you can use the cvs bathroom according to your relationship status, he was soo creepy too at that
Just because they except your prescription… doesn’t mean you’ll receive it. They have a very limited amount of most things. They will accept orders to fill 10 orders but really they only have enough to fill / dispense to 2 or 3 people. Then when you question they act like it’s your fault and turn the blame on you? Then they will tell you they sent it back?!? Sorry back to where? Then they say you don’t have anything in the system?! Why and how they play game with sick people is NOT RIGHT!!!!
I went Sat. night Aug. 3 2019. Took time to make list of what's on sale. Used app for discounts. Had 5 items to pick up. (Sat. is also last day for weekly sales.) They suposedly close at midnight I was there at 11:45p.m. Locked and closed with only one employee inside shaking his head 'No' when the couple in front of me were jiggling the door. Guess the Manager was hosting a Midnight Birthday Bash at one of the bars nearby.
I gave feedback to an associate to have larger bags available more frequently. That is because otherwise, something really personal is made public. As I told her. She chose to get offended by my feedback. And the pharmacist claimed to me that she could not fill a prescription based on my insurance's unwillingness to cover it. But I had already told her that I was going to pay out of pocket.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not use this pharmacy. They are incompetent. They caused us multiple calls to the Dr and three trips to the pharmacy that could have been avoided if they had looked up my daughters name by last name and date of birth instead of just first name. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. We will be switching pharmacies due to our experience
It was simple to schedule an vaccination appointment for booster and flu. Once I was able to access the app. I let them know I had arrived for my appointment. In no time the pharmacist gave me my shots. In and out in 15 minutes. Not bad. Good experience. Highly recommend site for vaccinations and booster.
I really hope management is able to read this message. Andrew at the front desk has the worst attitude, even getting to the point of being mad because I asked to use my cvs card credit. I really hope you guys are able to change this behavior as I don’t have the fault he is having a bad day
I go here often since I live in the building and have never had a problem until today. The refrigerators were in alarm and ice cream seemed to be completely melted. Notified the staff and they did not seem to care at all. Will walk over to one of the other nearby stores for now on.
Tried to call about filling a prescription, the woman on the phone didn't even allow me to finish asking my question before she started answering me (the answer wasn't even for my question since she didn't allow me to finish talking), then she just hung up on me.
Every time I go in to that store the customer service is always 100 percent the workers are always catering to my needs they always have smiles on their faces and they have positive attitudes. The managers and all the workers even the security guards.
The store itself isn't the fanciest by any means, but the staff working here tonight were some of the most helpful and genuinely nicest employees I've come across at any retailer in quite some time. I don't typically shop at CVS, but I will now.
The service is OK, however, as a customer my wife was not allowed to use restroom. We were told the restroom policy is for their employees only. Any good business should allow customer to use their restroom. We will no longer be going to CVS.
I love CVS more, than any other pharmacy. They always have what I need, and pricing is just right. I would love to get my prescriptions with them, but they don’t accept my insurance.
It was fine. They had my prescription ready and found it quickly. I had trouble finding a place to park, but it turns out that there is parking underneath.
Really slow pharmacy and always have trouble when I Call in, often having to wait for long periods of time to talk to pharmacy. I suggest going elsewhere.
I love this place. My refills are always ready for me and they call me to pick it up. I work across the pharmacy is so convenient for me! …
Excelente servicio al cliente, limpieza y amabilidad. Aunque la visita de homeless no ayuda en mucho, su personal aporta un buen ambiente
Tried calling the store to ask a question about inventory and there was no answer... Called three times...
Uhh, it's CVS. The same as pretty much all of them. They have security at night and it sems to be needed.
Poor, terrible service, unpleasant atmosphere and usually they close earlier than suppose to.
Me sentí feliz de ver que aquí en Los Ángeles había sucursales. Los conocí en NY y los ame.
Love this CVS so far but they need to hire more staff other than that it's cool.
GET BETTER PHARMACY HOURS. They are never open when you need them.
Easy to do vaccination. Friendly, Responsive and helpful staff.
Horrible pharmacy and abnormally long wait times for phone.
The checkout employee Kevin S. was very helpful
