I wasnt too happy with the customer service here smh she wasnt the only one with a bad customer service, lately i have been getting bad customer service here seem like the ppl that work here dont want to work there, i dont think i will be back at this cvs not very polite helpful people"

Ear Wax Removal Svc’s- DON’T DO IT I had wax buildup, particularly in my left ear, so I made an appointment with CVS Minute Clinic on Lemmon Ave. and requested services for “Ear Wax Removal.” I explained, “I had no pain, no allergies, just need wax removed, please.” NP said , “I’ll take a look at your ears, but I’m not gonna go digging for gold.” Immediately. I got up and said, “I think this was a mistake,” I wanted to leave… I let her talk me into staying, she proceesed to take my vitals and looked in my ears and said my ears were clean and gave me instructions to purchase Fluticasone Propionate (Flonase) and Loratadine (Claritin). Umm, what just happened?! I went in for ear wax removal and left with instructions to purchase medication and $100.00 less in my pocket. Understandably, healthcare workers fear bringing Coronavirus home but bedside manners are obsolete with this Nurse Practitioner. She looked into my ears only to pacify me and $BILL$ me. She should look into changing professions…. Pandemic or NO Pandemic. In case your wondering, no I did not purchase meds, instead I bought NeilMed Clearcanal Ear Wax Removal Complete Kit. Tadaw! All Fixed!

I ordered a canvas for pickup. Got the email that it's ready. Also got an alert on credit card app that it was charged on. Went to pick it up. They couldn't find my order. After searching for awhile, they said the canvas printing machine is broken, got my phone number and said they would call back. Never got a call back. Called them a few days later. They said their machine is still down. What was even worse is their lack of concern during my interaction with them. Not even a sorry, but rather a "I told you the machine is broken, I can't do nothing about it". When I explained that I literally got the email that my order is ready for pickup, they basically shrugged their shoulders. Whoever manages this place needs to train their employees better in just knowing how to do their job (they were fumbling around trying to find photo orders, looking in various places) not to mention reasonable customer service. I was even given someone else's order in a box and was asked, is it this one? (It had someone else's name on it). I rarely write reviews, but this place is so shockingly bad that I was compelled to.

Although their sign says parton parking only all others will be towed and parton means customers only and we were customer since we had just went shopping there. I asked to talk to the manager who literally only could say sorry call the tow company it's not us call them. UHHHH someone had to have call the tow company and told them to tow our car so how do you explain towing a customers car within an hour of them spending money in your store. To top off that hot mess/horrible customer service the parking lot literally had maybe 5 cars in the lot and about 30 empty parking spots. horrible experience.

Do not use this pharmacy. Dropped my prescription off at 6 pm. Told it would take an hour and they would text. No text. Checked hours on line then went to pick it up. Open 24 hours. WRONG. Open at 8. AFTER I have to be at work. Asked. To speak to the manager. She tells the poor clerk to give me the information. I demanded to see her in person. She's a machine repeating the CVS customer number with no offer to help. Had to ask 5 times to get her manager number then she refused to spell it. No offer to transfer the prescription closer to my work, nothing to help. No empathy. Just stated she is not responsible for the wrong website info. And absolutely no apology. None. Do not go here

Just a quick tip for those getting a test here: they will not accommodate people without cars. They tell you to wait outside in 102° weather to walk through the drive-thru. This is just humiliating and degrading so needless to say I cancelled my appointment, but not before the pharmacy staff got defensive and started a back-and-forth argument with me, announcing my personal business to the entire store. All I wanted was to cancel. I wasn’t interested in petty arguments, so I really did not appreciate this. Due to this severely unprofessional experience, I will not be returning. Complete waste of time.

Wish I could give no stars , my husband who is African American and very hard-working went in to buy my daughter diapers, wipes and socks ... He was followed from the time he got in till check out , he told the man what are you following me for ? I have money to buy my items, the guy finally went back to the register ... It's kinda sad because he had customers in line waiting and he was the only cashier. We are from NC onlh been in Texas 3 weeks this was a very unwelcoming experience and we will not be returning. You guys really need to think about making some changes because this is unacceptable!

Ok first of all my respect for those in the field.. But i come from a background of hard labor,manual work.you know where ppl actually sweat from construction unloading. Trucks i. Hot hot weather.and you guys are telling me that our nurses and docters are having trouble being an a climate control environment. And cant process these test an a timely manner. While everyone else is waiting to get their results remeber how to just click enter... Cheers but not really.. Fyi why can i not schedule an appoint wit an actual person.. I mean do u guys realize even ur website sux? Whatever....

This CVS is within walking distance from my apartment and is super convenient. I use it to fill my prescriptions. I use the CVS app to manage my prescriptions so I don't have to wait in line. I get a text message when they are ready, and request refills without have to call the store. I even got a coupon e-mailed to me that made one of my prescriptions free! The pharmacy is well-staffed and the personnel are friendly! I really enjoy coming to this CVS location. I also feel very safe because it is at a busy intersection.

Came here to get some vaccinations needed for school, that my insurance said was covered. I received a bill in the mail looking for payment on the vaccinations long story short after going back and forth with my insurance and them calling the OneMinute Clinic and speaking to the Nurse Practitioner, she REFUSED to input the correct coding so that there would be no bill. Here it is 6 months later and I'm stuck with a bill that is covered by my insurance but the NP refuses to correct her mistake!!!!!

Everyone in the pharmacy, including the pharmacist, have always gone above and beyond to fill our prescriptions in a timely manner. Everyone always have a great attitude. They always have a on their face. The pharmacy has ALWAYS had the medication to fill all of our prescriptions. This is one reason I drive from border of Rockwall and Garland. I prefer this location and pharmacy over all others. I big "THANK YOU" to all the employees at this CVS. You all deserve Recognition and a Bonus.

The man working there was so rude. I went to pick up an online order, and he gave me attitude when I spelled out my last name. Not only that, he wouldn’t let me pick up my husband’s order because he said my husband had to be there in person to pick it up. Despite me trying to tell him that the CVS website said an alternate pick up person is allowed, he was rude and kept saying I was wrong. I was only there for five minutes, and it was a horrible experience.

Have always gotten great service here. Thought I'm sure the other employees are great, I've mostly dealt with Ronny in the pharmacy department and he's always very personable and helpful. He remembers details from previous conversations. Even at a giant chain like this he manages to give customers a personal connection like pharmacists used to have with their local community (back in the day). 5 stars.

This CVS Pharmacy has the kindest pharmacist rep name Janet. I've been through the drive through twice and each time her customer service was very polite, attentive and caring. She literally made my day better even when I wasn't feeling so great physically. I have been to other CVS Pharmacies around Dallas and some are quite rude. Thank you Janet for your great customer service

Worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They put my prescription on hold for over a week without notifying me. When I called I was on hold for someone to answer for 27min!!!! Before going in and then being told there was no reason for the hold but it’d take 2-3 hours to be filled. Seriously save yourself the trouble and send your prescription literally ANYWHERE ELSE!

Late stage capitalism at its best. The employees of the store don't even have the skills to run a register. They are paid to sit in a chair and watch you check yourself out. If you have any questions for them they will just shrug their shoulders and shoulders and play the quiet game. I've never met a lazier employee of any business in my life. Pathetic.

One of the pharmacy employee is rude and indifferent. Also they promise me the prescription will be refilled automatically at Friday, then on Saturday I call them they said like they never know it, and the pills are out of stock, need to reorder them at earliest on Tuesday. Totally unresponsive for customers and their health condition. Bad!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst service ever. I have called couple times for my mom prescription and they seemed not to know the information which led me to come for those meds two times and they are not ready. The rep is kinda rude and does not know what she is talking about. Time for a new pharmacy. Not recommend this location. Bad management also

The pharmacy staff here are rude, inconsiderate, and down right hostile for absolutely no reason. They refuse to help and become argumentative with customers for no reason. Avoid this place if you don't feel like getting into a screaming match with someone who shouldn't be working some place where people come when they're sick.

This CVS always seems to be out of stock of everything! There's always empty shelves. Also there never seems to be a lot of staff on hand and they few people they have there are very nosey and will follow you around which is very unpleasant. Closest CVS to my apartment but I'd rather make the drive to the one on McKinney.

The Worst Costumer Service EVER!!! The STORE MANAGER hates coupons, refused to accept rainchecks and coupons. Not at all knowledgeable in regards to coupons, or their own store policy. Stated repeatedly that he had the right to limit and chose and he was going to with me. FELLOW COUPONERS DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Rude Pharmacy staff, stressed customers , staff where stressed, no one running the store. self checkout, sad nasty little strore, dirty floors, dated. food and trash in parking lot, this location only , the other 2 locations are better.

9 people in line, but instead of assisting with checkout, 2 employees need to stand (no exaggeration) 1 foot away, literally breathing on people as they check themselves out in the only two registers (which are self checkout).

Very, very slow pharmacy service. You will see the pharmacy staff standing around and chatting (drive-thru) not paying attention to their customers outside. Do yourself a favor and head over to the Walgreens around the corner.
