Walked over to this location from my hotel because I saw they close at 11pm and I needed some bottles of water to take with my medicine. When I got there The manager Rose was standing at the rotating door holding it so no one would come in even though it was 10:54pm, claiming the store was closed. I said through the glass it’s not 11pm and she gives me an attitude back saying the store is closed. Yet there are people in the store and workers at the register. No Rose the store isn’t closed this is why you couldn’t lock up just yet, you were just being rude to a customer unnecessarily. As someone who works in retail if the store hours say you close at 11pm or open at 9am then those hours need to be honored you don’t get to make your own store hours and have a power trip just because you’re a manager. Totally unacceptable.
A kind worker named Noah greeted me enthusiastically at the door. I was looking for a self test COVID test and Noah was very knowledgeable, helping me decide between the three options this store had. The ambience of the store was relaxing. This store is very clean, bright, and it’s location is very very convenient. Noah was awesome and made the check out process nice and quick. Would definitely come here again!
(0/5) Very unprofessional and rude customer service and management. When politely asked about their bathroom, (I am pregnant and need to use the bathroom often) they denied it to their customers and told to go to Starbucks knowingly they are all closed. They need to open up their bathrooms to the customers as they do at every other location. When a convenience store stops being convenient - it becomes obsolete.
Most of the CVS branches I have gone have customer restrooms, this one apparently doesn’t. But what makes it worse is how a guy called “Justin” when you ask him about it just limits to say “no public restrooms” as if you are some stranger trying to use their services for free. No manners, and no interest in checking that (my wife and I had been shopping for a while with our trolley full).
This CVS is pretty good. The staff is usually friendly and greets you upon arrival. They have a very good selection of greeting cards and cold beverages. It sometimes can be hard to find hand sanitizer and other COVID-19 related items. They have three self checkouts so the line moves pretty quickly. What else can be said? It's a little dreary and there are better CVS locations out there.
Sometimes people need to remind why they should not spend here. Sometimes I feel sorry for the staff here because they are paid very little to work here so I try not to blame them for incompetent or having attitude but the truth is, we really don’t need them anymore. They accomplish nothing and drive people away.
I am a huge fan of this pharmacy. They are really helpful and will personally call you to let you know when you are up for a refill vs a recording. I also like that they have added the self checkouts
The pharmacy is not open on weekends making it extremely difficult for working people to get their meds. There are other 24/7 pharmacies in the area so doesn’t make sense to use this one.
Make sure to check your receipt. The prices of some items are listed wrong (more expensive then they should be). Cashiers also aren't that helpful with fixing the prices.
I get all my prescription needs here. It's conveniently located in my place of work so grabbing something like a drink or snack is A+!
We stopped in to pick up a Gatorade and the staff members up front were so sweet and welcoming! They made a great impression.
Friendly and helpful staff. I am from out of this own and I am accustomed to CVS stores being larger with more selections.
Helpful and friendly staff. Prices are higher here so make sure you get a CVS card to take advantage of the discounts.
Convenient hours for picking up OTC Med or a late night pint of Ben and Jerrys. Pharmacy is closed on weekends.
Service is not helpful, don't know their own store. Cashier was weird and couldn't ring me up properly.
ALLEN was SO incredibly helpful! He made our whole night better with his kindness. Thank you so much!
Nice pharmacy. They have a lot of things like sweets, drinks, drugs and other stuff.
They have everything you want there. The service their is good
Closed an hour before posted, now we will freeze to death.
