I try to avoid coming here, but sometimes I can’t. They never have any cashiers, even when the line is long. It’s all self checkout. This would be fine, if the system didn’t require you to get a cashier to scan your items. It does not even give you enough time to put your items in the bagging area before the system is asking for a cashier scan because you took too long. I went in today and Deborah was rude. She stood there and watched me scan every single item as if I was going to steal $13.33 worth of snacks. She kept saying “that hasn’t been scanned yet” as if I’m unaware of what I scanned and have not scanned. Super rude and unpleasant place to shop at.

I was followed around and "checked on" by a security guard several times while looking in the makeup section. I felt very uncomfortable as it seemed like he wasn't "checking" on anyone else. And the staff weren't very friendly at all. The cashier helped me when I asked for a price on an item but even then they were very despondent. They had pretty much the normal CVS collection of stuff but the customer service really ruined my experience.

Pretty rude employees. Stopped by at 8:50 and it was as if I was being an unconvince for getting a bottle of water + electrolyte tablets. Maybe it was because I had a pride shirt on. In which case, CVS management, maybe teach your employees to not be homophobic in America. Their behavior is outrageous. I am an former CVS employee and there is no reason for someone to be treated like a nuisance for getting a bottle of water. Embarrassing.

Worst pharmacy. I have my prescription delivered to me due to my busy schedule and it’s been 6 days and still haven’t received it. Any time I order from cvs app it comes within 1-2 business days(I am a care member) That’s careless of the pharmacy not to make it urgent since it is a medication why would it take so long, especially if it’s within couple of miles away. They should be more considerate when shipping out medications.

I usually fill my prescription at this drug store because they always have the medication I needed. They had my medication, were very quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and much easier to deal with. My prescription was filled very quickly. I was so impressed by the way they treated me that they will get my business from now on! Highly recommended to everyone!

I shop at CVS quite often. Each location is different. I usually find the items I’m looking to buy. The customer service at the 310 S Michigan Ave location, in Chicago is better than most. The staff is quite attentive with assistance at that location.

Everyone at this CVS is always helpful and knowledgeable. The cashiers and manager are always smiling the Pharmacist are always top tier. Thank you Roz for holding my hand while I was being a big baby about my COVID and Flu shots

Yesterday, January 12, 2023 I went shopping to your CVS store on 310 S Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60604. My Cashier was Osvaldo. I would like to compliment to Mr. Osvaldo, because he was VERY helpful, smiled and made my day!!!

Amazing service, walk in and gentleman was offering help. Pharmacist was so knowledge and kind. Gentleman at check out was also very nice and super friendly. All three were so sincere. very rare nowadays.

It's a typical CVS. Could probably have had a cashier on duty rather than just self-checkout machines but that's pretty minor. Weirdly only carried Halls in bulk sizes and none of the smaller packages.

Rude employees and when I ordered 1 hr photos online they didn’t communicate at all that they couldn’t print them so when I showed up to pick them up they just said “sorry bye”

Pharmacist was great, early on a Monday morning. In conjuction with my provider got my prescription to me in, what I would say is record time. Thank you...

I’ve been here twice and the employees here did a wonderful job! Both the pharmacists and people at the cashier are very nice, patient and helpful.

Pharmacy refuses to answer calls and half the time they don’t even come to work. Will be reporting this to corporate
