"You guys … I really vouch for the CVS #2186 addressed at 2350 Cheshire Bridge RD Atlanta, 30324 w/ regards to their EXCELLENT customer service! They really go above & beyond the call of service! I have been seeking Calgon: morning glory fragrance mist for the freaking longest! One of the team members, was familiar w/ my FAVORITE item & stated they no longer carry it anymore! But, He remembered seeing (3) bottles in the Back & to give him a minute"
"The staff pharmacist refused to actually hear what I was saying to her"
"Insane I came in here to buy something and then I thought well I’ll get cash back because they told me that the restroom is closed until 8 o’clock which was crazy so and they didn’t have cash back & no bathrromso I just decided not to get anything all because that makes no sense and i wont conduct business here"
My script was called in yesterday at 7am! It’s a much needed pain med after having my surgery. The pharmacy never processed my script but successfully processed other medications. I am now without my pain meds and I have two plates and 8 screws in my foot. This is unacceptable. I called and could not get through. I finally called the store manager and was connected to an incompetent foreign man who refused to walk back to the pharmacy and provide my script number to be transferred out to another pharmacy. His excuse was he was by himself and that the pharmacist was by herself all day. That sounds like a personal in house HR issue…. Which promptly needs to be resolved! I will reach who I need to! This is a profession and honestly the whole store need’s reconstruction. Rude customer service is the least of the stores issues. People can die if they don’t get their meds, people suffer like myself and their excuse is they are short staffed. CVS on Cheshire Bridge is now hiring!!!! I will make sure of it! Ridiculous!
Pharmacists here are not interested in listening to simple solutions to problems. I called to have my prescription refilled because I needed it tomorrow before leaving for a trip. Told them they should call my doctor, not fax because she won't be able to get it. He said "oh well I'll just try the fax first." I told him that's not possible because of the timing. He wouldn't listen. I'm using a different pharmacy for any medications I actually have to pay for. I've found idiot pharmacists to be a general problem at CVS. Another CVS pharmacist once told me my prescription card had expired after I gave it to her. I told her that's not possible because the date on the card clearly was a year in the future. She said "oh we still had the old card on file." Idiots.
You guys … I really vouch for the CVS #2186 addressed at 2350 Cheshire Bridge RD Atlanta, 30324 w/ regards to their EXCELLENT customer service! They really go above & beyond the call of service! I have been seeking Calgon: morning glory fragrance mist for the freaking longest! One of the team members, was familiar w/ my FAVORITE item & stated they no longer carry it anymore! But, He remembered seeing (3) bottles in the Back & to give him a minute. He returned, w/ the (3) bottles; I chose my scent & shared my wonder: why doesn’t Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger nor Publix sell it anymore …? He then, captured a picture of it & stated He will order & keep them in stock! Wait … maybe, I shouldn’t have specified my FAVORITE body spray to you guys (lol)!
The staff pharmacist refused to actually hear what I was saying to her. I tried to give her the correct number for my doctor so she could call and verify my prescription but she kept repeating the same sentence to me refusing to actually hear what I was saying. It is now 3 days later and I still don’t have my prescription. My doctor had to call the pharmacy herself only for them to tell her they LOST the hard copy of my prescription!! That’s insanely irresponsible. People’s medications are not something you should just be misplacing. I left that prescription at the pharmacy with the impression that it would be in good hands. I was wrong. After all of this, I am still left untreated. I’m never coming here again.
Insane I came in here to buy something and then I thought well I’ll get cash back because they told me that the restroom is closed until 8 o’clock which was crazy so and they didn’t have cash back & no bathrromso I just decided not to get anything all because that makes no sense and i wont conduct business here. Now I’m going to go to the gas station which is across the street. Bad business CVS get it together ( irony of ironies this is supposed to be the “good” side of town yet the cashier took delight and telling me that they could not assist me and then there was another woman that came in behind me and was dealt with in the same manner so obviously the side of town may be “good@ but the staff is not )
Horrible customer service . No worker was around . I had to ask the pharmacy if the could call someone so I could have some baby passport pictures taken . The guy who came was supposed to be a manager. He took the pictures of our baby and after taken them told us that we had to wait 45 minutes because the person in front of us was printing 350 pictures . He could have told me that before . We waited and he took the pictures wrong . There was a black background in official passport pictures. He told me that he should have taken from 3 feet instead of 2 feet. He told me to come back tomorrow and obviously I am never going back there. Not professional at all and without any interest in helping customers.
Absolute worst cvs ever. I called at 3 pm and asked to have a script transferred from a Walgreens in Acworth. The lady that answered the phone didn't want to do it said it would take too long. I said it was ok because I wasn't going to be in the city until 8 pm. Of course when I got here at 8:20 it wasn't done. The man behind the counter told me that the girl had called all the Walgreens looking for my script and never found it. However when I called the same number I have her it was correct. I asked the man behind counter to call. He acted as if it was an in convince. Sorry to ask you to do your job. I've done business with cvs in Acworth for many years. Can't say it's much better
Staff is UNFRIENDLY, There were two ladies standing at the register one white with red hair and one black with natural hair, Neither one spoke at all. I walked to the register to buy my items and they still didn’t speak, I proceeded to make conversation and asked them did they speak much because the white one spoke to the white man that walked in. When I asked that question they looked at me like I was crazy and told my have a good day, Which I will but if you treat different customers in different fashion, I will not be bringing my business back to this store. I wasn’t even trying to give a star but in order to post I had to but this store gets NO STARS
I used this pharmacy for some 10 years and just moved 3 months ago. I am missing the great service from both the pharmacy staff (Eli is a gem among gems and can give a flu shot without even noticing) as well as the retail staff. The customer service here is top notch. Where most of my experience is with the pharmacy, I have also had passport photos taken and purchased cologne, which requires that retail staff who have been professional and courteous at all times. (My new CVS pharmacy isn't bad, I just miss the warm feeling I received with the energetic "Hello" when I enter and the familiarity with the Pharmacy staff. They are not all the same.)
I went into the CVS on Cheshire Bridge Road the night before Thanksgiving, and I just needed to pick up a couple items and that’s when I met Miss Hazel. She greeted me kindly and I had a couple questions about the product. She answered my questions I was just thoroughly impressed with this young lady and the store. Overall, it’s been there for years and years has always been a place that you can count on, and when you’re running a business like CVS that’s a difficult task at times to keep the right employees here and I was just wanted to say that I was impressed . Very grateful for the service I received tonight. Happy holidays.
Idiotic place with no sense of respect for customers. I waited forever for my prescription. They behave just as if you are not there in the queue. They don't have minimum curtesy to say - hi, hello, pls wait we will get back to you shortly. They will just don't care about you and peek at you with sadistic smile to check how embarrassed you are with their ill treatment. Idiotic pharmacy staff. Rascals, they must be dismissed from their positions without waiting for a second. Then only this place will get the sense of decency, customer service and respect.
This place is awful. I know everyone is having staffing shortage issues, but this place takes it to a new level. I picked up my prescription through the drive thru, 2 cars in front of me, took about 15 minutes. I left without checking my prescription, my fault. When I got home & noticed the pill count was not what was prescribed by my doctor I called them. I was on hold for 28 minutes, the woman answers and says "we're closed for lunch, call back at 2:00." Really??? They let me hold for 28 minutes then told me to call back and hung up on me.
These one star reviews are a joke. This pharmacy has FINALLY stabilized with a pharmacist and techs that have been here for at least a year. People have to understand that CVS has made things harder for their pharmacy staff to provide the service we all hope to get. People must give them a chance to adjust...they are trying to help us, not make things more difficult as some reviews suggest. Winta is doing a great job and has brought the pharmacy back to a place where you actually get to know the people who are helping with your health care.
The store employees are racist!!! Everytime I visit this store I'm followed whole entire time I'm attempting to shop. Today I was followed by 'Lane', a white employee who stands at the self-checkout counter. Dude abandoned his position and walked down every aisle behind me until I checked out. I'm not alone when it comes to feeling this way about the employees & security-- people I know who are black and shop there say the same thing. I really hate that this store didn't get looted during the BLM protetest-- next time it won't be missed!
This is the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my life more times than not when I go there they don’t even have my prescriptions in stock. Not to mention I’ve gone twice in two days and they’ve been closed early. Go through hoops and ladders to get someone on the phone and then I’ve had people hang up on me twice. Terrible terrible customer service too! I called the Lyca compliant and the person that was behind. Call didn’t even seem to care. This is a terrible pharmacy. I’m moving all scrifts asap
I know pharmacys are crazy these days. However I had made a point to try and build a relationship with some of of the people here . sometimes its hard because they change around a lot ( which i don't like) however a couple of them have been very helpful to me and have gone out of their way to help. Drugs are big business these day and they can be so busy at times that I feel sorry for them. try to get to know them and don't be rude and you might get some pretty good service.
I’ve picked up several prescriptions from this cvs written on the same prescription pad paper and now they refuse to fill it because supposedly the paper is incorrect. They refused to contact my doctor to confirm the prescription. My dog has bronchitis and she needs this medicine to control her cough. I’d expect this type of incompetence elsewhere. The inconvenience of having to find another pharmacy when this one is right across the street from the vet is ridiculous.
Hello google family, I would like to commend CVS management team Karim and Tray for providing exceptional customer service. This location often has challenging demands due to random unsafe community issues. However, this team has found a way to provide customer with quality care and assurance. Their management goals always makes a huge difference in the community and store visits. I would like to say thank you. We appreciate all your hard work and supportive efforts!!
The nastiest customer service ever. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a pharmacist unless you drive down there. I have been trying for three days and I get automatically disconnected after waiting for 30 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. The funny part, no one even ever comes on line to say pls hold. The automated service does not tell you what the expected waiting time is. The automated service does not tell what caller you are in the queue. Just THE WORST!!!
I would give it ZERO stars if i could !! This cvs is the slowest cvs in the mf world !! I swear !!!! The workers have no sense of urgency , i literally sat at the window for 20 mins waiting on my INHALER & watched the pharmacist just stand there ! This place so Gahdamn pitiful .. well the pharmacy is anyway ! I’m writing this review as I’m sitting in this line AGAIN . Mfs are sassy for literally NO reason . Like i truly am disgusted with this place !!
Pretty nice CVS with a 24 hour drive through which makes it even nicer. Got greeted and offered help at the entrance but without them being pushy, which is also nice because there's a fine line there, and I appreciate it. So the staff were A+ with me. The only thing I would say is that some of the over the counter medications are quite pricey to be store (CVS) brand and you can get a better deal in Amazon for like pain and allergy meds.
The pharmacy manager literally told me she “didn’t feel like filling my prescription” and asked that I drive 10 miles away to get it filled. After I had already waited in line for 45 minutes. Lied and said she called it in. Not sure what kind of life & death games she’s playing, but she should be fired. I’ve been coming to this location for a decade and have never had an issue. Her name: Amoos Bajuua
Went into ask about a pill/vitamin in the pharmacy. They thought it was hair. Then said they have no idea as they don’t do anything with the pills other than behind the counter. All pharmacies know about the medications. They were simply too lazy to find out. Also really scary they had no clue what I was talking about and this vitamin/herb is not new to medicine world.
The drive-through pharmacy can never seem to fill a basic prescription in under 5 hours, and refused to provide medical gauze when requested to purchase at the window for someone who was actively bleeding despite the big sign saying “please let us know what merchandise you need with your prescriptions.” The staff member was completely unhelpful and was emotionless.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They should shut this pharmacy down. For the year I’ve lived across the street there is either no one working or it takes them an hour just to get to you when there is no line. Also they are only open 10-2 and take a lunch break for one hour of that. Better to go to any other pharmacy in all of Georgia- don’t waste your time
Pharmacy staff has no clue. I was told I could have my prescription reimbursed after I got my card, but when I came back they then mentioned it was only within 7 days. Went through CVS Caremark then to get the reimbursement, but they wouldn't either because it was a 90 day supply. If it were 30 day supply, I'd get the reimbursement. How does that make sense?
My experience with this store was extremely amazing! Donna Harrison and Malkom Smith were so friendly, in the holiday spirit and had me laughing the entire time. I felt obligated to leave a review because company's should know when they have asset employees who make the customers feel at home. I truly appreciate those two and wish them nothing but the best !
The customer service at this location is top-notch! Most stores now have self checkouts and are ghost towns. They were helpful, courteous, and quickly resolved the mistake I made. This is a great location, and with wonderful people working there, they will definitely be an asset to the community. The store was clean and had everything I was looking for.
I find this to be one of the better CVS stores I have done business with. The people at the counter almost always say hello - cheerfully - when you walk in, and the back pharmacy is fairly prompt about things. I've had bad experiences at some other CVS stores with huge waits and questionable sense of urgency. My experience here has been better.
This location is terrible! I have been a customer for many years. However, it takes forever to get your prescription. Today, I waited in the drive-thru for 55 minutes. There were cars in front and behind me. It took them 14 minutes to find my prescription when I got to the window. I will be changing my account to Walgreens immediately.
Great customer service with the best night shift crew in Atlanta the night shift team is courteous friendly and very helpful. With the likes of Melissa and Antonio the best duo this CVS location has they treat you like family and the security guard officer Johnson he blends right in those three is one he'll of a team.
I ordered 1 copy of a one page document and received 2. I ordered 5 copies of a 2 page document and received 2 copies. I went back and the employee was unable to print out my remaining 3 documents due to not having paper and I couldn’t receive a refund. I am frustrated and won’t be going back to cvs for printing.
I came through the drive through to pick up a medicine that said was available discreetly through the drive through. They made me come in and wait in the pharmacy line only to tell me to get it myself and check out up front. They were rude to the customer in front of me as well. Im glad I don’t live in this area.
The pharmacist with the hijab today hung up on me waiting on the phone for 24 min to check on a prescription and then when I walked in she asked if I was okay and told me they ran out but why not tell me that before hanging up on me after waiting so long or at least call me back … rude
Thanks to Ramon I was able to find the Biotene I was looking for and Al for being so sweet for assisting me during such a busy night. I’ve also noticed an improvement in stock in the store which is great now I can buy my items without having to go further for them.
Did not have my medicine ready and made me waited a long time. And to make bill and pick my meds when it was ready made me 3 lap arounds. Wierd. Was that a drive thru or what God knows. Never experienced such behaviors in my life from any other cvs just this
I needed a humidifier because of awful nosebleeds from the dry weather and saw this one online and fell in love! We couldn’t find it on the shelves so we asked the worker and they went above and beyond to find it for us! Literally so kind and lovely to us!
The people in this pharmacy are THEE RUDEST mfs known to mankind. All of them. I don’t see how people can have such nasty attitudes for no reason. If I give you that energy then yeah hit me with it, but if not save it for ya mama. Just ugly inside and out.
this pharmacy literally needs to be closed, they never have your prescription ready on time and the employees are miserable and openly dislike each other. CVS treats its pharmacists poorly and this particular location is frequently beyond understaffed.
The pharmacies at this CVS is the worse she is not help, every time I call she have the worse attuite this is one of the worse place to drop off your prescription if you need help she is a pharmacies from help run run stay away from this CVS pharmacy.
While I did not actually stop inside I made a phone call. The girl who answered the phone was friendly and helpful unlike the CVS down the road at LaVista and North Druid Hills Rd. where I was on hold over 10 minutes and hung up out of frustration!!!!
Friendly and helpful pharmacy staff. Even though they didn't have my medication in stock, they were nice enough to call surrounding pharmacies in the area and then transfer my prescription so I could get my medication immediately.
Took a covid test here in preparation for a trip out the country. Store messed up my birthdate and I was unable to use the test. Took over a week to get the situation corrected and a refund issued. The pharmacy here is terrible.
I like CVS but this one was the best in years. NO CVS From Cobb to Fulton have the type of staff who is as courteous sharp and knoweldgable as this location. I was shocked to find this type of service in 2023. Great job folks
Guy with the red hair at the pharmacy is rude. I’ve been to the pharmacy 3 times this summer and each time he had the same attitude. When I walk up he just stares for you to speak like if you don’t want to work there DONT.
Ruth The Fat lady that work in the pharmacy on 11/07/2023 she wore the green loose jump suit and old shake and go wig with from the hair store has horrible customer service and very unprofessional and need to be fired
The manager was so rude she came to the register to assist the cashier. She was totally irate with the all the customers waiting in line to get items from behind the counter that only the cashier could retrieve.
The pharmacy Staff are always polite and knowledgeable however the front staff are far from it. I thought the clerk put my purchases in my bag, but when I got home they were not there. Now I have to go back.
yes, the lady behind the counter was rude to me as well when I asked for assistance about where toner was located within the store. Seems like she has had a tough life or so and it shows in her personality.
Trash pharmacy. Why are you out of medication? Why do I have to miss a dose because you are out? Why does my body have to suffer because the company doesn't keep stock ! Trash trash !
I wasnt a customer that morning, but I was in need, I had lost my phone and needed a cab called, management and staff helped, and I appreciate them for their patience.
Great customer service. Rosie, Himmi, Mohamed, Melissa & Ramone are great at what they do. They, always, take care of me & ask me if I need any assistance. …
Abigail Kettle was the absolute best pharmacy tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! So kind and patient and thoughtful! Give this girl a raise! :)
Winta, the pharmacist, has been so helpful with me as I’ve been going through some problems with my medication. Very grateful for her knowledge and kindness!
Terrible pharmacy. They won't answer the phone and there isn't a number to the front of the store. Impossible to speak with a pharmacy representative.
Very petty and rude. They select the ones with backpacks on, and embarrass them . Meanwhile 5 other people walk in with backpacks and they say nkthing
They put you on hold for a 10 second question and then forget about you so you eventually get to call back and be placed on hold again
Near to impossible to deal with one day, the next day might be the opposite. Very frustrating, expect to wait 30 minutes or more.
Rude pharmacist/pharmacy just lost another customer. I've had too many less than pleasant experiences here in the last 3 months.
Joyce at the pharmacy was super sweet and calm when giving me my booster shot for the vaccine--I recommend this pharmacy
Eli, the farmacy staff ⚕️ and the retail team are GREAT! Thank you for all that you do. And keeping us safe. …
Cvs used to be good for printing pictures, but now everything is complicated because they are using the Kodak app
Terrible!!! The staff is rude and unhelpful at the pharmacy. Unnecessary wait due to total incompetence!!!
The African American lady behind the counter was rude and cocky. Today is August 27 2013 at 12:30AM
The customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. Very rude over the phone and in person
Great CVS so convenient, tons of good inventory. Clean store with professional staff
Manager on duty communication skills with her associates should be improved.
Yoooo this place is soooo sloooow. The pharmacy moves sooo slow. Do better!
Recent new staff people are rude, abrupt and unhelpful.
Erin was extremely helpful with my photo printing.
Pharmacy have the worst customer service ever.
Great experience with a customer service
The staff and front help are wonderful
Donna is so friendly and great!
Eli at the pharmacy is awesome!
