First and foremost, if I could give this place a zero I would due to several reasons. It was my first time ever coming to this place as a cute breakfast date with my boyfriend. We wanted to venture out and try something different. Our go to for crepes is always Tswirl (which by the way is amazing 10/10). However, today we decided to stop by this place and be supportive of small businesses. When we arrived it was very unorganized. We walked in very confused and the older lady at the register who appeared to be of Asian decent already was eying us as if we did something wrong. At first I believed she was just getting ready to greet us and let us know where we can sit and she was just occupied with taking a order from a customer. However, that wasn’t the case! As soon as it was our turn she didn’t even bother to welcome us she turned her back on us and left us hanging. We decided to just look at the menu and figured out what we wanted to eat. She finally decided to come back and she doesn’t even address us kindly. She had a very rude and condescending attitude when my boyfriend had simply asked her if they just have regular hot coffees. She proceeded to make a joke as if my boyfriend asked a stupid question and laughed at us and told us to look at the coffee menu and sarcastically said “there’s coffee everywhere” and she rolled her eyes and laughed as she was annoyed by his question. We just brushed her attitude off and decided to still go ahead and order as we are understanding people and wasn’t sure if she just was having a bad day. Then as we finished paying the lady gives us a buzzer and doesn’t explain anything and just hands us our receipt. My kind and respectful boyfriend just let her know we were going to sit in the back and wait and as he did that she proceeded to blatantly ignore him and didn’t even bother to respond and walked away. We obviously felt very disrespected and didn’t know if it was because we were obviously not Asian but of Hispanic decent. Lastly, as for the food it was terrible in my opinion. The crepes were flat and had nothing but canned fruits layered on top of it. The portions are very small and taste wise it was decent. The only good thing that was good was the latte. Overall, the quality of the food is terrible and overpriced. The customer service is disgusting. It felt very discriminatory and I don’t understand how this place can still be in business with that type of treatment. I would just recommend to just stay away from this place and if you want amazing crepes just stop by at any T-swirl. Overall, this place is not worth it and I feel utterly disgusted that people like that can treat their customers like this. Will definitely never come here again!

Believe every review you see that warns of how spiteful the woman who runs this place is. I have had several small experiences with her where she is not exactly friendly but never crossed a line. Today she did — I won’t be coming back. We had asked for the food to dine in but for our drinks to be in to-go cups since we did not plan on staying long. After our request, she appeared to me not to have heard or been confused. So I repeated the request to which she nastily replied, “I understood you” as if I was repeating it because I thought she was unintelligent — a ridiculous and deeply cynical assumption to make. I replied okay and let it go. Then after finishing the order she decided to keep pursuing the matter by saying sarcastically “but thank you for explaining again.” There was no reason for her to say this other than nonsensical spite. I had moved on. I answered her that “I did not appreciate the sarcasm” and went to sit down. As I walked to my seat she repeatedly said out loud “what did you say?” Apparently this time she couldn’t hear… I had refused to acknowledge her anymore, though. What happened next was most shocking. She then came to our table to “check” something with our very simple order but it was obviously to confront us. I told her that I meant no harm by simply repeating the original request and that I couldn’t understand her inappropriate reaction and continued pursuit. Finally she left but I was so disgusted that a person could behave like this that I couldn’t even bring myself to eat. I can’t imagine how she treats her employees if this is how she treats loyal customers like myself who ate there multiple times a month, spending an upward of $50 each visit on multiple crepes and coffees. A shame because my girlfriend and I really liked this place. But never again, and you shouldn’t either.

It's been a few years since I've been back but my friends and I wanted to grab dessert and drinks. Upon entering, we noticed every table was really meant for 2-4 people. We were a party of 8. Last two free tables were conveniently next to one another but we were told that we weren't allowed to move them. Explained we were 8 and the server suggested we sit in the back (there's a back garden-esque seating) but then was told it was closed for renovation. So here we were, a little annoyed and didn't appreciate the miscommunication by their internal staff. Only to be told it was fine to combine the tables. This is after we moved it back as it was. Very annoying. The experience was already put off. We ordered a bunch of items, between the shaved ices, some crepes and a coffee, we were just trying to enjoy the evening. The underwhelming shaved ices left us not impressed. The crepe menu was extensive and savory looked way more fun than the sweet. These were definitely overpriced but you're paying for the ambiance I suppose. It does look like a cozy garden cafe and the decor is whimsical. Fun little houses on display, benches for seats, and warm lighting. Come for the scenery and find a crepe you like. Just take it all in. Recommend the coffee and lattes. I wish the shaved ice had better topping combinations. The sweet crepes vs the savory crepes, menu is impressive on variety. I like it for what it offers but underwhelmed in execution.

Love this cafe. It's one of my favorite Cafés due to the atmosphere and ambiance. They always change the decoration so it's always exciting here. they have an abundance of plants here. So well taken care of and maintained. Great energy here. my birthday brunch was delicious, they made my mocha very special. Love the mocha here. The sunshine coffee is good The green matcha latte was good. Loved the savory crepes. All were delicious. Definitely recommend (look photos) self-service cafe. So you order and wait and serve yourself and give back your tray. one small bathroom. You can find free street parking free or pay meter. There's also parking in the back if you can find space.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. I’ve been here about once a month for the past two years. It is a very cute place with seasonal decor and has good crepes and coffee. However, I’m surprised how much the owner/manager does not understand customer service. I am usually a person who does not like to ask for too much. I had a very simple order request which was met by confusion and later sarcasm. We tried to ignore it because I never want to make a scene for her other customers but then she even followed us to our table to argue with us. I was completely shocked anyone in the service industry would treat customers this way. Many other reviews also mentioned the owners attitude and I have seen her give rude treatment to others but this is the first and last time for me. Come here if you’d like but don’t expect a friendly greeting or treatment from the owner. The other staff are nice. All in all, I want to support local businesses but I’d rather give my money to another. This is not how you run a cafe. Sad because I did like everything else here.

Cute cafe, perfect for people who wants to chill and relax! Amazing desserts! Location: It is located along Northern Blvd. There is a lot of seating inside and they have nice decorations depends on the holiday! Service: This is self service. You order and they will call if your food is ready then when your done you have to bring to the cashier your plates and utensils. Food: Most of what we ordered was good!! SWEET FOREST: its a crepe with strawberries, red bean sauce, green tea ice cream with chocolate and almonds! MANGO NOODLE SHAVED ICE: omg this is my favorite! The mangoes are so sweet! I don’t know where they get it! And the shave ice is so smooth and milky! JASMINE LOVE A LOT BEAR: so cute! Not that sweet! Bear will melt!! Price rating: 6/10 its not that bad for the food! Important to note that this is a self serve establishment. You go to the counter, order your food, they give you a buzzer and you sit yourself. On a Wednesday morning it was quiet but great for a intimate coffee date. The nutella crepe was the perfect amount of banana & chocolate and the apple jack was so refreshing & not too sweet. Both crepes were cooked great. Hot chocolate is fresh cocoa, not to sweet and high quality coffee in the latte. We interacted with the owner this visit and can see why people got the impression of her having a “attitude”. This is simply not the case, it just may not be the happy go lucky barista experience that we have come to believe is the standard. - Coming from someone who works in the food industry and is a upbeat employee.

They all have to order something??? They say the price of what you order doesn't matter but do you know how inflation is affecting the prices these days. What happened to fellowship and sharing. The decoration and ambience is cozy, inviting, and absolutely adorable. The food is pretty good but the decor is what really draws people in. There’s a decent variety of savory and sweet crepes, a handful of bingsu options and lots of drinks. Nice place to catch up with friends and as a first date spot. Super adorable cafe on Northern Blvd, they have a small parking lot behind the store and there’s also metered street parking in front.

I just love this little gem! Such good karma here. It is a cozy cafe with vibrant decor changed seasonally. Beautiful plants throughout lending a feeling of being outdoors. Had several types of crepes. All delicious. Affogato was a taste rush! If you’re looking for a good vibes atmosphere for lunch breakfast or dessert this is your place. Feel comfortable to come alone or with friends. You’ll love it too!

1- I wish they have some cozy seats, to fits their cute environment. 2- if you in a hurry, don’t come here. My mom and I had a nice time enjoying coffee here. The staff was friendly and helpful with menu recommendations. I truly loved the ambiance and decor of the cafe. I have been a big fan of cafe bench since they opened. The cafe has great decorations in theme with every season. Such a lovely place and great for insta photos . I love the quality of their coffee. If you like ice cream, try Ladynana! Vanilla ice cream on a warm crepe is avwonderful treat every time!!

Their crepes have such a nice taste and many different selections to choose from. Refreshing smoothies and delicious deserts too. The ambiance here is top notch, they change the decorations that are unique and add a nice touch to the experience of eating here.
