호텔이 바로 앞이여서 며칠전 저녁에 과일 사먹으러 갔었는데 만족스러워서 또 와서 식사했습니다! 마트이면서 카페이면서 식당같은 느낌이라서 다 즐길 수 있어요. 미국음식이 전반적으로 많이 짜고 달아서 자극적인 편이라 한국인 입맛에 맞지 않은 음식이 많았는데 이곳은 다양하게 먹을 수 있기도 하고 한국라면도 있어서 좋았어요 ! 과일도 다 맛있고 직접 짠듯한 오렌지주스 맛이 한국에서 먹는 주스랑 완전 달라요 !! 직원분들도 항상 친절해서 더 좋아요:) 여기 머무는동안 잘 다닐것같습니다! The hotel was right in front of me, so I went to buy some fruit for dinner a few days ago. I was satisfied and ate it again! It's like a mart and a cafe. It's like a restaurant. You can enjoy it all. American food is generally salty and sweet, so there were a lot of foods that were not suitable for Korean taste, but it was good because there were various kinds of food and Korean ramen! All fruits are delicious and the taste of salty orange juice is very different from that of Korean juice! It's better for employees to be always kind:) I think I'll do well during my stay here!

Reasonable choice for the neighborhood. The buffet food was all either slightly to severly overcooked but well seasoned and the buffet was well stocked. Value was probably on par with the area (expensive my modest meal was over $15.00). The seating area was great, well maintained, generous amount of seating, busy but not crowded. The service was not great. The cashier forgot to include utensils and untensils were not provided in the seating area. I had to pack my stuff and put on my jacket (I was eating alone) to go back downstairs to ask for utensils. The cashier, instead of just giving me a plastic forks, then proceed to insist I was wrong and loudly insisit the fork was provided and in my bag when I initially paid (it was not). Unnecessary.

My favourite coffee shop in East Village. A cozy neighbourhood place where in the morning you can see peoppe grabbing their coffee in pajamas. The espresso-based coffee are smooth and nutty, have that dark chocolate flavor. There are a bunch of twisted version of coffee drinks. I am glad that they have a new branch that's near my house. great tasting coffee, nice ambience and reasonably priced menu. This place serves the best coffee at a very affordable price. The food is always amazing as well as the desserts. it is very comfortable and people working here are nice and welcoming. definitely one of the best coffee shops here. highly recommended!!

I work next door and had been in a couple times a week for lunch. The buffet's decent, but the counter staff here aren't winning any prizes. I just went in for a protein bar and coffee. When I ordered a large cappuccino the guy at the counter made a face like I'd ordered the moon in a cup. I looked at him, confused (it's well after the lunch rush and there's no line, so maybe the machine is broken?) and he continues, "Oh, it's just that it takes a while." Really, dude? I left without buying anything and went down the street to Pret (where, oddly enough, no one looked put out when I asked for a cappuccino in a place that serves cappuccino).

Amazing place to eat at! My fiancé and I went there while we were on vacation and had two salmon bagels, 2 hash-browns and 2 coffees. The food was amazing, was prepared very quickly and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. They even had an upstairs where you could dine at which was nice and clean. The only thing is coming from a Canadian tourist it was pricy our meal came up to $40 USD with tip and the conversion we spent $70CAD. For 70$ we thought that we would get more food but other than that it was great.

This is a wonderful soup to nuts food venue. There are cooked to order food stations that line the wall. Additionally, there two buffet islands in the middle of the room serving hot and cold item, purchased by weight. The menu selections are East, West and New York local. There are drinks and treats to entice everyone. Both dine in and take out is available. There is small dining area in the front and a much larger dining area on the second floor further back. This is a great place for any one person or a group looking for multiple food choices in one well contained venue.

Most variety of food options that I ever seen! It was also very spacious and clean. The Udon, noodle soup that I tried yesterday was so delicious and savory. Everything looked fresh and tasty with decent prices. I was going to try more food later on after I finished eating my food but I was already full because the amount in one portion was way more than enough. You should have visited Cafe Manhattan. You won’t regret once you taste the food. All staffs were very kind and friendly. I absolutely would like go Cafe Manhattan again next time.

Excellent lieu pour prendre le petit déjeuner ! 3 pancakes, œufs et bacon pour 10 dollars (voir photo), très bon rapport qualité prix ! Granola avec fromage blanc et fruits pour 6 dollars, un délice ! Ils proposent également des jus de fruits frais autour des 6 dollars. Beaucoup de choix, tout le monde y trouvera son bonheur ! I bought a coffee from here , but it was so sad to see that the old lady was pouring the same used milk that she was using to make cappuccino while ago, where she was putting it near the sink , while I was waiting for my coffee. I asked for cold milk in the coffee but she was taking rudely with me and other customers and gave me the used the old one. It’s just a cheap way to act and inconvenient while she is charging me double amounts for it. no more coffees from here . Bad costumer care services.

We're on a short vacation and have had breakfast here twice. There are many menu selections and the food is prepared the way you prefer and the coffee is excellent! If you decide to eat there, simply take your meal to the upstairs dining area. It's spacious and very clean. The staff are all courteous, and efficient at their jobs. Finally, given that this is Manhattan, you can't beat the prices.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. The espresso itself was very low quality. On top of it they didn't have any cream nor did they follow instructions and instead of putting caramel they put caramel and chocolate syrup. Please don't say that you can make a specific coffee if you don't have the ingredients or appropriate skills. Also, the woman at the register was very rude. The man with her was polite

I went in today to get some lunch and the cashier was extremely rude because I was going to pay with card and it was 50 cents less than 10 dollars which I didn't know it's the minimum and also if it's a buffet you never know the price because it's based on weight, I go every day and it's never less than ten dollars , that is just not the way to address those situations and that's definitely not how you talk to costumers, never ever coming back.

This is Prime example of how to steal money from unexpected consumer. They add extra Price for running credit card , unexpected no one will explain you in advance The Prices on the product changes depending on how you pay. So they Use more of my money to transfer between them and the Bank. So bank don't pay they don't pay. We the People who pay for everyone, spoke with Managers and they said is Fine like this

Found this little gem on a recent trip to NYC. We only had breakfast here (only place we visited more than once) but it has a wide variety of food to suit everyone and you are not limited to six items . Food is sold by weight so you’re covered if you have a small appetite or want something more substantial. They make a great coffee and a great cup of tea. Staff are friendly and cafe provides good value.

This is basically the same idea as Essen but kinda worse. They have buffet cold and hot foods, pretty much the same every day so you know what to expect. Then lots of options for food prepared per order, like pizza and ramen. Overall the food is always good but the prices will kill you. There’s a ridiculous (and illegal) $13 card minimum but you’ll easily meet that. Don’t expect to spend less that that.

I have been a regular here coz workplace is near but for the first time that I am bringing food, I was told that opening food from outside is not allowed even though my colleague is buying lunch from the buffet. I am also willing to get salad but it’s the “no opening” of outside food policy. No more Cafe Manhattan for us.

Pretty much the epitome of what fast food shops should be: Clean, good staff, lots of choices ranging from steam table fare to prepared and short-order sandwiches, etc. to individual fruit choices that are better quality than some markets. Lots of room to sit upstairs, and useful hours (on weekdays, closed weekends I believe). Our go-to quick stop for good food items when in the vicinity.

Great service and good prices for NYC. I get there usually after 4pm and the food is still fresh. Not as many options as lunch hour, but the food left is fresh and im able to eat and head to work. The best place for food by the pound.

Breakfast is really good. The buffet was better during the week day than it was on a weekend. So was service (half of them were scrolling Facebook when we walked in on Saturday). I think there was higher management there on Friday than Saturday. Presentation of the food was better with him there. Coffee is terrible. It's not the person making it, it's the bean. Try the corn muffin.

Great place to eat. Made-to-order breakfast and buffet style lunch. We had the pancakes and egg on a roll (ham and cheese) and both were delicious and about $6-8 each. There's upstairs seating and seating in front. Everything was clean. One person bathrooms upstairs. Great place to stop in for a quick or casual bite to eat. Staff/owners were really friendly and fast.

Went to get the most basic thing. Bought 2 items 1 quartz half & half & a 18oz drink. How am I charged over $10 for 2 items? Are the creamer $5 & a drink is also $5??? Why are the drink double the price. They are highly overpriced where it don’t make sense. Make it make sense.

Went in during lunch. Good variety of food. Expensive for buffet style food. Customer service is the worst and all the cashiers had an bad attitude. Apparently there's a line, but no sign indicating where it starts. Bottom line: won't return for business due to food poisoning since it was the only food I had for the day....Very disappointing.

Hot, fresh and delicious breakfast made before your eyes..prices are very reasonable for Manhatten. Get your food to go or take it upstairs to the clean eating area.

Cafe Manhattan... It's a good working space in my opinion , it's not much different than any multi service cafe youlp find in the downtown area. It will however maximize its superiority from other by allowing that good room and multicultural environment from travelers & office workers on break or taking an explorative snacks .

Had THE most delicious hot bar breakfast. French Toast that was actually thick and soft. They layered it with bananas, whip cream and strawberries. And I had scrambled eggs that were done right. But I really liked the collard greens. Yes, and in the morning too! I was rushing past and it looked inviting, so glad I stopped in.

Of all the delis in the area this is by far the best. Hot breakfast bar, great bagels, different cream cheese choices. Chocolate chip pancakes, sausage patty or links, eggs, you name it. Very clean, staff makes sure of this. Counter people make sure you get what you order. A little pricey but we'll worth it

Really excellent fare, fresh delicious food, comfy cafeteria seating, friendly people. I'd go back anytime I'm in the neighborhood! We've had breakfast and lunch there, it is super clean and all the staff is friendly. A wide of cosines, from chicken noodle to udon, fajitas to blintzes. Excellent!

We found this place one day before we were leaving NYC. It was one street over from our hotel. We wished we would have found it sooner! The food was great and the prices were even better! We aren’t foodies and don’t like spending a lot of money on food. This place was great! Clean bathrooms too!

Can't comment about the food as we didn't stay to have any, due to the fact the server was down right rude. We enquired about one of the dishes and was met with real attitude and a roll of the eyes. Not the reception we expected in New York.

Took 45 minutes for my friend to get his burger and took my burger 55 minutes to come out. They were frozen burgers that were burnt. Plus the bathrooms were closed which, thwy told us to go into the womens instead. Won't go back ever again.

The 2 jokers they have working the pizza/Focaccia sandwich area are horrid. That will be the final time I go there. The Focaccia sandwich's they make could be great if those 2 cared about putting food together.

Best price to quality ratio on a buffet I've ever seen. And they have brick oven pizza, good sushi, and a deli of course. And A LOT of seating. I always get a table to myself even during busy lunch hours

The food is really great here but once and for all the guys who work at the egg and pancakes stop blatantly mocking the customers in Spanish. Just because of that I wouldn't set foot here again!

The food tasted great and there was a good variety to choose from. The staff was efficient, but not the friendliest. The dining area was clean and well taken care of. The bathroom was moderate.

The buffet is delicious , healthy and offers one of the greatest varieties that I ever seen. They seem to prefer cash payments instead of Cards. One of the best quality to price ratios in NYC.
