Rude lady with the nose ring who fought loud because I paid tip outside of the charge and it was short of her automated calculation. This restaurant calculated tip after taxes which I think could be illegal. For a restaurant that overcharge and looks to be a fancy place the loud fight of the ugly rude lady reflected that of a low class place on top the fact she spoke in a tough rude way. I wish I didn’t even leave the $10 on the $96 bill . They didn’t deserve a dime / never thanked me even they had no shame. Shame on everybody there. To the restaurant owner : You are foolish to think it’s okay to fight with a customer and to charge a customer tip after taxes furthermore you are foolish to think that it’s okay to train your people to fight with customers as your employee did. Furthermore their service was a little stupid. They served me a birthday cake with soup I ordered. They should’ve served the cake at the end of the meal.

I went to have breakfast with my wife and kid. We got there before a few other families and they were already being helped and their orders were being taken before we even got a cup of water. Fast forward 20 minutes the waitress finally comes to take our order. Great we get our appetizers. Than my wife’s breakfast comes my kids breakfast comes. Every other table who ordered after us gets their food also. At this point I’m just waiting to see if the waitress comes with the food or even asks is everything okay so I could let her know I didn’t get my order. So at this point my wife and kid are done eating breakfast and she come around how was everything given this is another 25 min gone We told her I never got my order and she’s like you didn’t order anything else. Just very poor service,if they were busy I would understand but it wasnt.

Beat restaurant I ever been to. What a professional, kind, sweet waiter ! What an amazing service and more importantly what an amazing tasting food !!! Omg the drinks and food was heaven. I had to finish my yummy pasta and coffee there !! Portion size was large and yum ! Atmosphere top notch. Super clean and super kind staff. Really an amazing time I had there. Restrooms were clean. Everything was perfect and I can’t believe the prices were actually so low for all the food I got. Generally these type of restaurants charge 60$ a dish, but here my plate of pasta was 18$ to 22 ish. First time eating in a Kosher dairy restaurant as one in our group was observing a meat free diet while maintaining kosher standards. Portions were plentiful. For a group of 4 we got 3 appetizers and an entree each. We each took a to go plate home. Food was flavorful and cooked well. There is a large variety of foods to pick from, sushi, pasta, sandwiches, salads and fish. Prices are a little higher than what I am used to but nothing crazy. They also serve alcohol. Would go again as I really liked the flavors of the dishes. There is metered parking outside

The service is horrible. Constantly need to give a “death stare” to a waiter so they know it’s time to serve. They will never come and serve you on their own, purposely not looking at you. They always need to be reminded to bring bread, drinks, etc. They are more concerned with the delivery orders rather than serving the walk in customers. Unfortunately, I think the owner knows about the problem but decides to look the other way. It is so frustrating cause I know for a fact that the waiters get really good tips

I ordered two sushi avocado rolls and they had prepared fried avocado egg rolls with a salad instead, they had blamed me for not being clear I wanted sushi and insisted I ordered the fried avocado meals and that the only way they’d prepare sushi for me was if I pay for the two fried avocado meals they’ve made, money wasn’t the issue, the issue was their service and not treating their costumer right. Forget the fact that I was on a business “date” and it was all very embarrassing. I’d stay far far away from this restaurant if you’re looking for a good atmosphere and great service.

This kosher (under supervision of the VHQ) restaurant has an extensive menu of dairy items, including fish , lasagna and other Italian items and breakfast dishes, among many others. The menu seems to have gotten more extensive over the last year or so. Service is very good. The restaurant is quiet and not too crowded- I could definitely see someone take a date or a business associate here. Parking is available on the streets near by, though it may take a little while till you find it.

Anyone who likes dairy foods should hurry up and try cafe Muscat it's great hidden gem for sure and the atmosphere is really nice They have sushi Pizza Good drinks Desert Beautiful loved it. We had a party of 12 during a busy time on a Sunday afternoon. 5 stars! The food choices and the presentation were excellent. The extensive menu ranged from Israeli specialties to sushi to mac 'n cheese to magnificent salads, so everyone - from the 3-year-old to the 72-year-old - found something delicious to order. The biggest problem we had was deciding what selections to make. The wait staff were all engaging and professional. Also, we had a beautifully-presented birthday desert. Would we return on another occasion or just for a meal? Most definitely!

We love Cafe Muscat. This restaurant has become our go-to for a night out or to celebrate a special milestone. The vibe is so warm and friendly, the food is delicious, the service is great. We love it here!

The food was incredibly fresh; haven't had cod so fresh since I was a child. The price may feel a little steep but the portions are incredibly generous & I've never felt slighted by the deals. The ice cream is ridiculously delicious & I found the service to be kind. I've never eaten there in person but hope that this restaurant is a staple of the neighborhood for years to come. Horrible service, came here on 1/15/22 and had to ask our waiter maybe 4 times for water! She finally brought it after we were done with our meal. We asked her about 7 times for bread and she never even brought it. We asked for our sushi to be brought out first as our appetizer and she doesn’t listen to anything we say! She brought it LAST but the water really upset me. She has some nerve bringing it after we’re done with our meal. Very upsetting and I used to come here a lot.

My daughter goes to the gymnastics across the street from this place . My husband and I decided to stop for a coffee . We never heard of this place .Omg the food is fresh and their coffees to die for . I have to say the services is very slow they need more people but is not because they are not attentive you the customer is because this place get packed . I give them a five start because even though the services is slow the people who work there have a great attitude .

I haven't tasted cod that was as fresh as the food was when I was a child. The price may seem high, but the portions are really large, and I've never felt cheated by the specials. The service was courteous, and the ice cream is absurdly good. Despite never having eaten there, I hope that it continues to be a neighborhood mainstay for many years to come. Since I'm not Jewish or Israeli, I considered it to be a great privilege to try Israeli food. Thank you.

I don't know how this place stays in business. Waited 10 minutes for a table being completely ignored by any wait staff or the manager. They finally cleared off 4 tables. My party of 2 was seated at one table, the couple who came in after us were seated and the couple who came in after them were also seated. Both the couples seated after us received drinks and placed their orders while we were completely ignored. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!!

The layout of this place is a little weird— its one big rectangle and tables are placed *very* close to one another. On a weeknight, it felt like being in a school cafeteria- I could hear the people’s conversations beside me loud and clear. Maybe increasing the volume of the music or spacing the tables in a different way (further apart) would make the experience more pleasant as my friend and I could not listen to one another.

Food is good though not great, however staff that night was a bit clueless and made many mistakes both with entrees and with our request to bring out cake for the bday girl. Took about 5 reminders for them to do it which was frustrating. 3 stars for the fod bit 2 stars off for service and lack of ambiance. Too bright there and not very cozy. With a few improvements, this place could be great!

They don’t even deserve one star. Terrible food. Kept trying new things everytime we went back there and each time it was worse. The shakshuka, lasagna, sandwiches, eggs, yogurt parfait. All gross. And the staff blame us on the staleness and poor quality… seriously don’t waste your time or money.

The place was pretty crowded when my friends and I got there, but the staff managed to swiftly make ample room for us. We were treated with respect and were given assistance when needed. The food was absolutely delicious and aromatic! Just looking at the food made my stomach grumble as I piled my plate. I will definitely be coming here in the future with others!

Very overpriced, good for coffee and dessert. Most of the food wasn’t delicious at all. The Shakshuka tasted weird like it had cinnamon, the Chinese dream was a nightmare , couldn’t go past 2 bites, even the Israeli salad had no flavour and the tomatoes were mushy. Other dishes we got were just ok. Dessert was good. Disappointing overall.

I just had my daughter’s birthday party at Muscat. Absolutely AMAZING. There are no words to describe how awesome the staff are. 12 years old girls with a million demands music up down. I didnt try the food but had some drinks. Hot chocolate had no flavor at all and the ice coffee was average at best. We had 3 drinks 2 ice coffees and 1 orange juice it was $25!!! Not worth it at all. Save your ti.e and your money and go somewhere else. Also, the service was very slow even though it wasnt busy.

Enjoyed the food specially their own salad specialty, the atmosphere is a little too casual for the prices. A little over priced but the food was good my first time there for a birthday party and it was handled very nicely. Turning off the lights and brining the cake. Will go back hopefully.

Went there on a week day seemed very busy. The waiters where attentive but everything else goes down hill. Over priced and the dishes are not executed well. You need some talent to mess up a toast. Don't get me started on the coffee.

Great food at very reasonable prices. They have managed to make me feel as welcome as at home each time I've visited. Try their shakshuka breakfast and the white hot chocolate with whipped cream. And their mozzarella sticks.
