"The pork fritter was a small step above Pete's Pride"
Wow, they got you here. You are trapped, not allowed to bring your own food, and you and your family are hungry. You need to feed your family but for the price, I expected just a little more. 2 waters for $9.26, 2 salads (Caesar is basic salad with a "pack" of Caesar dressing making it a Caesar salad), 1 with 3 small pieces of chicken, $17.44, 1 grilled cheese, $8.99............ I knew it wasn't going to be cheap and I don't mind spending money for us to eat but wow. In addition, the service was very poor. They acted as if it was a hassle to take an order. I mean come on, you're lucky to have a job! People..............

No lids for my soda or any straws. No carry out bags. The pork tenderloin sandwich was decent but the fries were dry. It was okay lunch.

Get the 10 dollar cup. (Tall plastic cup with the built in straw lid) You can refill it for free all day long at places in the zoo that have fountain machines. And the food is what you expect at a zoo or amusement park like setting. Pricey but does a good job at satisfying your hungry people.
Coldest, dry food I have ever ate all that money I had to spend you could do better. VERY UNSATISFIED

Seriously, the food can barely pass as edible here. Don't throw away your hard earned money here.

It is a little over priced, but most zoos are. That being said, the fries in this cafe are the best fries I have ever had in my 32 years of life! My 12 year old agrees.
For a fast food place in the zoo was reasonably priced and the crispy chicken sandwich I had was pretty good. Would have again.
The food here is just ok. It’s not memorably bad but not much of it is appealing either. I recommend the pretzels.
Slightly better than high school cafeteria food. Pricey, but expected at a zoo. Great fries.
The food was cold and the lady at the register gave me the wrong amount of change.
Very expensive for what you are getting, a picnic lunch is what I would recommend
Good fries, ham and gouda was ok, chicken tenders were pretty good too.
Good for "where you are"! Crispy chicken sandwich was quite tasty.
Good food for the price, a lot better than I thought it would be
Prices were outrageous and they have no lids for the drinks.
Over priced. $10 for a skunked beer. Would not recommend.
Pricey but food good, hot, and great selection of food.
A good place for a snack. Typical zoo cafe, expensive.
