Carmen is truly the BEST in Arizona. She was highly recommended from many vendors. When I reached out to her she asked me to come in to do a free cake tasting with as many guests as I wanted. I actually went twice since I couldnt get everyone there and she was super nice and attentive. I gave her a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like and she made it way better than the picture with her special touches. Not only did it look good, every layer was different and it was delicious! All of our guests loved the cake and desserts. There was NOTHING left over. It all looked so elegant. If you want to WOW your guests, you will definitely score with Cakes & Ribbons! Thank you Carmen for being so awesome! You really have incredible talent!

Her cakes are delicious and always the envy of the party. The price is well worth it if you want quality, delicious, stunning cake. Big fan of her buttercream cakes. She’s made my wedding cake & 6 birthday cakes - three for my teenager, one for our little girl, and two for hubby’s birthday. We love her work!! Increíbles pasteles. I really like this place. It's adorable, open later than other bakeries/confectioneries in the area, and has delicious food! I purchased a piece of strawberry tres leches cake for my husband and he loved it! (I snuch a little too and was sad I only got a piece for him.) They have great customer service. I asked if they had more macarons than what was in their display case and they took time to tell me the flavors they had in the back and then beautifully package 6 for me. Those were also scrumptious! I also asked about cakes and plan on using their services in the future.

We came close to closing time so the selection was limited, but what they did have you can tell is custom made. The inside was very clean and they had nice decorations. The lady behind the counter explained that they don't have a lot in the display case because they have been busy with custom orders, which is understandable. My daughter loved her cake pop. I got flan and my wife got a beautiful and moist red velvet cupcakes. Definitely considering coming here for the kids birthday cake.

I order a cake for my daughter's with natural sugar flowers differnt color decorations.I assumed it would be the case for the amount she charge but That was not the case it was plain with no decorations no flowers and when I called the owner she just said she was not feeling well she had a headache and was unable to completed. I asked her for a partial refund then and she said that was not possible. I never heard back from her.

I found this place bakery in 2016 and have been going back ever since! Treats at the counter are amazing! I usually place my order last minute and she still manages to have it ready in time with it looking amazing and tasting yummy. HIGHLY recommend the chocolate cake with cookies n cream frosting, everyone loved it!!!

Unfortunately I cant give better review. Visited this location for the first time. Stood in their lobby for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to the front. The music they were playing was so loud I could not get anyones attention. Perhaps adding a door chime or a bell at the counter would avoid this.

I ordered a graduation cake for my daughter’s graduation Event and they were 30 minutes late for delivery They didn’t even call to inform me.they we’re running late Did not provide a box. The cake was expensive for what it was. I would nor recommend this bakery.

Carmen is truly a live saver! I wanted a special birthday cake for my sister and unsurprisingly found it difficult to find a shop or person willing to provide a gorgeous cake in such short notice. Carmen provided a fantastic and delicious

This place pulled through! I needed to get a last minute smash cake for a birthday and they were able to get it done in a hour! For the price, taste and design, it was worth it! The lady was super sweet and would definitely order again.

Carmen did a wonderful job with our wedding cake! It was exactly what we wanted and it was delicious! Everyone at the party loved the cake! I definitely recommend it and I will continue ordering cakes from here for future events!

They did a beautiful job with my wedding cake! Small wedding due to COVID but the cake was delicious and everyone commented on how great the cake looked! Delivery was right on time too!

The chocolate covered strawberries on Valentine’s Day were by far the best chocolate covered strawberries I have ever had. They weren’t just BEAUTIFUL, delicious too!
