Terrible overall experience with silver rose bakery. Had great customer service before wedding day but terrible experience on and after our wedding day. We had confirmed cake flavors and design multiple times before wedding day via email and even sent screen shots from their instagram to explain the classic modern smooth texture we were looking for. Wedding day came and somehow our top tier was banana peanut butter, an extreme allergy to my husband that could have easily landed him in the hospital.Thankfully our amazing coordinator at the venue caught it before we did. Our cake design that was delivered was a boho pattern on the middle tier which was pretty.. but again not what we discussed with silver rose. I contacted silver rose 2/15 and they were apologetic and told me they would send me a full refund as we clearly did not get what we paid for. It took me to remind them 3/6 for my refund. 3/11 they sent me $400 instead of the full refund. I’m not sure that was lack of paying attention again via email or laziness for them to not look up our invoice on what we spent. Again, another error on their part. I sent them another email 3/14 with the invoice attached to show them they still owed me a balance. With no surprise there was no response. 3/29 I checked in to let them know I was still waiting from a response from them and never heard back. I txted their number on 4/11 to see if anyone would contact me back and unfortunately still never got a response. Im shocked they chose to ignore instead of fix their mistakes. I would save yourself the headache and choose a different vendor who may be more organized, especially for wedding day.

Silver Rose Bakery did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding reception. From the first moment we met Michael and Priscilla we were impressed with their politeness, professionalism, and their genuine interest in our wants, needs, and happiness. They bent over backwards to make sure that we were satisfied and felt comfortable with the dessert selections, procedures, delivery/setup details, taste combinations, etc. And while their customer service was amazing, the taste of their cake and pastries was incredible. Many of our guests exclaimed on how the wedding cake actually was delicious implying that most wedding cakes are not as we all know. Our guests, and ourselves of course, were raving about the pastries and mini-desserts. Wow! Multiple people asked us for the bakery contact info as they will use them for upcoming parties. We actually will use them again very soon for another party we are planning. If all people ran their business as Michael and Priscilla do, the world would be a much better place.

Their cake is INCREDIBLE! They have great communication skills, they always respond within the day. FB messenger and email are the easiest ways to talk to them. Even during a pandemic, their customer service and cakes exceed customer/food service expectations. My wedding cake looked so beautiful, and tasted so good! Guests at the wedding reception were RAVING! I had no idea that a gluten & dairy free cake could taste so amazing:) It is hard to find places that can accommodate dietary restrictions, and this place did such a wonderful job. I'm so grateful to have been able to eat some wedding cake on my wedding day! Not only do they specialize in wedding cakes, but they do birthday's, graduations, and pretty much any other cake you can think of. NOW GO ORDER YOURSELF SOME CAKE FROM THEM!

I was in need of a delivery in AZ however, I was in another state. I called and Silver Rose was amazing at making sure I got exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond to get my order correct, even texting me after the fact to clarify details. The person I sent the cake pops to said the delivery person called to verify they were home and was extremely professional. Once the delivery was made, I received a text with a picture of the bouquet stating it was delivered. I can’t say enough about Silver Rose Bakery and the cake pop bouquet they put together for my friend’s children. They went above and beyond to make these kids smile during a time when they we struggling with everything going on in the world. I can’t thank you enough!!!

I had a last minute order for one of my working manager's birthday on September 18th and Priscilla was really sweet to take that order for me. Of course I understand the cake was way out of the question for a one day order, but she threw in an alternative and helped me get a set of cake pops delivered to my manager's resident the following morning. My manager loves giraffes, so she even took the request to make the cake pops giraffe-colored themes. My manager was really happy to have received these. Since I reside in another state, they gave me confirmation of the delivery when I called to check the status on Saturday morning. Thank you again so much again for taking a last minute order! Hi, my son and his girlfriend ordered a birthday cake for me june 2 from you. it was perfect from delivery on. the cake delivery showed up just as i pulled into my house after errands that day. it was a beautiful surprise especially since my husband had not been able to arrange a cake for me. The cake was delicious!! We loved the slight hint of lavendar? and the fact that while the cake was wonderfully sweet it was not "fake" sweet. thank you !!! WOW!! I decided at the very last minute ( 20 hrs beforehand) to have Cupcakes delivered to my son's workplace for his birthday. I didn't think I would find a Bakery on such short notice. Not only did Silver Rose Bakery accept my order and deliver at the promised time--they Cupcakes were a huge hit! I'm not in Arizona so, sadly I didn't get to try one. My son said they were moist & incredibly good! I did get pictures and they were exactly as ordered.( You get to choose your frosting colors) I am so happy and grateful that I found this wonderful Bakery online. I cant wait to order again & again. My daughter was having her 8th birthday and we were out of town set to return a day before her birthday party. I got an email from our usual bakery that thy were unable to make her cake due to back order. Being out of town, I did not have a lot of options and so I went on google and found their bakery and they were so sweet over the phone and took my last minute order and DELIVERED!! I was so worried that I was ordering sight unseen and was not sure what I was going to get. My daughter loved her cake and the cake was a HIT at the party with both kids and adults!! OMG, we highly recommend Silver Rose Cakes! I’m so glad our venue partnered up with them. When picking out our flavors, we decided on Vanilla with chocolate frosting, Black Forest with Vanilla frosting and lemon with cream cheese frosting with raspberry jam. We have family with allergies and wanted to make sure they participated in the cake celebrating so we got a Gluten free, egg free, dairy free cake- it was vanilla and EVERYONE enjoyed it. We had 1/2 of that cake left over and took it to our Grandmas group home so they could also enjoy our cake. Thank you so much and we will definitely be using your services again.

The ordering process was refreshingly simple, I was able to fill out the online form, pay and then forget about till delivery day. My mom was absolutely THRILLED, she loved the cake, took many pictures and didn't even want to eat it, it was so beautiful! I chose turquoise and brown for the colors, and though I do agree it came out beautifully, I'm not sure I would have blended those colors. But thats purely my personal take and I am a perfectionist. When I initially reached out they took their time going over all of the small details of my big order of cake, cupcakes and cookie favors for my bridal shower. working with silver rose bakery was easy and fun! we had an online meeting to talk about what i wanted for my wedding cake, and then they sent us a tasting kit (VERY good and fun!). my wedding cake was exactly as the picture i sent them and it was VERY tasty (honestly, the best wedding cake i have ever had) both flavors i picked were awesome and everyone loved the cake! we also got the cheesecake and it was also awesome! i will definitely be ordering more cake and desserts for birthdays from them from now on!! Seriously I am so impressed it's not even funny!!!! I am gluten and dairy free so my life is a little hard when it comes to desserts. I was not expecting my wedding cake to taste so delicious. None of my guest even knew that it was gluten-free dairy free until we told them they were all blown away. I ordered a vanilla with strawberry filling for my bottom layer and chocolate with raspberry filling for the top. They absolutely nailed that design I was going for and the flavors were just amazing I will definitely be ordering from them again!!!

Wonderful experience working with the folks at this bakery! I sent an email inquiry stating I was flying in and was looking for 50 cake pops for a party that weekend. They happily accomdated and delivered to the venue. Even with a location snafu, they went back and delivered to the right location. They were awesome about communicating and I felt confident in using them from thousands of miles away. The cake pops were not just beautiful but delicious. I hired Silver Rose bakery to cater mini desserts for a luncheon of 2000 people. Michael and Priscilla Sweet are amazing! They were very professional, helpful and always available to help. They flexible with my schedule and delivered right on time. We had three types of mini cupcakes and two kinds of dessert shooters. They were the BEST desserts I’ve ever had! I personally recommend the chocolate cupcakes with vanilla raspberry frosting and the strawberry dessert shooters. I will be using them again!

The design of the sigil on the cake matched the books' description perfectly--I could tell they really did their homework beforehand. By the way, the cake was great, too--it disappeared in about 10 minutes. This bakery really went the extra mile to make sure this cake was unique and tasty!

We ordered from this bakery for an office lunch party and WOW. They arrived on time and made a beautiful set up all by themselves. Everyone who came in and out while they were setting up was amazed. For weeks after we ordered I had employees asking where I had ordered the dessert from. Two weeks later we got a personalized card with our office photo inside. It was a beautiful touch to what was already an amazing experience.

I called in a surprise baked-good delivery (from out of state) for my daughter's 22nd birthday and she enjoyed her treats. The cake we ordered was nicely decorated abut the taste just wasn’t there.. it was dry, the filling was super thick like fudge and just overall wasn’t up to my standards for how much we paid.
