Have had a few prescriptions filled here. Won’t be back. Honestly the folks working here need a little sun or something. If someone’s waiting at your pickup window at the very least make eye contact. Don’t ignore them. Co-op should really look at matching the level of customer service you receive in the grocery store. Brutal

As a long time Co-op member and regular user of the pharmacy, I have always found the staff polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They are also busy and I realize I am not the only customer they have to take care so I plan ahead and take the responsibility of managing my prescriptions in a timely manner. It works for me.

Long wait times for filling prescriptions, often 45 minutes or longer. Very poor customer service, customers often stand at the counter for long periods of time before someone even acknowledges you are there. If I could give no stars I would.

Some of the ladies are really great here, but one is cranky and the male pharmacist is not exactly warm either. They rarely acknowledge you exist when you are at the counter. For such highly educated people they may want to get some service
