I have a serious concern about the continues changing of the Friday prayer times at this location, specifically for the 3rd session. Since Mid of November 2019 and the 3rd session timing keeps changing and changing almost every week.. As of January 3rd, 2020 the time for that third session has moved to 1:45pm, Why we dont have a fixed time same as other prayer locations in the City? So No one get confused or miss the prayer... Another things that I have been noticed for the 3rd session, it doesn't start on the mentioned time and it can take longer than usual from the other sessions (1st prayer). Please consider some people have to get back to work on time, if they are only on 1 hour break, drive to the location from far SW it takes about 10-15 minutes each way...

Downtown mushalla located inside Art Common Building at Mezanine level. Located in centre of downtown, near to city hall, olympic park and central library. Amazingly strategic location. There are 3 batch of Friday Sermon. please go through the photos for details How to get there: I starterd from central library, goes through municipacility building and found Art Common building side by side with Anatolia Restaurant. Get in to Art common, took the stairs to the mezaninne level. You will find the downtown mushalla on your left. Whoever provide this place and organize it, may Allah bless you with great barakah. Nice, cozy and convenient place to pray. However, sometimes the door gets locked and if you're trying to enter you'd have to knock and hope someone inside opens the door for you. I assume this is for security reasons. I've attached the jumaa timings for this time of the year since I'm having a tough time finding them online.

Enter from the main entrance of Arts Common, take the stairs to the mezzanine, then left. Don't continue climbing the stairs to the first floor.
