I recently took my French Bulldog to this veterinary clinic for a surgery, and unfortunately, the procedure resulted in the death of my beloved pet. I am utterly devastated and heartbroken by this experience. The veterinarian assured me that the surgery would be routine and safe, but it turned out to be anything but. My dog was given anesthesia and never woke up. I feel completely let down by this clinic and their staff. I trusted them with the care of my pet, and they failed me in the worst way possible. I strongly advise against taking your pets to this clinic, as they clearly lack the necessary competence and professionalism to handle even the most basic surgical procedures. My dog's death could have been prevented if the veterinarian had been more careful and attentive during the surgery. I am appalled by this experience and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

My dog had a torn ACL, Dr Emms did TPLO or similiar, and my dog was petrified when i was finally allowed to pick her up. She was sent home with dried poo all over her, obviously left to poo in her cage and not cleaned up properly. On our followup visit she was petrified of him. She's never acted like that with any other that before. Really regret ignoring the warning signs and leaving my dog with him. Will never go there again. Expensive lesson ($4300).

Pet lovers be warned, this place is about money and business, not the welfare of the animals and their owners. Very unaccommodating receptionist Sam given the fact that I was going through one of the most stressful periods of my life and who left me on hold for extended periods regarding deposits.

Camberwell Vet Clinic genuinely wants the best for both the pet and its owners. Dr Stephen Emms is extremely experienced and professional, as well as really caring and patient with questions. The rest of the team are also very kind-hearted and helpful.

Dr steven is the best helped my poor dog maxi relived his pain was able to come home as all dog lover know when they cry in pain it breaks my heart with his help my maci will be oaky

I found Dr Steve and staff to be helpful, professional in all interactions. We were very vulnerable due to our pet having a significant issues . Recommend this clinic highly.

A small practice with lovely, capable staff members. An old venue. No staff members work overnight or most of the weekend. A very skilled surgeon.

They call the name of the pets instead of the owners, I was delighted to hear all the cute names being addressed by 'Mr' or 'Mrs' while waiting

Took me for an $$$ ride with no logic and no explanation. Walked in for a check up, walked out with $600 bill. Never go here!
