I was looking for a good cleanse and I called this pharmacy to see what they had. The person who answered seemed knowledgeable and it piqued my interest. I went there with a few questions, prepared to spend $340 on 2 cleanses (for me and my husband) and had a very negative experience. Being in a guest experience role on and off for over 25 years, I pride myself on being exceptional with people, and the reviews I read about poor customer service here didn’t faze me at all. I was horrified by what I found. First of all, I perused the cleanses and read all of the labels for about 15 mins with no one approaching me (there were very few customers in the store). Finally I asked a young lady if she worked in that department and she said no, she would get me someone. I actually watched the other woman huff as she left her stocking task to come and help me. She very clearly knew nothing about the products as she started reading the labels to me in response to my questions. I told her I had already read the labels. I then asked about the specific cleanse that wasn’t with the others. She brought me to it, and again started reading the label. When I asked if she had any experience with it or had heard anything or knew anything about it she said no but that it looked expensive. She said she would go for another one (in the other section) because it cost a lot less and that she had been thinking about doing it. (I kid you not) She told me that there was no one working today who knew anything about the cleanses. What??!! Who do they hire? 1 person who is educated, and the rest to just provide less than mediocre customer service. I was incredibly disappointed and left the store with nothing. I then went to another store where they were happy and able to answer my questions and take my money. The three stars is only because they do have a great selection of different products. I would only go back if I knew exactly what I want and didn’t have to ask about or for anything.

I was recomended to good to this pharmacy by my doctor to like for more natral joint care for my knee. The store was very nice looking i liked the hard woord and the lighting design, It's a nice lay out. and the products they carry is good quality products that i can not find any where else in the city its a little more expensive then some places but the products are worth there price. How ever there code of conduct for their staff needs to be fixed every time I go in there and I need help or have questions about a product most of their employees are all hanging around their makeup section of the store. for long periods of time and i dont get any help. which makes me very frustrated as a customer i have no problem recommending places to people as long as the service is good there. but 90% of the time i have gone there the staff i see just hanging around the makeup section. also im curious if the store is going under because the selves are very bare all the time. It's just a though.

I have been using this pharmacy to fill a compound prescription monthly for the past year or so. It's location is very convenient for me on my way home from downtown. People and the store seem nice. The last 3-4 refills have been frustrating as it takes several days to get it done. I have had to end up calling to see what the status is and chase it down. This time around I phoned in the refill on a Thursday morning and now it's Monday at lunch with no call back? Even when I go to pick it up the pharmacists are always off hunting for it. It plays out like this every time. They are not organized for compound prescriptions, that is very apparent. I used to use the pharmacy at Market Mall who usually turned it around the same day or within 24 hrs. I may be heading back there in the future.

Need good caring, thoughtful service? I was certainly impressed and grateful to Cambrian Pharmacy for their commitment to my well being. I have been in tremendous pain with my Pelvic Floor due to my pregnancy. Cambrian Pharmacy was the third store I went to ask about getting a belt which was recommended to me from my physiotherapist. All the other places I visited turned me away with a simple " No, I cannot help you". Cambrian did not have the product I was looking for but the pharmacist spent twenty-five minutes calling around and researching where I would be able to find what I was looking for. Worst pharmacy experience ever! I dropped a prescription for myself and my son, which I picked it up the following day. To my surprised when I got home all the meds were labelled under my name and none for my son. I called them to let them know there was a huge medication error (*obviously from the same last name, but still no excuse for their lack of competency)and asked them how they plan to fix the error. I feel they were more sorry they got caught for their med errors. In the end, I was disappointed wih their unprofessional service, unfriendly costumer service, and on top of that I didn't even get an apology for their med errors.

By far the best pharmacy experience of my life. I have been seeing them for 6 months for the most complicated combination of prescriptions (10+) and supplements (30+) I could imagine; moreover my prescriptions require special accommodation (compounded, dyes removed, etc.). Despite the complexity, they are the kindest, most efficient, knowledgeable pharmacists. They call as soon as they get new scripts, review any complexities, often make them in-house, and contact me when a portion of my hundreds of pills are available earlier than the rest. I can't say enough good things. I wish this was the pharmacological standard in Canada.

Beware - If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd do it! In short: Wrong prescription was dispensed for my 9 month old infant. Sadly, the prescription was 'computer-generated' - You have to question the competence of this place and it's pharmacists. At the end of the day, Rob (the owner) offered to fill the correct prescription at no cost - Honestly, even if we did not have full drug coverage, his $30 drug isn't going to make up for what we have gone through because we had an incompetent pharmacist not read a 'computer-printed' prescription. Steer clear of this place!

I was able to overlook being given compounded prescription medications that would expire before I'd have a chance to fully use them. Whenever I brought it up, they'd usually offer a newly made compound. Their turnaround for compounded prescriptions has increased. This is perhaps due to them outsourcing to a place called Integrum. I've found their delivery service is not professional or reliable. Further, despite trying to provide more clear instructions for delivery, I was told by a pharmacy team member that the lack of reliability was somehow my fault.

I had went to three different pharmacy’s to find a medication that my doctor had prescribed for endometriosis, and was turned down at each pharmacy as they had never heard of such drug. I went to Cambrian pharmacy and was helped immediately, and although it took a few minutes the pharmacist wouldn’t give up until she found what I needed. This is a level of passion and professionalism that is lacking at Safeway and especially shoppers drug mart. As soon as they didn’t know the drug they were rude and aloof to my request. THANK YOU CAMBRIAN!!!!

Friendly staff. Asked for a neti pot (sinus irrigation), the pharmacist picked it out for me saying specifically that it was one that included both the pot and the saline used to irrigate. I didn't inspect the product (had run over on the last 15 minutes of my break), and it went straight into a bag. I get home to find out it's 100 packets of the powder. That's it. Disappointed the pharmacist couldn't pick out the right product, but will be returning immediately to see if they will rectify the situation and will update the review then.

I love this pharmacy. It goes back a lot of years and they keep getting better. It's well staffed with knowledgeable people. One of the pharmacists helped me with a problem I've been dealing with forever. She was up to date with the latest drugs and was able to suggest one that is helping me reduce the number of drugs I'm on. I'm thrilled. They compound medicines as well and that has also helped me. PS They also have a great natural makeup department you can try.

So grateful for Cambrian , my son was prescribed from the children’s hospital two prescriptions that needed to be compounded at 5:30 on a Friday night before the long weekend . After calling 10 pharmacies all being told sorry we’re closing soon. I called Cambrian and the team was wonderful and even though they themselves were closing at 7 didn’t hesitate to help us out . Not happy at all with them. Poor dealing with prescription. I will never go there again. The store it's self is very beautiful and organized to bad pharmacy wasn't! Oh forgot to mention that the pharmacy couldn't be bothered to call me to say we won't have it ready when I was told at the counter. Communication is important when your dealing with people's medication. Especially the people who are making the meds up for customers... Go figure!

I am taking a lot of prescriptions and specialized supplements, and have found great support as I navigate what to take when, how, and why! Everyone I've ever dealt with there has been nothing but pleasant and helpful, and most of all KNOWLEDGEABLE. I have transferred my existing prescriptions to Cambrian and will continue to do all of my business there when I can, even though it's not my closest pharmacy. Well worth the trip.

Rob and his team of pharmacists go above and beyond every time. Today I struggled to get my prescriptions over from my Dr's office, and they worked directly with that office, close to closing time to get them and ensure my son had the medication to get him on the road to recovery. It isn't the first time, the team continually works hard and proves that it is worth the drive for us to go to Cambrian.

David offers the kind of personalised service that is so hard to find in a busy city. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your prescription needs. I read the reviews here and went looking for a very difficult to find reusable glass nasal spray bottle which they had a few different styles in stock. I had previously visited 6 other pharmacies and medical supply stores with no luck. In contrast to some of the old reviews posted, I found them to be polite, friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I would recommend them.

The best Pharmacy out there. The staff are super helpful. They answer all of our questions and they are so friendly. We have been going there for over 15 years - as my son who is special needs has special requirements for some of his medications. Cambrian Pharmacy has meet all of our needs. They actually know my son by name and always ask how he is doing. They really care!

I've been coming to this drug store for a few years now. I've found the staff friendly, helpful with providing information and locating items. When ever I've had a new prescription, I'm unsure of how/ when to take, side-effects etc., they've taken the time to make sure I am fully comfortable when it comes to any health, and pharmaceutical products.

Amazing pharmacy! Super cool products including make up and bath body stuff. Staff goes way out of their way to help and there are always plenty of staff members on hand. Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. It’s almost like walking into a high end boutique store where everyone’s a naturopath and all the products are safe and effective. I trust pretty much everything here from brands of vitamins and supplements to the beauty supplies. Highly recommended for any of your ND prescriptions.

I rate a 5 for all the awesome things they carry and and 3-4 for the friendliness of the pharmacy staff. Half the time I stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The 3 stars are for the fact they carry Compounds and 2/10 staff at the pharmacy that can muster up a smile! I’ve been going here for almost a decade.

Neighborhood pharmacy but needs lot of patience as they are tad bit slow at pharmacy and are bit rude. They never kept my medicine ready by the time I reach for pickup or have to wait a lot to get it to my hand. I decided to change my pharmacy for medication after more than 5 instances now. Please do your patrons a favour and give your actual hours of operation at the beginning of your automated message. If your hours of operation change then change the message. It’s a simple courtesy. People rely on pharmacies to be open when they say they are. Far more so than any other 9-5 business.

Amazing pharmacy and store! The staff are lovely and helpful and I think this is the best selection of supplements in the city! The vibe in the store is so relaxing and I love that they support local products of all kinds. Definitely worth the trip even if you're not in the neighborhood!

Amazing selection of natural products. The baby soaps, shampoos, lotions are the best out there. They even have non-toxic nail polish for kids. I absolutely love the staff here. My only complaint is that they don’t have a coffee shop. I’d like an excuse to spend more time here;)

Such a peaceful environment. I love to go there. Good thing is they compound the medicine there. Their Pharmacists are the best. They also have huge collection of natural medicine and beauty products. Waiting time is reasonable. I got my medicine compounded in like 20 mins.

We had already been to 3 pharmacies and we couldn't find the prescription we needed for our son. We called Cambrian Pharmacy and David had the medicine and made sure we were able to get it on Christmas Eve just before they closed. A true life saver!!!

I've discovered that this pharmacy charges significantly more for prescription medications compared to other places where I found the prices to be almost half. I'm disappointed by this pricing difference and will never use this pharmacy again.

A very comprehensive pharmacy with everything that you could imagine from gifts, to homeopathic remedies, post office, household basics to your traditional pharmaceutical needs. The staff and atmosphere are warm and inviting.

This is not your typical pharmacy. Along with pharmacy services, they have extremely knowledgeable staff who can assist with herbs, vitamins, and many supplements that are not regularly stocked at other pharmacy's.

Unreliable hours. Unreliable communication of hours. Rob needs to communicate his actual hours better if he’s going to be the voice message guy. Staff is great though. Typically very nice & helpful.

When you enter the store you are OVERWHELMED with the scent of I believe their cosmetics. It is MOST unpleasant and irritating to any one with respiratory conditions. Otherwise it is a good store.

Decent selection but expensive and customer service is often lacking. I have found a couple of websites where I can get what I need and the products are usually a $ or $$ cheaper.

I used to go to Shoppers' in north Hill Mall, but they were always slow in the pharmacy section, so I thought I would try Cambrian Pharmacy and have been going back ever since.

Great assortment of high end, high quality vitamins and supplements (metagenics, serroyal, thorne). High end natural makeup too. Plus knowledgeable people on site to help you.
