I've been going to Campus Dental and Reflections (their other location) for 20+ years. I've lived in many other cities and seen other dentists - but these folks will always be my first choice. All the staff here are very professional and friendly. They're not rushed, they answer question thoroughly and explain all your options to you. They do all the submissions to my insurance provider (Blue Cross) for me and I get my 100% refunds very quickly. They also have very reasonable rates on elective procedures - which are not included in 100% coverage insurance plans. If you ask, they'll even go over your insurance policy with you ahead of time so you know exactly what your costs will be. Dr. Hamin was even kind enough to sign off on my passport photos without an appointment when I needed a rush replacement (back in the days when only a select group of people could do that).

My experience today was amazing. My hygienist Bethany is so great. Due to be visually impaired I can’t see what the hygienist is doing so she was kind enough to inform me what she was going to do before she did it so that I knew what was going on. Dr. Ryan is also amazing he is super friendly and answered all my questions in a way I underatood. I would recommend anyone to this dental centre the staff is so friendly the receptionists are always cheerful and ready to explain things in very clear language so you feel like you are being understood

They dont do direct billing. I paid more than 300 myself just to get my teeth cleaned and my 2 fillings. They gave you stuff to rinse your mouth without telling you that has a charge and you ended up paying that mouth wash yourself because BlueCross wont accept the claim. BlueCross only covered a certain amount of your dental service but as they charged more than other dentist, you have to pay the excessed amount. They even convince you to do a lot of x rays you dont even need and wont give you a report after. Dont go there.

Ok, it's no secret that I hate/fear dentists, but that was until I met Dr. Ken Hamin. My most recent visit was potentially going to be painful with 2 separate teeth repairs, but he used some magic gel on my gums to "numb/freeze" my gums, so that I never felt the needle going in to freeze the area where the work would be performed. This guy is nothing short of a God sent angel of dentistry. My teeth thank you. <3

The service at the dental centre is exceptional with the best staff in Winnipeg. I never have to wait too long and the receptionists are always very friendly and make you happy to come to see the dentist. Lori is both very professional and friendly. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone in the city.

I love going for my cleaning as Beth is really a personable and friendly person. We always get into chatting that I don't realise how quickly the time passes. Would highly recommend booking in for a cleaning with Beth.

Have 100% coverage through my mom's Blue Cross for dental and was charged a certain amount and only reimbursed a percentage instead of all of it. Switched to a dentist with direct billing.

Most amount of work performed with almost no pain or discomfort. Best experience at any dental office by far.
