This Canada Post location has the worst possible customer service not only is it super slow but the people that work there (i.e. Queenie and the other lady) are just plain rude. I wish they would get relocated somewhere else because I have to put up with their awful treatment quite regularly.
I don't normally write reviews but because this experience is TERRIBLE EVERY TIME, i had to leave one. It is always the same thing with the same lady that every review seems to be mentioning! She is VERY RUDE. Canada Post, I don't understand why you are still employing her.
Can be busy during rush hours but with the whole situation of Canada Post undergoing times of financial turmoil, I can understand why the government puts what it does into mail system. Employees are always trying their hardest to make sure your package gets in your hands.
The employees are often rude and unhelpful. Its nearly always busy and the service is slow. I’ve had so many horrible experiences at this location that I dread having to go there. It’s worth walking up to broadway and going to a different post office.
Hit or miss depending on who you get. The last that was very slow I don't think is around anymore. The other lady is and she is fast but sometimes too fast and results in error. I needed tracking once and I didn't get it. Tried to make sure
Extremely rude and unhelpful employee today. Went to pick up my my Amazon package and there was an issue with the billing address not matching my ID and she refused to hand over the package despite my confirmation email and barcode as well
As dusk faded to blackness Queenie’s dull eyes studied the pile of documentation I had brought for her. I held my breath. The journey to this coveted position at the front counter had been too long, too arduous for my request to be denied.
Rude, slow unhelpful. Hands-down worst customer service at a Vancouver post office. I requested my parcels be sent to a different canada post location because of how awful the woman behind that counter is everytime I have been there. Avoid!
I was mailing a package to the US, I wanted to send it the cheapest way possible, which I told the lady working the counter. She suggested a $15 price and a $27 price for different options. Just by luck I happened to see a flash of a $12
Queenie told me I "looked too young to be getting mail delivered to me" and claimed my ID was fake before I provided her with several more pieces of ID. I'm 25 years old. In the same visit I witnessed her turn away a man who was there to
Canada Post is typically slow. This is the slowest post office I have ever been to. Rarely more than one staff, I feel pretty bad for her being stuck on her own all the time. I have been the 4th person in line and waited almost half an
Every time I attempt to send a parcel at this post office, there is only one clerk, despite there often being a lineup of 10+ customers. There is never a second cashier and customers frequently get upset and disgruntled. I have begun
My partner went to this location to send a parcel to the US. He was told he couldn’t return it in the postal bag it was in, but he had to buy a box. We got a letter in the door a week later from this location to call the store.
This post is seriously understaffed, but I don't blame the clerks working there for they are just doing their jobs. Canada Post should either man up the post or open another one in the neighborhood. Kitsilano deserves better.
I’ve been living in the area for 7 years and Every time I go there the lady and the guy at the front desk are in a bad mood with no willingness to help, seems like they both hate their job, terrible customer service.
Lines can be slow and long, so can the postal worker's face, or the time everyone spends at the counter just to mail a single item and pay. But with patience and humility you can obtain the service you need.
Service there is choppy at best, typically abrupt. Sucks how they took their phone number down (it used to be listed, and seems the only one now not listed), an indicator of their willingness to serve.
i dont get the bad reviews. I love this place because people here know how to do their jobs. I guess people expect 4-star hotel service and smiles all around when picking up a package.
They have always been easy and kind to deal with. I don't blame the employees for the lineup, post just takes times. I'm happy with the service I receive here.
Absolutely pathetic and horrendous customer service from the man who was working here on March 29th at 18:00 PM. Avoid this place at all costs.
Just a sigle sloth working behind the counter.. be prepared for a lengthy wait even if you’re the only customer. The sloth is nice though.
Staff change appears to have resulted in improved, friendly and efficient service with no or short lines. Way to Go!
Is there a word for somebody who derives pleasure out of making other people's lives unnecessarily difficult?
The worst service in Vancouver. Nervous, slow and clumsy. Those guys should not be working with people at all.
Not too busy on the weekends and even though the line up may be long at times, the employees try their best
Occasionally there is a nice, fast lady who works, other times it's the slowest post office in town.
These people are putting down an employee with a disability FYI. I love the post office ladies
They have one staff person on on Saturday afternoon close to Christmas. Really!?! HUGE line.
Deserves an award for slowest service possible. Guaranteed minimum 20 min wait every time...
Hire some more people. The line ups are inappropriately long here.
This is the slowest/ most understaffed Canada Post I've been to.
Helpful service! I have a good experience everytime.
Clerks are overbearing and inflexible.
One of the ladies is just so rude
So quick and easy. Great service!
Friendly and yet quick service!
