I came to the counter at 4:30 on a Saturday to pick up a package as I received a notice in my mailbox. There was no one at the counter but I could see a gal in the back on her cell phone. When she noticed me she came out and asked if she could help me. I held up my notice and said I’m here to pick up a package. She asked if I could wait so I said yes thinking she just had to finish what she was doing in the back. She went on to say that she really needed to go for a smoke because she hadn’t had a break yet. So I waited for about 5 minutes while she had her cigarette break and then returned to the counter. My transaction took about 45 seconds for her to retrieve my package, check my id and have me sign for it. Terrible customer service!!
Every time I have come to this post office there is always an incredibly long line and I recognize that sometimes is not able to be avoided so that's why I gave an additional star. When I came the most recent time, the lady was complaining to the people in front of me about something personal and then when I came to the counter she was complaining about something else. I didn't find this very professional. I was mailing letters and told her how many stamps I needed and she just chose my stamps for me and then told me how much it was an indicated for me to pay. People should be able to choose what they are paying for. This is not a very professionally run location.

I dug around to find what I could and everything I showed her she said wasn't good enough. The lady was rude and super inpatient with customers because as she stated "I'm here by myself" which she repeated about 30 times in the 5minutes I was there. Went to a different Canada post and they helped me out no problem.
I went to get some flat rate boxes to ship items to my family for the holidays, get a head start. I took 3 extra small boxes off the rack and said I needed 4 more, I was refused because she said the limit is 3 because they are popular, like ok so, your a post office, that’s what you do , sell the different shipping methods. So I said I will go to my car and come back in and buy 3 more she said only if you bring the others back filled out. Well WTH ! I went to another post and got my 4 no problem. I have been going to this place for years and to have to hear something like this , ridiculous!
The customer service representative,Debbie has horrible customer service skills. My package went missing and she had zero empathy and kept saying I don't know when I asked what my next step was. She kept saying "it's not our fault" which was confusing. Canada Post confirmed delivery to a community box and it wasn't there. She later clarified that it not being their fault meant her and the office staff. A gentleman in line that worked for Canada Post even stepped in to express his annoyance with her and pointed me the right direction. Debbie needs some customer service training badly .
I tried to return 2 packages from Amazon. The first one had no issue but once we got to the second package is when they started to talk me very condescending as if I didnt understand how to return stuff on amazon. I asked then to repeat to price for shipment and instead of being polite they just pointed to a screen and said look there. It was 72$ to ship it and they did not try to help me by telling me the prices for smaller packages They are always rude to me and treat me as if I where a child not understand how to send stuff. Worst places to return to. Thanks canada post.
i come here almost every week. That one lady with the blond and blue hair is very unprofessional. she always complains about everything. need an extra piece of tape on your package? she whines. transaction taking too long? she whines. she always complains about everything. sometimes i even hear her swear very loudly, even in presence of children, i do not under stand how she is able to work here. everyone else is stellar and i do love coming here, but if i would have a say in things i would get rid of that girl with the blue hair. -tom
The customer service she was really nice and then at the end she was up set .All I wanted was to renew my PO Box. I had the wrong name. The excuse she was using we get a lot of mail . I dont care .its a post office HELLO .Very bad service bad attitude she give me attitude .I don’t appreciate being treated like garbage when I am paying to get my PO Box renewal. I felt I was being verbally abused by a lady. Horrible person should not work in a post office . In my perspective she’s she could fire....
Wow The elderly lady working at the desk.. just wow I would not recommend that you do to this canadapost, you will feel frustrated and pisses off. Try going to a different location The service is absolutely horrible, she literally turned her back on me after I asked how much my package would cost to ship After waiting about 3 minutes, I asked her again and she said she cannot help me, she just kept going about her day So crazy. How can they allow this lady to keep working there?
I mailed a post today with them at about 11:30 A.M there was a lady she has bad attitude and really not respectful..I had my box with me which needs just tape she was talking with anger why you didn’t tape it ..she can just say that politely and i will understand i was about to grab the product and just leave I told her sorry this is my first time to mail she even didn’t say no worries just mask face I’m never mailing with them and i will never recommend them
Be careful when sending packages with already purchased label as they will not scan it. If you package gets lost you will not have a proof that you actually handed it over to Canada post. I asked them to scan it and they refused stating they were specifically instructed by their Manager/Supervisor not to do so. Any other Canada post always scans my prelabeled packages without me even asking.
FIVE WHOLE STAR this dude call aiden so funny in 40 second we were done never last that long after we were done we started talking a little telling me about all the weird customer he saw at the post and telling joke i was just gonna cume and go but this dude made me want to stay but i had other thing to do so anyway he process my package took around 2 min and i left would go back
Service is excellent and friendly. They handle everything even if you are not sure how to proceed since they understand people don't know how the technicals happen. However, sometimes there can be large lines or customers that take a long time and clog the line up. There is not much you can do as they don't usually compensate for this.
The customer service I receive at this location is always great. I had a particularly good experience recently where the lady saved me money by providing a better way for me to ship a package, she then helped me repack the item, all while following COVID safety protocols. I'm one happy customer :)
There was a line of eight different people, and the cashier Faiza was slow with every single order. The older woman behind the counter saw that there was many people and didn’t try to help speed things up. In the words of someone else in line, “it would be faster to send by carrier pigeon”.
Put me on hold for an hour. Got no help finding my package I was sent to the robot on the canada post service number which is useless. The lady who answered gave no help whatsoever. I know teenagers with more work ethic than the woman who was working November 29th 2022.
Staff here has always been helpful and serving with a smile. Not much else to say about it. Its the canadian post office. You drop stuff off or pick stuff up. Pretty basic. Some better signage though might be helpful on the exterior. Many people dont know its here.
Staff is great and friendly and work hard. Unfortunately this location suffers from a lack of management. Example: 1 PM on a Saturday, no customers waiting and 2 employees working. 5 PM on a Tuesday, 12 people waiting in line and 1 employee working.
Late , over an hour. Need to pick up package and car is packed and I am leaving on vacation. I cant leave till they open or they'll send my package back cause I will be gone for a couple of weeks. Please try and be on time.

Always a pleasure interacting with the helpful and knowledgable staff at this post office. Quick and courteous service. The post office can get busy between 5pm to 7pm on the weekdays, so go earlier or later.
I went to this location on last saturday .There was a clerk named "AFTAB".He is so experience and skilled.I like the way he educated me regarding my parcel and saved my money.Thanks Aftab .Good luck .
I would like to give 0 star to them bcz it took 1 hour to post just one document . The blond lady was too much in her own work handling packages and stuff . 0 Coustmer service and help guidance .
Avoid this location. This place is so incredibly slow. The employees here are unfriendly and not helpful. Everytime I go here, it takes half an hour and I leave feeling sad.
Simply requested some tape to secure printed labels to the bubble parcels I purchased in store. “We don’t have tape right now”. Seriously? That’s brutal service.
Great location inside the Sobeys store. Easy access and convenient. It’s Canada Post so you know what you’re doing here, not mysterious going on here.

went there at around 2, the lady working there was rude, but i came back 30 minutes later there was a new guy working and he was extremely nice.
The people who work there are very hardworking and patient.they served very well, though the place was busy due to the New Year gifts.
I was so impressed to see the staff disinfecting the pen after each customer used to it sign for packages. Service is exemplary.
