Usually great for everything but the clerks should really refrain from giving bad financial advice. Especially when it's unsolicited. The "manager" wasted hours of my time as I went to 4 different locations to find what I need, as he refused to sell it to me, and every one was sold out. When I did go back and purchase what I went in for hours prior, I got an eye roll AND he put my information in wrong so I wasn't even able to access my account or funds when I got home. I went back for a THIRD time to fix the issue, in a blind rage, and he tried to tell me there was nothing he could do despite the fact that I had absolutely no access to the phone or online system. Unsurprisingly after I lost my mind and reminded him that it was his inability to input 8 whole digits into his system that got me into this mess in the first place, he was suddenly able to fix it. What a joke.

Horrible customer service, It says on the delivery notice that I have to be there by 630. I was there an the front desk was very rude telling me it’s not ready , I asked her to check these boxes on the floor and she refused because she needed to scan then and she doesn’t want to that now . She asked me to come back later and then asked me to step away for another customer. Very rude.

Disappointed in the advice I got here at the Canada Post outlet. Clerk misinformed me regarding the delivery date for a letter containing important documents. If you use this location cross check the offerings on line first and be sure to get the exact product you picked. Hours and location are convenient. No way of keeping physical distancing and the clerk didn't wear a mask.

There is one AMAZING older gentleman than works HERE and he is SO speedy and lovely to deal with. It’s the only Canada post I go to now BUT the second I see it’s not him I leave. The other staff are slower than a turtle!

Great Canada Post location! The staff are so quick and efficient and are super good with their jobs. We come here almost everyday to deliver and they always greet and treat us well!

Alan is great, but everyone else working here is slower than my 100 year old, disabled grandmother. The amount of time I've wasted standing in line is outrageous.
