FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY HERE: my wife and I sent a package overseas for a special birthday gift in December. It did not arrive. After many times calling the complaint department I received information that the package was being held in customs. We waited, then enquired about the parcel again and finally received a notice in the mail saying the item was lost with no delivery confirmation. I called again and explained the false information from my first call. He said it was lost at there processing facility in Calgary. Which means it did not even reach customs like I was told the first time. When I asked for the address of this processing facility he said “Canada post does not have this information” the item we shipped was a sale item so the worth is much more then we were obviously compensated for. I am lead to believe it was stolen from the processing facility by an employee. We will be seeking further action. I NO LONGER TRUST CANADA POST WITH ANY FUTURE SHIPPING. How do you lose a tracked item? You had one job!

Anytime u order a package and it has to come through the Calgary sorting facility there is a delay. Either the item is sent to the wrong place or it isn't scanned and I have no idea where it is going or how long it will take. Then Canada Post just comes up with a lame brain excuse that is either borderline a lie or just straight up a complete lie. Might as well kick us in the Johnson and act like nothing happened. Extend your delivery standard because it's never on time and support is a joke. I feel bad for the workers at the post office because a lot of the time they get heat most the time. Canada Posts insecure system inaccurate and false delivery times are what make it so bad, but I wouldn't doubt if it was being taken advantage of. Security must be a joke to these guys.

Everything about canada post is garbage. Everytime I call they can never help me out it's always "there's nothing I can do". As opposed to PUROLATOR and UPS, they try help me every single time, I have to get my medicine shipped to me and I can't miss days so Purolator and UPS are the best for that. Canda post is completely unhelpful, why do I even call? I don't know. But what I do know is that I'll pay extra to NOT USE CANADA POST and have my package come in and I be allowed to pick it up SAME DAY. Like what's the point of having a delivery date if I am at work at the time and when I miss you guys it gets brought to one of your outlets and I have to pick it up NEXT DAY after 1pm..... so infuriating. Will gladly pay extra to use any other postal service. So disappointed.

the worst service in 2020 hands down when getting parcels delivered, not only are they a week behind other couriers the drivers refuse to actually deliver anything due to covid what makes it an even longer process, one of the service reps told me. ok i get it you do not want to be in contact with any one, even though i called the day previous after seeing my package was in my city for the last 3 days if i could pick it up and i was told no i have to wait for it to be attempted to be delivered. no notice was left on my door and now i have to wait another day and half just to be able to pick up the package. wish canada post would operate as a on time mail pick up instead of a courier because that is not what they are, do yourself a favor and do not use canada post

When my regular parcel carrier is working, I could easily provide 5 stars! He makes certain to deliver items as soon as they're processed, as should be the case. When he's away? Well, I waited an additional day for my parcels, which arrived in Calgary Tuesday evening, were processed and ready to go out Wednesday morning, yet only went out today (Thursday). What's even more frustrating? Only one has been delivered - even though there were two on the truck! Now I suspect I'll be waiting another day while my parcel goes for a scenic ride and sits in the truck. As noted by another reviewer, service is erratic, and when you're relying on a service, erratic isn't what you look for.

I don't get how Canada post is even a thing anymore. I rarely have a good experience with any of the employees. It's like oh I'm sorry were a delivery service but don't ask us anything about delivering stuff. With puro, ups, FedEx ect out there how do these guys even have a job anymore?? I personally will go out of my way from now on to only support (With my $$$) businesses that DO NOT SHIP USING CANADA POST! ugh it seems like a redundant service at this point. Oh well hopefully I will get my package at some point then I will move on. P.S no one answers the phone there and it doesn't even have a messaging service, again how do they even compete with the big guys : /

My question is how do you charge for xpress day guaranteed delivery 1-3 business days and hold it at the sorting facility all day July 14 and now claim maybe Monday um no that’s called false advertising how have you not been sued yet! For real let’s all do class action 250 million dollar lawsuit and shut them down for good! Also why when you ship from Grand Prairie do you take it to sorting there then to Edmonton sorting drive right by olds to Calgary sort there to come all the way back this way no wonder you loose mail for real you don’t need to send to 3 sorting facilities unreal

Its funny they have a big sign on the main depot in the Northeast saying " Hero's work here " A hero does not park in handi- cap parking spots A hero is not over payed and underworked A hero does not park in a bike lane forcing kids into the road A hero does not try to charge you for rush service and than say they cant guarantee delivery Canada Post is a joke , the most unprofessional drivers that could care less about public safety , a culture that has been unchecked for years , we did not spend all our tax dollars installing bike lanes for Canada Post drivers

I own a small business and deal with multiple carriers and Canada Post is by far the worst. They try and deliver my orders not during my hours of operation which has forced me to manually pick up my orders from one of their depots. This is very frustrating as I am a small business owner spending most of my time running my store. As you can imagine it has led to loss of revenue for me as I don’t get my orders in time and customers end up buying from else where. I have filed numerous complaints with management but they don’t seem to care.

I typed in Canada post drop off location on Google. This is the place he brought me to I was nearby. They brought me to the back parking lot super hard. I have wasted about 10 minutes trying to find somewhere to park and then I had to walk about five minutes to get to the front office just to find out that they were unhelpful and not gonna take my packages. This was on July 21 at 7:04pm

As owner of A laptop shoppe I depend on the postal service for delivery of products I order worldwide to repair my customers technology. Lately mail delivery has been eratic. I just shipped a defective copper chef frying pan to Ontario from Calgary and it cost me twenty bucks whenever I ship to the United States I pay half that price for the same size box disappointed

How can Amazon get a package delivered to my door in 24hrs but Canada Post can't manage to deliver a letter. I paid for expedited service and they don't even know where my mail is even though they left a delivery notice??? Worst part is everyone I talk to is absolutely clueless and rude. Hopefully they just go away, I hate them.

They lost my 1100$ package and then said sorry noting we can do about it, would not gave me a refund would not gave me an Explanation nothing last scanned cleared customs on the 4th Aug then someone at Canada post most have stolen it... never again will I ever use Canada post for anything, Organized crime that's what they are,

Just to join in the rest of the fun. Canada post is Horrible, the employees are rude and never know what’s going on. Everything you ship arrives late, missing, at the wrong house or it’s broken. You should all work at the parliament of Canada because they also have no idea what’s going on.

Remember when Canada Post was reliable? They've lost my package and opening tickets for them to investigate always just leaves you with nothing I have another ticket from last year that I never got an update on. I love losing my money because they can't deliver packages!!!! So great!!!

Package of plants supposed to be here on Tuesday suddenly updated online to not be here until Monday. Sat on hold for 40 minutes to be told there's nothing they can do even though the package was IN calgary. Called this calgary location and the guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful.

My package was delivered yesterday and the delivery driver forgot to leave me a key so I can get it I have called and gotten a service ticket for an investigation and they said it would take up to 3 day to complete not I’m not impressed about the service

Open 24 hours suggests they accept customers. THEY DO NOT! You cannot send a parcel from this location. There are some mailboxes in the parking lot for letters, but no counter service. GOOGLE should clarify this in their GOOGLE page search results.

absolute trash. 3/4 packages arrive here the day before Delivery Standard, then disappear. Calgary is a black hole of mail, and it's impossible to make contact with anyone who might be able to answer any questions.

Terrible shipping times. Payed extra for faster shipping and arrived after the estimated date for the cheapest option. If i could give them zero stars i would.

They loss 3 packages in one wk. 1 was sent Express post other 2 priority. All 3 were either in transit or processed in Calgary than never seen again.

My parcel has been held at the facility since April 8. Even with covid this is ridiculous. It should not take 1 business week to process an item...

I honestly don't think I have ever had a parcel on time through Canada Post. Even if it is guaranteed on a certain day, it never makes it.

Canada post is a waste to use for shipping. Parcels are always delayed. Will use difderent company for all my future shipping needs.
