Customer service is usually friendly but half the time there’s nobody at the desk. They close earlier than expected and today I went in at 11:30 (they opened at 11) and nobody was there. Shoppers staff said that the worker was running an hour late but this is a crown Corp and shouldn’t be happening.

Just today I encountered someone behind the counter who was serving with unnecessarily aggressive tone. The queue barrier was placed hugging one of the ailes, not visible from all angles when you walk in and blends to the background noise

I drive extra 15 minutes to send all my mails here. Canadapost is a pain to deal with in general. However, this particular location always offer professional and timely services that exceed my expectations. Highly recommended!

Post and pick up parcels send money anywhere in the world knowledgeable courteous staff short line up 1o minutes max wait in the morning get busy after 3pm
