The location is great on the main road near to many restaurants and metro. There is an expensive restaurant and wedding hall in the building. We had some expectations after seeing the clean entrance, reception and building but the room was PATHETIC. To begin with, 1. Oyo app quoted a price but it doubled as we did not make immediate payment. Additionally, we were charged for early check in. We were told there would be complimentary breakfast but it was not available on that day (Thursday). 2. The room did not have any window or ventilation. It was SUFFOCATING. 3. There was a foul smell, unclean, black dusty footprints were ever we walked. Bed was clean externally but had cockroaches everywhere (found 7 of them) 4. Hair, match sticks and cigarette buds behind the bed. 5. Bathroom was LEAKING. Taps were not connected to water pipeline. 6. We were asked to LEAVE the next day because they had wedding booking and needed rooms. Preferable for travelers who would not stay in room even for an hour.

This is a lodge. Not a hotel. I was given a room which was horrible. It smells as if someone has drunk all night. Then i requested to change my room. Initially they refused stating no rooms at all. But later as it is a direct booking from oyo they agreed to change. In that room ac was not working and no hot water. Even after requesting for hot water they were not much bothered. I waited for 2 hours and left with no option to cold water. There were no wardrobe even. Later in the night ac was not working. Luckily my brother booked another room and we slept there. I heard from some local people that they give rooms on hourly basis too. Not recommended for family. Only for couples who need room for one or 2 hours.

Worst one. Mattress was too worst. My hip can feel the springs in the mattress. And it hurt a lot. Tv is just for nsme sake. In the non smoking zone hotel owners will be smoking freely.

Pathetic room with worst bed ever seen. Bed was so worse that I was forced to sleep on floor. Room was so so smelly that check out after only 4 hrs of stay in that room. Staff was even worse they were asking why did I make payment online and they even said just because I check in at mid night they are allotting me room or they wouldn't have allotted me room if I came in day time and they also said they won't allot me the room which I booked for weekend if I make the payment online. That's the worst hotel I ever stayed and very arrogant people. I would advise others rather sleep at bus station or railway station rather than staying at this hotel. Please never ever go to this hotel. This hotel is not even suitable for people who sleep on Street.

Hello all. I have been to Sree Chandana hotel banquet hall to attend a marriage. The ambience was good. In the entrance, there is Lord Ganesha's idol. And Aquarium and lighting was beautiful. The banquet hall was on fourth floor. The lift will directly take us into the banquet hall. The banquet hall has good enough space. The decorations were awesome for the wedding. Obviously it will be the choice of the persons selecting that place. Food was good. For one who wants to take selfies and pictures can definitely enjoy random and varieties of pictures.

The hotel has charged me extra Rs.400 for the stay or they said that that they won't provide rooms. When contacted Oyo helpline the reply was either to change hotel or cancel the booking but they never solved the problem such that we should not pay extra charge for the staying. It was very bad experience never ever Book rooms through this app. They will charge you heavily and at the time of checking in they never help you and charge you extra rupees

Worst Oyo Hotel, They have don't have proper power and if power goes even though they have backup they won't on the generator until we go and fight with them.Flushes in few rooms (205 room in which we stayed) don't work.if we ask to change /repair they don't respond. AC won't work properly.. entirely different a waste of money. Rooms have foul smell of Cigarettes and when asked they bought room freshner.Never try this hotel.

The rooms don’t match with the photos shared over website. There was no proper hygiene maintained. The bedsheets were with blood stains because they were not changed at all. Water taps were hardly pouring water and no dustbin was provided. The A.C. wasn’t functioning properly. We had to call the reception to check on the A.C. I don’t recommend a stay in the hotel and ask responsible authority to pay attention to the mentioned details.

I was here for a ceremony on 4th floor in the evening. The hall was good and it was made to accommodate floating of 300 people. The hotel was clean and tidy and good. The AC's were of brand TRANE. The atmosphere was good. There are two lifts which can accommodate 4-5 people in each. One thing, the wash area is small, it would have been larger for the number of the people. Rest is good. Facilities were good at the hotel. Enjoy the place.

Nice budget hotel. Rooms are bigger but the toilet is very small and all the functions are not functional. We took 2 rooms. In both toilets it is not working properly. Sellar Parking is available. If there is any function in banquets, staff will request us to keep our car outside . Overall it is ok. The restaurant is also in-house. The food is tasty. You can try the starters.

Worst service, room is not at all good and water is leaking in bathroom. When asked the same if you want room take it or else leave the hotel and the reception person went inside without providing solution. They will not accept online payment, if we do online payment they are demanding for extra 400 amount. Please don't book rooms in this hotel

Good one bit rice didn't cooked well

The rooms weren't upto the expectations. The pics in oyo and the real room conditions was way worse. Staff was good in handling guests . But rooms were bad. No cupboard. No safe lock. Very constrained space. Interior wall where dirty and not well maintained. I suggest the guests to first check the room before making the payment. Always

Its economical not lavish and luxurious, lacks basic amenities in rooms like no luggage keeping racks or wardrobe. Washroom are very small, if you are travelling with luggage rooms are not suitable as you have to keep them on floor. Hot water is equal to lite warm water in taps. The reception is grand but rooms are ok sort of if you are looking to stay in very economical hotel.

Paid and confirmed through OYO . But the hotel denied check in saying price won’t work out for them. Had to pay additional money . Few rooms are spacious . Others have some or the other problem … A/C , lights won’t work or fans . No non smoking rooms . Every room smells smoking . OYO is equally to be blamed for under selling the rooms and putting the customers in trouble .

It's the worst hotel please don't stay in this hotel it's filled with cockrokch and hotel management is least bothered and above 5 star rating given by above people it's fake I don't think it's real by seeing the hotel condition u can find better place at this price. ITS THE WORST PLACE

Located opp to land mark hotel chinnarao hotel, which is very good all veg items, tiffins Or lunch. No room service. They need to change the bed linen atleast on 2nd day of occupation. Checkin time is 12 noon, which is odd as in a pilgrim place, tourist arrive early hours. She'll out extra bucks for 3-4 hrs.

Hotel adage says Athithi Devo bhava but is a Dirty, smelly, unkempt joint. Do not expect Night and morning service here. Staff keep phone closed. No Clean room or toilet. The hotel is good and newly set up. The serenity and essence is good for a decent event with ac round the clock and lift service. Food served is good in taste and worth the price. The location is bit distant in reach from well connected areas, the service and reception is good with regular newspapers in display.

I booked this property on Friday for weekend stay and paid full amount online. After going there he denied the rooms availablity due to low rate. He is getting more money by giving others in cash. Asked me to cancel the booking and come back to pay in cash

I took four rooms. Feedback is common to all rooms. Only thing good about this place is price. Bathroom not clean. No hot water even after complaint. Food taste is okay. Go for it if low price and location are critical for you.

The worst part about the whole process is Hotel Management declining check-in a few minutes before the check-in time. Reason? Maintenance issues. Period. And then they suggest us politely to look for another place to stay.
