Ordered a cab the other day from another company around 330 AM because I had to get to airport. Hadn’t heard from them for a while so I called capital. After waiting a bit , the other company vehicle showed up before the capital one did. As I needed a ride as soon as possible , I took the other company . The capital taxi then showed up as I was about to leave and called me names and called me stupid etc. told me to go f myself and everything . Was very rude . Glad I didn’t get into that guys car as he was acting crazy all while I had a little baby with me . Never ever go for this company , they don’t have cameras in their vehicles either so they think they’re allowed to treat people like complete garbage . HORRIBLE COMPANY

Pire compagnie de taxi j’ai perdu mes clefs dans le taxi le lendemain je rappelle et ils me confirment qu’ils les ont et le chauffeur m’appelle je me rend à Ottawa les chercher le remercie il me dit que je dois lui donner 30$ sinon il ne me redonne pas mes clefs et me menace ! Ne faites jamais affaire avec Ali Warid! Je n’en reviens pas que la compagnie de taxi accepte ce genre de comportement

These felllas been around Soo long any thing less then a soft 4 woould be a crime, not a 5 for Mee Simply because the last handful of drivers have been very prejudice to the fact (I know this will sound stupid) that my hat is usually backkwords and my attire usually consists of a rock tee and skinny jeans..... Being a driver may be tough but c'mon ya know

If you want to use taxi service in Ottawa, stay away from Capital taxi service! Be careful, they may overcharging you! There was two drivers from this company, the first one tempted to overcharge us, the second one told us the price going to be $40, in the end overcharged us by $27 dollars! Worse experience ever for using the taxi service experience!

Waited over an hour and called 5 times for them to finally tell me they couldnt send a driver, easily the worst cab experience of my life. I wouldnt even recommend blue line, just get an uber acct it is so much easier! These guys will waste so much of your time and money. Outdated.

Can't rely on them again. Being organized, I called at 10 am for pick up at 3:30. Complete no show. Had to call back. No cabs in area. Finally sent a cab, way late. We almost missed our flight. I will never call them again.

Was cut off by cab #1029 2 times this afternoon and after I got away from him, he sped up to catch me and tried to run me off the road. This guy need to get his road rage under control before someone get hurt.

Overpriced compared to Uber by about 40%. Driver was decent enough, though he had a full out loud conversation with someone on the phone in Arabic. Nice language, though the volume made me cringe.

Terrible service and way too expensive. Uber quoted me $24.50 and my 8 km trip cost me over $50. Save your time and money, do not book with this company.

Taxi 871 smells like an ashtray. Seats are covered by cigaret ashes. It shows they have no monitoring and quality control on their service.

Professional, friendly and good driving. Had a driver who remembered me from 6 months ago! Was funny and great conversation!

I used the app and it works just like Uber. But they are more expensive than Uber
