The workers were amazing, friendly, my sandwich was delicious and I genuinely felt like I was apart of a family listening to them talk and joke with each other, they were very curteous and say thank you when you leave. I wish there were more stars for this place. Amazing sandwich shop with amazing workers. Also something else that super impressed me was the lettuce was clean and fresh, always get thr chocolate chip cookies they're so delicious. ❤️

A sub above... should be their slogan! In the realm of sub / sandwich shops they do rank pretty high for their food. The bread is always fresh & tasty... the ingredients seem to be on point and they usually have the Wise chips.... Yum! The sandwich they are known for... The Bobby... careful.... depending on the time of day the turkey can be a bit dry later in the day.... however its still tasty...Depending on the location you may get great customer service... or you may get "so-so" customer service.... but, it's really the food that is the focus! If you haven't been... Try it! See if you agree with me!

I ordered my sandwich online and went inside to pick it up. I was told to wait outside, so I waited outside. It was really hot Outside and I noticed a man go in order his sandwich and come out with it. So I went inside after looking for any signs that say you have to wait outside. There is not one. I went in and was told to wait outside again. I said its really hot outside and your picking and choosing who gets to wait inside. I got aggressively yelled and told to get out. Thank goodness I was on speaker phone with my friend who witnessed how rude the employee was. Kim’s you the staff is wearing some sort of cloth bandana around their faces. You would think working with food they would be wearing real masks.

This location was a complete dud compared to their other locations. I'm a big fan of Caps and have been eating them for years at several locations. The quality here is easily the worst. I ordered a medium cheesesteak, and you can see from the pictures it's a pitiful, sad excuse for a cheesesteak. There was a miniscule amount of beef, which was very dry, and if there was cheese in there I'd like them to point it out. Cheesesteaks are normally overflowing with beef and cheese, this one looked like a just loaf of bread if you didn't open it to look inside. Service was competent and quick, and that's the only thing keeping me from giving it one star. Worst Capriottis sandwich I've ever had.

We have always had great sandwiches here but not this time, we were very disappointed after spending $53.00 on 3 18 inch sandwiches. The 1 cheese steak was very dry and spread thin,?we asked for fried hot peppers and got about a very small amount. The 2 Bobbies, the turkey was very dry and seemed to be not fresh, very little meat and also spread out thin. All 3 18 inch subs had the meat that would have made a medium sub. We were unable to complete the survey as it ask for a 15 digit # and mobile receipt only had 10 digits (most like the shops store #). I opened up a complaint ticket on the web site along with the quality of food and have yet to hear any word back.

With the Covid regulations being in place (people not allowed to self serve/ Buffett style) it was hard to find a place that would accommodate our request for our teachers and staff. I called and spoke with the manager Josh, to see if they could help. They were MORE than accommodating. Each individual sandwich was wrapped and labeled and the salads were made based on dietary needs. The order was done on time and ready for when we picked it up!! They even followed up with me to make sure everything was OK! Seriously, customer service at its finest! And of course the food was yummy as always!!

I used to love this place. I ordered with postmates and the order was never delivered. So after waiting for two and half hours i contacted postmates and got my money back. I then order with grubhub.I called Capriottis and explained the issue and was told my sandwhich was gonna be remade. It wasn't! It was ice cold, it was the same sandwich sitting there for 2 half hrs. It didn't even have a hint of warmth to it. This place has gone down hill. I threw the sandwich away because i didnt wanna get sick.

Capriotti’s is a staple for me. I hit whatever location is convenient at the time whenever the craving hits (which seems to be at least once a week. This particular location is closest to my house and the staff here never disappoints. *don’t forget to leave some beer money

Friday night came in to order sandwiches and leaned elbow on counter, big mistake, was told rudely to not touch counter. Looking around noticing the place looks like a war zone with barricades around staff cooking area. Wow if your that concerned about being open in fear of Covid-19 why be open. After being asked what I wanted to order remembered a much nicer location in Aliante and left for longer drive and better service.

Worst meatball I have ever had. We ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 small and one medium received and paid for 3 medium, plus mushrooms that were not requested. Also erroneous charged for cheesesteak (more$$). No sauce on the Italian sausage. We picked up phone- in order. Called and asked for manager, he said he was the manager, put me on hold, left me on hold over 5 minutes, I finally hung up. This happened tonight 1/22.

Hadn't been there in a while and decided to grab a Cheesesteak sandwich and the Bobbie. Glad I did. The sandwiches were excellent. The service and the staff was great also. Started to fill up once I got there, but the staff didn't miss a beat. They got my order completed on time and took care of there other customers orders with no problems. Can't wait to go back. Good price and good food.

Great sandwiches. Staff is friendly. Get's fairly busy around lunch time as you would suspect. Also, VERY LIMITED SEATING. If you come at peak times be prepared to take your food with you. There are a few stone tables outside (without umbrellas) but they are hot and unusable during the summer months. Better seating would earn this location 5 stars.

Great service, very polite workers, clean atmosphere. I was getting eye glasses ordered next door & went here upon recommendation. Had the Medium Philly Cheese steak and enjoyed it! Perfect when you wished you ordered a larger size, Lol ! Recommend this Sandwich.

This was my second visit to this branch and as expected, the experience was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming and did a great job answering my questions and filling my orders. I highly recommend Capriotti's to anyone looking for tasty and filling sandwiches at very competitive prices!

Have had Capriotti's sandwiches before and have never been disappointed. The quality of their ingredients is always fresh and best of all their bread is just great. I always get their small sandwich (9") and never feel hungry after eating it. They do put a lot into their sandwiches.

I love the sandwiches! The staff at this store, unorganized! They took orders quickly, but took a long while for them to ring us up and give us our food even though it was ready and sitting on the counter. This happened both times we ate at this store.

I really liked it, was by the area to pick up ford dealership parts and decided to stop by. Guys there are very friendly and you can say ethusiastic to work there, one of the best capriotti's in town, the worst one being the craig and pecos location.

My wife and I visited Capriotti's for lunch. My wife ordered the Cole Turkey sub and I ordered the Capastrami sub. We both ordered soft drinks with our sandwiches. Both subs were delicious. We will definitely return for another great meal.

I bought a 12 inch bobbie and i couldn't eat the other half because the bread was rock hard. I was on my lunch break and couldn't come back. I even left a 5 dollar tip. Definitely wont be coming back to this location.

The best of the sandwich places in town. Love the grilled Italian and the cold turkey. Turkey is ACTUALLY good, not some processed bland white meat. If you split a large it's a really fair price for the quality.

Always friendly and fast. Never had an issue even when a dozen plus people are ahead of me. Would definitely recommend. Only minus is this location only has bottled soda. Not my favorite if I'm eating there.
