Came in tonight around 10:20pm to get sandwiches with my wife. Both women employees were extremely rude and couldn't even keep up with orders dye to laziness. When we walked in a doordasher just came in and they hadn't even started the sandwiches for the order which I'm assuming had been there for atleast 10 mins being a doordasher myself. On top of that the lady who served us had to ask 1000 times what we ordered and wanted on our sandwich. They forget half our stuff then lock the doors behind us as we leave, as we walk back up they both give us a disgusted look and already know they had missed half our order and could hear them complaining about it thru the door. Finally one lady opens the door and just throws us a bag while instantly shutting the door and locking it back. Pure idiocracy and laziness. I'll take my business to Jersey Mike's over these two immature women. Hope your manager sees this.

New to the area. I worked out with two family members(3 of us). After, we wanted subway, so i googled one in the area and got this location. We walked in to order 2 salads and a sandwich and a worker came out the back stating that we cannot be in the store manager order, continuously asking the worker is there a problem did something just happen that i missed she stated she was sorry but we had to leave the store. I asked for the manager name, and the worker refused so i left. As i was leaving the worker took photos of my car. Being that we have NEVER been in here before i feel as if we we’re mistaken for somebody else. Like were we just racially profiled for NO REASON “NOT ALL AFRICAN AMERICANS LOOK THE SAME”. First time going through this type of situation and it’s very mind blowing. This is my first time writing a review soo you know it’s real.

Whoever is working the night shift Friday July 21st 2023 needs to be fired. It’s time to move on. This person cannot read a simple ingredients list. I ordered through Uber eats and this person did not toast my sandwich, put no sauce, none of the vegetables I wanted and no avocado slices that I paid extra for. I’m livid because I’m hungry after a long tiring day. I don’t have a car which is why I ordered. This sandwich was straight up insulting to me. It’s not like it’s a complicated order. I just wanted my favorite sub. Whoever is working right now needs to move on to another job. This image is supposed to be of a sweet onion chicken teriyaki toasted sub. Nothing of the sort. Missing: sweet onion sauce, garlic aioli, banana peppers, avocado slices. And HEAT.

Alexandra Made a complete scene in front of a lobby full of customers when replacing a order that was made incorrectly. The gentleman working there was great and remade the sandwich twice with a smile while Alexandra made it a point to be as toxic as possible in. Front of several customers and got her “manager” on the phone when was just a s bad with customer service. Told her I’d be paying for the sandwich a second time and filing a complaint with the BBB and the health department for the several violations that are in plain sight. Customer service is not good here. You start off your order with one person, get passed off to another and end up repeating your order. Pricey too. What I ended up paying for a foot long a couple years ago is now what they charge for a 6 inch. If I didn't have a gift card I would have walked out. I still have money on the card but I probably won't go back. The chain no longer has any appeal to me after my visit to this location.

So I often get salad at subway and normally like my salads. But be careful of this one! I asked for a tossed salad with no meat or cheese, I just wanted veggies. The 2 clerks would barely give me any veggies, I kept asking for more spinach, and each time I would have 1 additional leaf added to the salad. They could not understand that there needed to be more veggies in the bowl to replace the meat and cheese. In the end, the bowl was almost halfway full. Getting a few leaves of spinach is ridiculous for a $9 meal.

I feel like Subway's produce and product has declined. The quality at all locations is just not the same as years before. Employees always kind and helpful but the food just not the fresh great taste I remember Subway always having. I try all different items such as subs, wraps, salads, even the personal pizzas. After eating I just don't feel like I thoroughly enjoyed my food. Hopefully this company will make changes to go back to the great standards they used to have previously.

I made an online order I was charged twice but when I got to the restaurant they said they didn’t get my order and would not help me. I ended up going to another subway to get food. This is a newly renovated located and I had gotten food here yesterday. I don’t know if they rejected my online order because I used a coupon or if they were too busy to take online orders. I’m probably gonna stop ordering here even though it’s close to my work. Or stop eating subway all together.

Stop hiring teenagers who don’t want to do their job. Every time I pull up to the drive thru they just ignore and expect you to come in. If something is wrong with the register at the drive thru say that or put up a sign so we don’t just sit there at the menu call box talking to ourselves. They also be closing up the store early. It’s 8:25pm and they locked the doors behind me. This place is open 24 hours.

It's a strip mall, and the neighboring business keeps daytime hours so it's pretty dead at night.

The lead or manager was rude, and her team was very unorganized. My daughter wanted soup, which is hard to get at most subways, probably because they would have to do a little extra work, but she told me they don't have soup til December. Don't believe that to be true. Take it off the menu, then if it's not available.

They need a new manager with the ability to read. Will not honor the coupons that they send through the mail. On the coupon it clearly States excludes The monster the mexicali the turkey Cali club footlong pro and fresh melts. Does not say it will not work on new menu items and other locations have honored these coupons for me. I wasn't about to argue so I walked out and they get to throw away 3 sandwiches.

Pretty standard. This last visit was just standard offerings. Food was still edible, just the employee making the sandwich at the time was heavy handed with the oregano.

I remember when Subway had the $5 footlongs but now when I go in there I get a 6in for me and a 6-inch for my son and turns out to be closer to $20. They are leaving the meat for the hot sandwiches out then microwaving it to freshness??? But you get exactly what you order but sometimes the meat for the hot sandwiches like the melted cheese and meat like Phillies, the meat might not be as fresh.

This is by far the cleanest Subway I've been too. I was so happy to see that the young lady serving me actually washed her hands and changed gloves after handling money from the customer before me! This should be the norm but it's shameful that it isn't. Again, this place is spotless and the employees are friendly.

I've been getting the same thing from all the subways I go to. 16 meatballs, some sauce, In 2 cups. Each cup costs 3.25. usually I have no problem. But this time the lady strained the sauce of the meatballs. So gave me dry meatballs. That was so ghetto and petty. I don't think the sandwich any way you want was given in this case. I won't ever come to this franchise at 1735 w. Craig Rd.

My daughter and I enjoyed our dining experience @ this location. We felt welcome from the time we walked in till the time we walked out! Our Sub Sandwich preparer was EXCELLENT! I did not get her name but she has short blonde hair w/streaks of blue/green coloring if I recall! She was training as well & still provided us and other guest with great customer service! We came in around 230am. Let me tell you the young man that was there had the best attitude every. He was polite, he joked with my son and I and was just a delight. We will be back and hopefully he will be there to make our sandwiches. He made our sandwiches with love. Great job. I forgot his name but im sure the company knows who he is. We came here with our son and we had a bad experience. My husband asked if he could use the bathroom and the ladies in the front told him they lost the key and the restroom is out of order. Which one is it?! We couldn't wash our hands before or after our food and couldn't use the restroom. We were there July 23 at 2 pm. Never going back!

This subway does not have a drive through for those that care about that. The sandwiches at all subways are consistent. This location has had pretty good service over the years. 24 hours is a big plus. Their meat is still not high grade, but the price also reflects that. It's a small room and can get noisy at lunch time. More

Inexperienced worker do not care if they get your order wrong and employees are very rude. Called manager the next day and she said that she did care about what the employee did and it is not her fault. She then hung the phone up after I asked for the owners phone number. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY, AVOID THIS LOCATION.

The staff is not friendly at all and I don't mind hearing Spanish, but the 2 staff that was working was yelling across the restaurant in Spanish and right in front of my table. I got up and got my food to go. Very rude! Will not go there again. Don't recommend going there if your trying to relax either. :(

Have not been in here since before it was remodeled. It was a very nice surprise when walking in and the bright fresh colors and open area was great. The food is Subway. In my opinion when you want a good sandwich on the run and are trying to keep it fresh and clean then this is the place to go!

This is a joke right ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt on postmates and this was what it was delivered it the other sub was wrapped up in the sub paper they usuallycome in. Last time I had this it was prepared nice and didn't cone in a burnt greased bag!

They're supposed to be open 24hrs. I can tell you 9/10 times I've been there after midnight, NO ONE answers the bell, or shows themselves. I've stood there purposely for 30mins to see if maybe they were using the restroom, and nothing.
