When asked how much did I spend per person, I wouldn't know because I got charged for someone elses order. When calling to ask the manager why I was charged for someone elses order, they advised that I paid in cash the correct amount and am not entitled to anything. I advised I have a bank transaction from 5 minutes ago which shows I paid $16 more for my food than I should have to which the manager replies "Oh well, can't do anything without a receipt plus you've taken the food I don't know what food you actually have". I explained my order, she found my order on the system and said "Once again, its been paid for by cash by you and now you're trying to get a refund". I instantly turned my car around, drove back there and showed the food I have and the transaction on my bank statement to which she rolled her eyes and called her boss. I got my money back minus 5c - which I don't care about but use that 5c to train your customer service staff because the drive thru girl was rude, the manager was rude and completely unhelpful. Your food is overpriced rubbish anyways but thought I'd give it a go but never again.

New burger restaurant in Bringelly with decent amount of parking and wheelchair access. Service was excellent. Once your order is placed, meals are brought to your table - this was a very pleasant experience given that most burger joints quickly shuffle you in and out. The burgers are delightful - tasty and juicy patties with a good selection of options. The Burger sizes are also great - a good handful without being over the top or shrunk to mini sizes like McDonald's. The burger flavour reminded me of Hungry Jacks from the 90s. Free drink refills are always a winner - and who can go past a real milkshake! The chips however aren't so great - maybe the wrong night to go, but both regular and waffle chips were hard, overcooked and oily. Presentation of the chips also looked sad and the waffle chips weren't waffles - they looked like overcooked lattice masses. A great experience nevertheless - recommended

Considering this locations only just opened I assumed the staff would make the slightest effort to ensure the burgers are presentable, insuring a good first impression and encouraging returning customers. Unfortunately my burger (California classic) looked like it had been thrown out of an aeroplane. It kind of tasted like a hungry jacks burger just a slapped together version with huge chunks of lettuce stem hanging out the side. Only positive I can say is the price, most meals seem to be between $10-$15 so if your like me and don’t really enjoy the food at least you don’t feel completely ripped off unlike Five Guys. I think if these USA chains are going to come to Australia they need to be better than their competitors otherwise there’s just no point, personally I’ll always remember Carl’s Jr as a lower quality version of Hungry jacks.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered via Menu Log and they forgot to pack one of the kids meals. The driver was waiting at the restaurant while they cooked and the food turned up ice cold, this had been highlighted as a common issue with their take away.. Called to see if the meal missed could be delivered... they said no no it can't. You need to come to the store and pick it up. We asked to have the money refunded for the missing meal and was told no you need to come to store, when asked why can't it be done over the phone, the response was we haven't been trained how to do that, I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the manager.. In the end she suggested to talk to Menu Log as she didn't know how to help with plenty to attitude! So many better burger places around the area! I'd recommend OMC Burgers before ever going here!

I have been here 4 times over the past 2 weeks and must say I am definitely a fan of the food. This place can get busy fast! There seems to be adequate staff, but they definitely need some more training. Most of the staff need to consistently ask for help and don't know much about the menu at all. I can see some other teething problems too, like food being a little cold at times because of delays in the kitchen, and also forgetting to clean tables (my wife sat in some strawberry shake that had dripped down the front of the seat), but as the store is relatively new, this is understandable. In the 2 weeks I have visited you never have had the ice cream cookie which i would really like to eat. Are you ever getting them in? I will definitely be back soon!

Amazing hand cut chips and the big Carl burger was fantastic. After a five star review 3 weeks ago I have been back 3 times since and it has been the most disappointing experience each time. The burger has been dry and cold there is no flavour. Today I have had enough and went back into the store to ask for a refund. The manager then argued with me and couldn't see what was wrong. Her response was at peek periods the burgers are going to be dry and the burgers are inconsistent. Sorry but if you can't be consistent you shouldn't be in business. Never again Carl's Jr.

First time visiting this store or this chain. Went with a nice beef burger, double. Was fantastic flavor, tasted freshly made and came out quick. The veggies were crispy . The chips are tasty and fresh. I opted for the onion rings also. They were very disappointing , tasted like they were re cooked , soggy and kinda cold compared to the chips. I’ve had onion rings elsewhere and these were average and chewy at best. Basically the same as HJs with a different vibe. Burger on point, I did like the bottomless soft drink and ginger beer, option.

This place definitely exceeded my expectations. Every time I have gone there to eat, the food is so fresh & the customer service is amazing. The food comes out super quick regardless of how busy they are and again it’s so fresh as if they picked the veggies out the back when you order. The drink refills is so old school I love it, you don’t see this anymore. Can’t fault this place, have told all of our clients about it. Was given wrong burger and the chicken , fries and the onion rings were looking like leftovers.. fries were hard as and the onion rings were soaked in oil.. chicken was burnt . . The missus and I drive past this place all the time and today we figured we’d stop by and have lunch.. we were both extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Really nice looking restaurant, American style The service was good, no impersonal screens to look at to place your order. Order actually taken by a person. After placing your order, you get a table number and they bring it to you, on delivery of my order opening up the box with the burger in it. It was a lovely surprise and found the burger actually look like the one in the picture, the fries were very, very good . Soft drinks are all you can drink, refill yourself. A little more pricey than the other burger joints, but a lot better.

The restaurant in itself is what you would expect of fast food, cleanliness is acceptable. The food in itself provides good variety and value, I won't even mention the quality of the shakes, amazing! I will say though that the issues with staff usually arise from horrible etiquette from customers. Watching an older couple yell at a teenager working the cashier because they forgot to ask whether they wanted to pay by cash or card is absolutely disgusting. Went to this new burger place for the first time. Food was delivered 30 seconds after ordering. Kids couldn’t believe it was so quick and were impressed but I was not. The onion rings were cold and rubbery. Had obviously been sitting in a warmer for some time. I asked for fresh ones and again straight away delivered to me. With a promise they’d just been cooked. Sadly they were also cold and rubbery. Very disappointed. Burgers were average at best.

Don’t let the advertisement fool you. The “famous” Carl burger is the houso, unemployed junkie version of the Hungry Jacks Whopper. Tastes good but the meat isn’t flame grilled and the burger is 90% bun. My wife and I had a baby piece of tomato and almost zero onion. Check out the picture. Food is mediocre on a good day, however I have received old chicken patties multiple times aswell as cold, old meat. Beware that when you go in to ask for any inedible food served to be remade you will be met with disgusting customer service, dirty looks and smart remarks made by the staff. Shakes are really good, food is average. The drive thru service is really where the biggest let down is. Was asked to wait in the waiting bay for 2 milkshakes (was a very quiet night) after waiting 10 minutes with no other cars coming through the drive thru I drove back around because clearly my order had been forgotten.. when I pulled up to the window there were about 5 staff standing around talking. Really poor service. I suggest if you ask your customers to wait in the waiting bay that you don’t forget about them

We arrived about 10.40am. There was a couple of people in the store. Service was fantastic. The Manager spoke to us and the girl who took our order was great. Explained everything. Food was delivered to our table and was outstanding. It was nice to get a burger that nothing fell out off and the top sat square with the bottom. Burgers were great, real milkshakes, great fries and my wife loved the Chilli Beef fries. Definitely be back.

Got quite a bit from the menu beef burger, chicken burger, nuggets, chilli fries. And I can honestly say definitely not worth the $70 food is absolutely tasteless plus the chilli fries came with a spoon full of mince with a bit of cheese on top. Wow! The fries are honestly some of the best fries I’ve had in years or not ever, try with the ranch dipping sauce Burgers were good too, patty could of been fresher but apart from that very satisfied. It’s comparable to in and out & hungry jacks combined. Super affordable too, drive through was really fast only waited maybe 2 mins for s big order. Will be back!

This is the best Carl's Jr we've been to anywhere in the world! Not sure why but they just make their food better here, more fresh maybe? Better quality ingredients? Either way, we've been pretty satisfied almost every time we've been to this Carl's Jr. They've got friendly staff and are just an unexpectedly good burger place for somewhere out in Bringelly!

The burgers are fantastic. Service is good and food is made fairly efficiently. Good quality ingredients and they are made how they look on the screen. All in all, while it's running like this I'll definitely keep coming.

This place is highly recommended. The food is delicious, and the service is top notch. When I go with my children they love it. My children always ask to make changes to their burgers and the staff are always happy to assist. It really doesn't feel like fast food. Great fastfood style hamburger restaurant. Though, they actually serve foods! Good atmosphere as well. They say burgers are chargrilled and I could feel the difference. My kids liked their chicken burger.

My order was forgotten when I was one of only three people in the store. Took approximately 20 minutes to eat, but I was hungry So I stayed. Door was warm at best saving grace was the bottomless drinks.

We always take away so cant speak about the atmosphere. Those are probably the best burgers I have eaten. They taste fresh and favourful.

Went there a number of times. Loved that the burgers can be ordered in the morning. They were good. But last time we visited las week, the service was poor, our burgers and chips were ready to be served but stayed on the shelf so long.

It was a very clean environment. Staff were very friendly. Burgers were delicious. A little pricey but worth it. So much better than other fast food places.

So the food in traditional fashion doesn't even slightly resemble the photos, about half as tall and skint on the toppings. But it did taste good. Free drink refills are a nice touch. Might go back. Undecided.

Onion rings were cold. Soggy cardboard would have been more appealing. The chocolate shake and burger were average at best. I’ll stick with Hungry Jacks.
