I think I’m pretty much like everyone else when I say that it’s good customer service & nice to be recognized for long term loyalty. I’ve had a fast pass w Carmel for over 5 years. I travel back n forth from Dallas to FW and visit many locations. I originally purchased my Fast Pass from Mockingbird, but other locations have grabbed it to renew when my card had expired, etc. I was so excited when Garland rd opened a few years ago. When I would go through the wash, they were never able to read my FP bc they did not have a reader. They would ask what I paid or which wash did I have & I would tell them. They would say, “ok! You’re good to go!” Imagine how I felt last week when the gal accused me of not having a valid pass. She said , “I remember you from last week. You do not have a valid pass” & flashed some text at me. I had to pull up my cc transactions & she still didn’t believe me. I was getting more & more upset & she just kept on insinuating I was not a valid pass holder. Then a guy came over & by this time I’m furious. He told me to pull over to the side so he could let other people through and I when I refused he said,” fine, just go through”. I went through the wash but they did not run it! So my car just got hit with dripping water n soap. I went back around and asked to speak to the manager. They finally put him on the phone & he made no excuses for their rude behavior. We had words (not my finest moment, I was so angry & insulted, but I was out of line) & he banned me from their location. Idk, if this is the way the co is headed, probably for the best.

Got the wheel deal and paid $5 to get my matts washed. After getting back in my car it was still dirty. The only thing the guy had done was wipe it dry, shine the wheels and vacuum. The wheel deal includes dash, door panels,console, windows inside & out , door jamb. Which were all still dirty. You could tell he didn't even touch them. Not to mention he didn't even wash my door matts despite me being extra for that to be done. Decided to go back to give them a second chance to fix it. I just wanted to get what I paid for. Spoke to the manager working on 8/7/2021 and he understood. Tried to make it right. He had the same guy who got my car in the first place clean it again. Anyways I left with my car still dirty but atleast he washed the matts what I paid extra for and wiped the windows not good because they were still dirty. To that point I was convinced he just doesn't know how to do his job being to clean cars at a car wash. Despite me spending double of my time and gas just trying to get my car cleaned and I tried twice and still couldn't get it done right. Like I said litterly wanted what I paid for like the console wiped, dash and door panels wiped. Did even get that and not to mention the poor vacuuming he did do. Anyways I don't recommend this place.

Washed my truck and my wife's car here last week. Both vehicles are black so I am usually opposed to drive through washes due to clear coat scratches, but I just haven't had the time to hand wash lately and it was badly needed. The wash was honestly very good. Didn't destroy the paint like most drive through washes do. Seems to be very high quality and newer equipment. I paid for the $18 wash which means full wash, polish and carnuba wax. Then a couple employees hand dry your vehicle after with microfiber towels, spray quick detail on any bug spots or grime that didn't come off, and shine the wheels and tires. The extra attention after driving through makes it worth the cost. Truck looked great after and it was the first time ever taking it through an automatic wash. The vacuums are also top notch for cleaning out the interior, unlike other car wash stations. You can pay a bit more to have them vacuum and quick detail your interior if you'd like, but I didn't think it was worth the cost and don't mind doing that myself. I still prefer to hand wash my vehicles, but with the truck that is a 2-3 hour process if I do the interior as well. Will definitely return to Carmel in a pinch if I ever don't have time to wash by hand.

I have been using Carmel car wash for years. They have locations around Dallas that are used regularly. Recently they sold Mockingbird and Lemmon Avenue locations. I had purchased a prepaid card for washes from the Mockingbird location and was told that they will not honor my card with over $300 of credits on it and told me they're not Carmel car wash anymore. I think this is very poor customer service and was not even notified but found out after waiting in line for a car wash that I had to pay for. I went to the location on Garland Avenue and explained to Ana the situation and she honored every dollar on the card whether I bought it at their location or the Mockingbird location and I want to shout out to GEL the new manager. Not only is he honoring all my credits but he also told me I could have a free car wash for the one they charged me for on Mockingbird. Thank you GEL and Ana!

I wanted to come back and try this car wash again , even after reading the reviews - bc its in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, my experience resonates thoroughly with the other recent reviews that they are lacking through, caring, detailed cleaning. If I pay $30, I expect more than a 7 min job cleaning the inside and out. There are still smudges and spots on all windows, my dash, air vents, and tops of my doors where it meets the windows, dusty and untouched. My navigation screen also, still has the smudges it did when I got there. I could have done this myself in the same amount of time. And - they left a spray bottle in my back seat- with pink cleaning solution - which is now all over my light gray cloth seats. I left a message for the manager. I don’t even want them to re-do it. Bc why not do it right the first time ? ESP with all these public reviews with the same sentiments.

Updated again, the car was covered all charges to fix the shark fin antenna! Up Dated Review: Everything was fine up until the point that the car wash, the overhead roller knocked the shark fin antenna off of my car. I brought it to staffs attention and a incident report was filled out. There was an incident where staff did not want to give me my shark fin cover back stating that it was company policy but the manager finally called me back after 4 hours and assured me that they would take care of it. The manager address the issue about staff not wanting to give me my property back as a lack of common sense on his staff's part. Needless to say I left after filling out their documentation and documenting the damage with my shark fin antenna cover.

I have a brand new Audi. Paper tags, 0 miles. I don’t park it under trees. It’s kept in the garage. 2 weeks owning it. First car wash. I got the deal where they are supposed to hand dry it and stuff. It went through the wash. Took them about 15-20 minutes to attend my car. By then it was dry and it left spots all over the car. They wiped it down but the spots didn’t come off and I told them about it and they said it was from the trees. I told them I do not park it under trees and that it’s brand new. They ignored it and left my car all messed up. I guess the chemicals they use to wash affected the clear coat or something. So I’m taking it back to Audi so they can detail the outside. I’ll stick to Car Bath if I’m not going to Audi for a wash.

I pulled up to the entrance tracks and the man working the car wash pressed a button that dropped my car down into the tracks and it immediately popped back up. It did not sound good at all. When I opened my door to make sure everything was ok, he continued to press the button to make my car go through the wash and it continued to drop down and pop back up, making an awful sound. He did this repeatedly and ended up scratching the rims on my brand new car and chipping the paint right above the tire. I then proceeded to get my car dried and the woman was extremely rude. When I asked if she could wipe the back window, she literally handed me the towel and told me to do it myself. Safe to say I will NEVER come back to Carmel car wash.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because I actually like the place and it’s affordable. However those two chunky hispanic ladies are very Rude. At first only one lady was cleaning my car so I was gonna tip her $5 cash because that’s the only cash I had. I looked up another hispanic lady was helping her. When I gave the lady the money she looked at it crazy like I handed her garbage. I told her to split it with the other lady since she helped her. The other lady waved her hand towards the money saying she didn’t want it with some nasty stank face. And they just kept looking back at me like I was crazy. It was so uncomfortable and rude. I probably won’t return and if I do those fat mfs will NOT TOUCH MY CAR.

When you pay $300 for the show room detailing and then leave a $60 tip and then you go to pick up in your car and there’s all the spots on the car for the wax has not been wiped off there there’s wax along the doors and everything where else. And then the interior there’s spots they didn’t even get. These guys are usually really good and he made the excuse of it being a Saturday and then being really busy but I’m sorry they had my car for three hours. He gave me a coupon and then also told me to come back tomorrow morning and they re-wax it but that’s a lot of hassle for having spent $360. Extremely disappointed. My only suggestion would be don’t take it on a weekend if you’re getting it detailed.

I personally have Buyer's Remorse right now. I just spent 12 bucks expecting my baby to be beautifully cleaned on the exterior & quite frankly I'm disappointed. She was barely prepped at all; and it just went downhill from there. The fact that the leaf residue never departed from the very top of my car pisses me off. So much for the tire portion; they don't appear to have been touched at all. Tri-color wax? I still don't see a difference. I could have went elsewhere, easily sprayed, wiped her down, & done a better job myself without much effort. The pro was the complimentary vacuum; so the inside of my car looks spotless. I will not be returning. Hopefully you'll have a better experience!.

I went first for inside detail I had lots of dog fur and they did a wonderful job outside they had broken an inside panel of my door handle. I wasn't told and eventually found out where the panel was missing a few days later. This kept me away for a few weeks and then I went for an outside wash, I bought the 25 dollar one, but the front hood was just as dirty as before. They kindly let me go through it again but didn't solve the issue. Manager said it was a clear coat issue on my car. So I guess if your car doesn't have a clear coat it won't be cleaned. That being said they were very kind and polite. They issued my refund no problem. My issue is with performance not staff.

This would have been a 4 star review until today... I signed up for the higher end level monthly deal. It worked well until today when they charged me 17 times instead of the monthly rate. Maybe they will eventually respond to my voicemail? In the meantime, the charges are "pending" at my bank which means they have been deducted from my available balance. Not everyone has hundreds of dollars in their account to cover errors. Also hoping that their choice to turn off the vacuums in the area where they dry and do your wheels is temporary. I go there because I want to get in and out fast. I don't want to add another step when I could be vacuuming while they are drying.

I went on a Friday for a full inside-out detail after having been at the beach for the weekend prior. The job wasn’t great, but didn’t notice until two days later when I got back in to drive. I left a message with the manager, and he called back within two hours. He offered me the same service again for free. The people up there are so friendly. “Guada” made sure it was done the second time around, and I purchased them some beverages from the sonic next door. Those are good people who value customer service. My recommendation is to make sure it’s done right the first time, which I should’ve. But they definitely made right and for that, I am grateful. Thank you.

So let me start by saying that my car was pretty dirty on the outside and I have neglected washing the car for some time. I take it in and pay $20 this comes with a towel dry, and wheels and tires by hand. I thought that meant they would clean the wheels and rims better but maybe not? The rims were still pretty dirty but the wash itself was pretty good. It's just hard to know what service you're getting when all they say is "wheels and tires by hand". I don't have anything bad to say overall...but maybe don't expect a super clean ride if you have neglected cleaning it for a while, you may have to upgrade the cleaning service.

My husband and I have been using this car wash for a while, and a couple of months ago he bought a prepaid card... but since that card deal the services seem to just go lower and lower. We went there for a for basic wash today. You expect your car to be clean. But all of a sudden, the wash does not include bug removal from windshield anymore - there is an additional charge for that now! Prices have increased since the time of prepaid card purchase, but they actually do less. My car was dirty when I left. Very frustrating experience. Do NOT buy prepaid card there, so you won't stuck with decreasing service.

If I could do negative stars, I would. Horrible service. I had a membership and canceled bc the service was bad and my car didn't get clean. After trying other Carmel locations (that were great), I decided to try again. I paid for my wash. They never activated the wash so I basically got to roll through with nothing working. This was in the middle of the day.. so in a slow period. The young man starting the wash didn't even attempt to brush down the front of the car and barely touched the back. This place isn't worth your time, and they do not care about quality service. Pick a different location.

I passed by this location trying to get a refund for a 90$ Load and Go card i purchased before from a different location that closes permanently. I explained to them that since that other location closed, i haven’t been able to use the card and i’m not going to drive for 30 minutes to get a carwash at a different location. I asked them nicely for a refund and they told me to reach out to higher management. I haven’t been able to reach anyone neither by email nor by phone number. Highly don’t recommend their Load & Go cards since you may not be able to get your money back if they closed shop!

DISHONEST! I bought a prepaid card at a discount, while getting a $24.95 wash for my pickup truck. The next time I went, they claimed my pickup truck is a full size SUV so there would be a $5.00 up-charge. After a brief discussion, they agreed to do it one more time for $24.95, but that next time they would add the up-charge. The sign says there is an up-charge for full-size SUVs and minivans, but it says nothing about full size pickup trucks. This is very dishonest and is false advertising. They did not do a good job on my truck. The windshield still has bug-marks on it.

Bad customer service. This 1 dimensional ethnic group of people they hired half-perform on your car. They do not fulfill the service they claim to. Most of the vacuums are broke. While bringing issues to staff attention, i was rudely interrupted and talked over. I have cancelled my $60 membership immediately afterward. For similar reasons, i believe is why the Lemmon location recently closed. I do not recommend. I recommend driving further out to locations who hire a diverse group of people with better service and working equipment

I love how close it is to my house. The monthly deal is great and cheaper than my last place except my last place cleans the inside for me. Just be careful who is actually cleaning/drying your car. Most of the employees are amazing but there is one I have now gotten twice that does a terrible job. She leaves water every where and stands around talking when I ask her is it supposed to still be soaking wet. I talked to Daniel at the register and he helped in the situation.

Idk what's going on with Carmel car wash. I have been a loyal customer for many years but the quality of wash is diminishing. Half the brushes/equipments in the wash are stationary and definitely not working. Thankfully their human cleaners make up for the machines lag. Towel dry and interior clean is still great and timely. They sold the mockingbird location and now I am concerned if I should cash in my prepaid card which still has well over $100.

This carwash is ok but let me tell you that everyone is an a bad mood, just except lady at register and the guy who dried my car. His name was Octavio he said! Really nice guy helpful and courteous, really fast and clean he asked me how my day was and it was good to have me here today. I wish everyone was at least smiling when customers show up, but im giving this carwash a 5star just because that only guy. Thanks Octavio....wash not bad!

The car wash damaged the running boards on our van in January of 2023. I have a written incident report from the manager of this car wash admitting their machine damaged our car. We filed a claim with our insurance. 9 months later, the car wash still hasn't paid for the damage even though they admitted fault. They keep fighting and fighting. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. They will damage your car and avoid making it right at all costs.

Very nice car wash finally near white rock lake. It's bigger than I thought as it wraps around the back to the right behind the Sonic. The staff is nice and the waiting area is pretty good, except it could use some music. They have quick wash options where you just drive through and wash, or the full service where you drive through then drive to the back for them to dry and clean the inside.

This place is pretty easy fo go and get a quick wash. They help guide you through each step. Once you get your car washed they detail clean if after. The wash itself is pretty awesome. Never has any complaints about its washes. The detail interior cleaning also has been a great success each time. They have an indoor waiting area fof customers as well to stay cool while you wait.

Very disappointed every time I visit a Carmel location; I’m convinced their car wash machines suck on purpose so they make you pay more for hand washes/upgrades. Only a few vacuums are strong enough to clean your interior effectively. The $7 self wash is not good if you’re on the go or not looking to pay so much for a basic wash. Recommend looking for another drive-thru wash.

The drive through car wash scratched my very new car (less than 1,000 miles) twice. The first time, last week, I couldn't figure out how the scratches got there and when I went through again this week the scratches were worse. Only one vacuum works. We had to turn the car around so we could vacuum the other side. I've been going here since they opened, but never again.

I only see the highest price of $35 for full service. I asked if this was correct and I was told yes.. on the plus side they had doughnuts and coffee inside and ac.

My car was broken into and my Carmel Car Wash gift card was stolen. Naturally, I wanted my car washed after a stranger-thief had been in my car, and I wanted to see if Carmel could honor/find my account.Through their excellent customer service by Gio they were able to find my account and issue me a new card. Now that's how you keep people as loyal customers!

The service is hit or miss. When I pay for a car wash, wheel cleaning, and tire shine, it should be done correctly. About half the time, it’s good. Unfortunately, about half the time, very little effort is put into drying the car, and cleaning the wheels. There needs to be more management oversight about the overall consistency of service.

Bad thing.. the truck was left all dirty and I had to bring it back...the wheels were left all dirty. The mats were not cleaned at all... The guy said they dont clean mats for 24 dollars i felt really angry, I wont ever come back.. good bye 24 dlls. At the end they cleaned the mats and rewiped the truck to my satisfaction.

I get my truck washed about once a week, trying different car washes around Dallas each time, and this is by far the best wash and service I've ever received! I can't say enough great things about this place. I'm just lucky I live close by. Try this place if you want a fantastic experience all around for a great price.

My teenage daughter paid and went through the car wash. Afterwards she went to the vacuums and was approached by two employees that told her she could not use the vacuums and it was not included in the car wash! If that is true then this place is a complete rip off! I have never heard of this and it really upset her.

Great car wash spot. I use their reloadable card so I have the flexibility of bringing either car in for service. They are quick and offer multiple services at good prices - wash only, wash and dry withe tire shine, interior and exterior cleaing. I've used them all and they are the only ones to wash my cars.

They don't allow females to handwash cars even though I requested it! The men don't clean and detail a car they way a female would. My last trip, guy did a terrible job! $80 handwash and detail and there was still a chocolate ice cream splattered from where my daughter dropped her milkshake . …

Guada and Gio took good care of me today with an awesome job of detailing my GMC Yukon XL. They are super professional, the value of the service provided is great and beat of all my truck looks and smells like a new one! I’ve been coming here since they opened and I won’t go anywhere else. it was my first time going to this drive through. It was pretty decent, it just had a dead atmosphere though workers didn't seem happy. but they washed my car fine and dried it pretty decently just left little drip spots by the trunk. worth the 20 bucks tho for in and out service. took about 10mins.

This place is conveniently located and has a good price range. We got my mother's car detailed and the wait time was about an hour. We arrived around 2pm on mother's day weekend and it wasn't very crowded! The waiting room is small and there's seating outside as well. Good service. We will be back!

The people who were suppose to be drying my car and clean the tires Did it all less than 5 mins And for a minute they stood there with a hand on my car and gossiping. They left areas wet and so it left stains on my car.. It was first thing Sunday morning as they were opening, so they were not busy.

I'm switching to Hello Car Wash after today. Not only did the cost of the basic car wash go up from $8 to $12, I wasn't even allowed to use the vacuums. That's HALF the reason I came here! I feel ripped off and work like at LEAST a partial refund. Goodbye Carmel, hello Hello car wash!

Best car wash in Dallas! Very affordable as well! We got the $35.00 full service wash and they did EVERYTHING! The staff was very friendly and they were very detailed when cleaning the car! This car is a rental and it came out cleaner than when we first got it from the rental company!

I paid their highest price for a cleaning $175.00 and they gave me a car that was FILTHY!! The manager (Jorge) told me that 175.00 did not include a vacuum!!! WOW!! I am in disbelief... Jorge wasn’t interested in giving me a clean car at all!!! I’m so surprised.

Usually a decent experience here, but not today. Wash broke down a few times while I was in it, once during drying so my truck came out drenched. No offer to towel it off or run it back through, just shrugs and empty stares. Last time I spend my money here.

A bird left its mark on my car today and I stopped by for an exterior wash. The machine didn’t clean the spot. I wanted to run it through again because it wasn’t clean but was was told I had to upgrade to the $18 package. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the full service car wash. Luis (has a tattoo of lips) cleaned my car and he did the best job. He took extra time to clean my daughters car seat and around her seating area. I would ask for him bc I know I will when I go back

I’ve been to the other locations and expected the same great service. Not the case. Wash and detail was rushed for the premium exterior and interior wash. Streaky windows and didn’t clean the dashboard. Visible dust and coffee spills.

Cashiers are not wearing face masks or gloves....and when taking payment it's impossible to be 6 feet away from them. Covid isn't over and I won't be returning to have any of my 3 cars washed until they become socially responsible.

Second time I've been here, good car wash, the vacuums work really well! The dryer at the end of the wash is like the hand dryer in a public restroom, kinda iiffy.Went with the refillable card, so you know I'll ne back.

I love the location, but their dryer is horrible. You end up having to hand dry your entire car after each wash. The vacuums are also right next to the spray wash so your car gets hit with water while you're drying it.

Ordered the most expensive car wash, exterior was great but had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to start cleaning the inside of the car. Very slow and unacceptable. They obviously have staffing problems here.

This location used to be my "go to spot" and now ill never go back. You can get a better value at a 7 Eleven drive through wash. $25 gets you a wash and dry. Thats it! Tipping $20 doesn't make a difference.

They advertise $6 washes, but that means you go through car wash without any scrubbers working and without a rinse. You have to pay a minimum $10 to get a car wash here, false advertisement at its finest.

My car never ends up clean. The windshield is always left dirty no matter how much I pay. Even when I ask them to fix it, they don’t even try. Waste of money. I’m going somewhere else from now on.

Pricing is comparable to Tommy Terrific's, which is a better place. I had my car washed twice, works package. Lots of dirty spots left over. Some of the employees are unfriendly. Not coming back.

You have to love a low cost car wash and vacuuming for free! I've always had a good experience here and the wait is never really long. They are way better than most of them comps out there.

I love it here!!! Got my car very clean, very polite staff! Be warned there is a Chick-fil-A nearby so be mindful of traffic patterns! Other than that, they’ve gained a happy customer.

I haven't had a bad experience yet. It's busy but not crowded.The basic car wash is great. Vacuums work. Nice sitting area for cars that are to be detailed. Staff is nice.

Easy drive through..BUT carwash won't catch every inch of your car. It'll leave some missed spots and water marks.. not perfect but still worth the wash.

If they had rain checks land punch cards is 5 star them. Where I usually go. I don't have to worry about my paint on my new Jukpe. Everything is soft.

They don't prep the cars well enough to be fully cleaned in the tunnel. You pretty much have to rinse your car off at the coin wash first.
