CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. From all the reviews you would think this place would have treated this issue better. I bought my wife a pearl diamond neckless for our 30th anniversary and asked for the original clasp on the chain to be replaced with a slightly larger/stronger one. I paid $65 for the lobster clasp they recommended. Not a problem. My wife wore it (3) times within a couple of weeks and by the 4th time the spring in the clasp broke. I took it back and spoke with Arasto. He said he would have it repaired. GREAT! My wife went back to pick it up and Bena said the cost of repair is $20. My wife said there wasn't any cost mentioned to repair the broken clasp and Bena said Arasto told me there would be a cost for the repair. TOTALLY A LIE! And Bena accused my wife of opening the clasp incorrectly and it was her fault. REALLY?? it's a clasp and the spring broke. I asked Bena couldn't the clasp have been bad to begin with? It's possible right? Bena denied that possibility. This clasp should have lasted for years NOT a couple of weeks. When I went back to speak with Bena and she said the $20 cost was for the out sourced jeweler to solder a new clasp. That should have been covered by Bena for a bad clasp, but NO she argued and said we had to pay for the out sourced jeweler's time to solder on the replacement clasp. She even said I can't guarantee that product. (I have an audio recording of her saying that!) If Bena hired a plumber to replace a broken water pipe and in two weeks the replaced pipe had a hairline fracture and needed replacing again, would she like to hear from the plumber you now owe me for coming back and replacing the fractured pipe. I DON'T THINK SO. This is about principle not the $20 bucks. BEWARE CMR JEWELERS CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

I brought in one sterling silver necklace in to be repaired in May and at that time purchased a white gold chain as well. The repair took over a month as they did not do it correctly the first time; I did not attempt to wear that necklace until August, and the clasp immediately fell off. The white gold chain had broken by July. Very disappointing. I took it in to the shop, and Benafsha stated that they do not guarantee any repairs or products. I stated that the white gold chain had been sold to me as new for over $200; she glanced at it and stated “it’s been pulled”—it had not been. I told her it has not been pulled, and she said “Oh these things can get pulled even just by putting them on.” After two months? And after I specifically asked for a chain that would hold up? I told her that the sterling silver chain that they had repaired had not even been worn once, and she repeated, “We don’t guarantee any repairs.” I told her that I would have to leave a bad review; she said “Go ahead, I’ll reply.” All this with two other customers in the store as well. I said I would be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau; she replied “For $20?!” in a snarky tone. I replied that the white gold chain was over $200. She said “I could sell you a Bugatti, and if some one dings it in the parking lot, you can’t go back to the dealer.” I pointed out that if I brought the car home and something failed on it within a month, I absolutely could. I left at that point as she was getting escalated. Terrible quality, even worse customer service. Buyer beware. Reporting to the better busines

This store put beads on my engagement ring to downsize it for me. 2 years later when I was pregnant I noticed my knuckle swell up a bit and beads started scratching pretty bad. I decided to wait until after having my baby and after Covid to take it to jeweler thinking my finger will shrink by then. It did and I eventually started wearing my ring a lot more often but the ring kept scratching my knuckle. My knuckle as of today looks just awful and all swollen. I took the ring to the other jeweler today and their question was "Who put these beads on for you? They did an awful job". After looking at them in the microscope I could see how many sharp edges there were. They will re-do these for me and make them flat which shouldn't hurt my finger. I never even knew there were options. Makes sense. I wouldn't recommend this jeweler.

I have found my forever jeweler! Repairs to several pieces were performed beautifully. One in particular was a very special ring for my love. The band broke after decades of daily wear and tear. Bena and her staff - blew me away with the results. After giving it to my love, he decided that we will go no where else for repairs. His ring looked better than it ever did! Even when he received it from a beloved relative that has long time passed - I bet even he is smiling from heaven at how lovely they made the ring! Thank you! The friendliness and professionalism here is just wonderful. Bena even remembers a piece of jewelry I bought quite some time ago - brought it in for resizing after releasing some weight. Came out wonderful too! ❤️

I have never written a bad review. My experience with this jeweler was horrible. I am 76 years old and purchased a lot of jewelry. I went in to the CMR Jewelers for a simple chain to secure a diamond tennis bracelet. She never stoped talking and trying to cross sell me. We got the bracelet back the next day. My wife wore the bracelet less than 2 hours and the chain broke. The woman we delt with picked the chain not us. I understand stuff happens. When we went back in she wanted to charge me more money to fix it correctly and I refused. She has a terrible attitude. I would not send my worse enemy into her store. Buyer beware!!!

Excellent jewelry store run by a lovely family, offering an amazing assortment of items without the sky-high markups and sleazy practices of so many other places. Have purchased jewelry here, as well as having pieces maintained and repaired, and have always been 100% happy. There was one incident when having my wedding ring polished and rhodium dipped took far longer than it should have, but apparently it was an unfortunate coincidence of several people all getting ill at once... Given how excellent every other experience has been, I chalked it up to just "it happens" and would not hesitate to go here again. Highly recommend!

The patience of the owner is just amazing, I was in this place shopping when this man came in regarding a chain for his wife... Her hair was stuck all in it and it was kinky because of that. She fixed and replaced a clasp for him then he started yelling at her to polish the whole necklace and take out this lady hair, gross, and fix all the kinks FOR FREE. the owner was so patient, told him the price to do what he wanted and he just kept yelling at her to do it for free. it was nuts but she remained calm and was so so nice. she went on to help me buy the most beautiful charm bracelet. Ill never go anywhere else!

This Jeweler is a family run business. Each time that I needed assistance with several watches I own, they were very courteous and professional, and also very knowledgeable. They followed up with me about the status of my watch repair, in a timely manner, (and they also can change out batteries for watches at a very reasonable price.) We got the wife's watch back and they also helped my son get his engagement ring. The price to service my wife's Rolex is fair. Update: Their watch repair guy can't get the correct time on the Rolex. It's either slow or runs fast. On the last visit they told me not to bring it back. She kept on telling me it's our fault. Uh, okay!

Absolutely suggested for any of your jewelry needs! The staff was super welcoming and helpful. They were able to fix my claddagh ring's vertically split band no problem and polished it beautifully. Everything was done in less than a day and at a very affordable price. 10/10 will visit again

Just made my first visit to CMR Jewelers for a battery replacement for my watch. Waited less than 10 minutes for two batteries in the watch and was charged a very reasonable fee. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. I urge anyone with Jewelry needs to visit CMR Jewelers.

My now wife, absolutely LOVED her ring. There were some complications with the ring in terms of timing but CMR was very accommodating and made sure we were set for our big day (kind of a rushed/last minute wedding). Both owners were pleasant to work with!
