They used to have good service but not anymore other than the dentist. I don't want to talk too much about the dentistry, but I decide to go to other clinics. Update(two month later): I stated before I decided to leave. But I still went there for my son's appointment which means I haven't found another one yet. The manger literally told me:“ If you don‘t take the google review off, there will no more service for you." I am not going to take this off after the manager's statement(I was meant to take the review off because I don't want to have any bad mood when we have the treatment ), and will never go there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr.Kasper was honest and straight forward with all my dental needs, and there was a lot to address. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. The best dental care my daughter and I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family... they fit me in same day no matter what the issue is! My daughter loves going to her appointments and can't wait to go back. would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Absolutely the best experiences at the dentist I have ever had! The staff are super friendly, gentle and very good at what they do. Not once did I sit there questioning what was going on, they always take the time to explain all the steps and the charges on the bill and have been very understanding. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now (who says that after a root canal???) Great job everyone, you’re all fantastic! :)

They may have had great customer service in the past, but now they are nearly impossible to get ahold of to try and change or cancel an appointment that they arbitrarily booked without consultation. Not impressed

First visit was great! I showed up early and they put me through right away. Extremely friendly and not at all pushy like some offices can be! The staff really does have your best health in mind.

Very impressed with professionalism of the staff and the Doctors. Any dental problems I have encountered have been examined and corrected within a totally acceptable time frame.
