Just recently bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with eighty thousand miles on it, just before Christmas, for my girlfriend. Paid a little over $7,700 cash for the vehicle. According to them, all it needed was an alignment. Took it home and drove it the next day and the check engine light came on. Imagine that. also found out that both brake lights were burnt out, the driver side rear turn signal light was burnt out, and the driver side fog light was burnt out. took the vehicle to AutoZone to scan the codes and find out what was going on. They said it was either the upstream O2 sensor, the downstream O2 sensor but from experience they felt it was the upstream O2 sensor. I went ahead and bought one for about $160. I called cars of Nashville and told them what I discovered and they were very happy to have us bring the vehicle up and see what they could do. They installed the O2 sensor and came out and told me that the other one was indeed bad. they then took the vehicle around and test drove it for about an hour and a half and came back to find out the steering wheel had been aligned but now I no longer have properly working turn signals. every time you make a turn, you have to manually turn it off.they told me that they feel like they had fixed the problem with the check engine light but don't put the car in Eco Drive which is supposed to be a feature of this vehicle. wasn't too sure about that. Got about two miles down the road and the check engine light once again came on. At this point I no longer trusted them to touch my vehicle. They are really nice people here and they try to be helpful but they just don't have the resources to get the problems handled correctly. If you choose to buy from them, make sure you have a licensed mechanic take a look at the vehicle and insist on having the vehicle for at least a few hours of test-driving to make sure nothing surprises you. I will get in contact with them to see if they feel the need to compensate me for the $1,200 that I have poured into this vehicle and will of course be more once I take it to the dealership to get then to take a look at the turn signals and to find out what's going on with the wheel sensors that are obviously not working since the tire pressure light has been on since I bought it but of course that was something I knew about and don't expect to be compensated for it. I will update this review after I get done talking with Cars of Nashville. UPDATE! Went back to pick up the cover for the engine that covers the overhead cam and you talk about a cold room! I went in there they didn't have much at all to say to me and I even brought up how much extra I had to put into it to get it handled and all I could say was "that's good." Not a single bit of remorse on their part. I'll be contacting the Better business bureau and go from there. Word of advice, just avoid this place. I'd hate for someone else to go through the same thing I did.
These people are incredibly rude and cheaters. We arrived here right at opening time (9am), knocked on the doors, looked around the lot, and no one answered. We waited for thirty minutes and still no one showed. We called and left a voicemail asking to call us back, and they never did. I ended up calling them at 11am to see if they were there yet, and the lady (Mary) was incredibly rude and short with me. We got to the lot around 1pm that day. No one really greeted us, and when we finally got someone's attention, we asked to see a certain car and they eventually brought it out. It had lots of scratches, dents, and other blemishes on it that weren't on the website. When the dealer opened the car door, the handle FELL OFF completely. They let us take it to our mechanic to have it inspected. While we were sitting at our mechanic, the dealer (Mary) texted us and informed us that this mechanic was not a "real mechanic" but was actually a dealership, and instructed us to take it elsewhere to be inspected. I kindly informed her that it was an actual mechanic, not a dealership, and she never responded. Our mechanic told us that the car was in really bad shape, and to not pay over $2500 for it, even though they were asking for $4000. So, we went back to the dealership, listed all of the things that were wrong with the car, and the workers denied everything. They told us that we were misjudging it and that these things weren't really a big deal, even though the mechanic said it would take over $1500 in repairs just to make the car safe to drive again. They denied everything that was wrong with it, even saying that the cosmetic damages weren't even there. To top it all off, one of the male workers cut my fiance off mid-sentence and said, "Alright man, let's just be straight with each other here, we're all adults. What can you offer?" We told him $2500. He said "that's ridiculous, we can't do that, that car is worth way more than that." Needless to say, we walked out of that dealership without a car. We are never going back there and are very unhappy with the "service" we received. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone in a million years.
I bought a car from them, it had a problem and they didn’t help me out. I called and told them about the problem of the, they asked me to bring it in on Friday so their mechanic will check it. I left work and went there on Friday only for them to tell me the mechanic is busy so I should come back on Monday. I couldn’t make it on Monday so I called and told them I will come the next day, they asked ok . I left work again and went on Tuesday only for them to tell me the mechanic is busy again. How ?? I came all they way from Clarksville. I recommend 6 people to buy cars from them. I’m going to tell them to find a different place because this is what I went through. I wish I could post a video so you all will hear the sound the car makes. On Friday the two guys I came with who also wanted to buy some cars but wanted to see how my problem will be solved before taking any step.one asked can we take the car back to Clarksville have a mechanic fix it and bring you the receipt, you said no You guys were not willing to give me a car back home. Uber and Lyft don’t work in fort Campbell. On Friday the guy that spoke to me saw it. I tried calling Uber and Lyft for more than 30 minutes, I didn’t get some back.I just came from Pennsylvania to Tennessee I don’t have friends I can ask rides from. The guy who brought me to buy the car has his own schedule. I can’t keep calling him to drive me from Clarksville to Nashville. How was I supposed to go back . How was I supposed to go to work . Thanks for your services
If you choose to shop here, remember... 1). As long as you do everything their way, they are nice. 2) if you have to ask for a service that is outside their normal box, forget it My son travelled from Knoxville after calling three times to express interest in a vehicle. They would not even hold the car knowing he was on the road and coming their way. I sold vehicles for a few years myself. This is NOT an unreasonable request They also would not allow us to take the car to our mechanic because it would take 3 hours to get there and back. So we took the car to beaman Toyota at the dealers recommendation. Beaman was awesome. It cost us $100 and still took three hours by the way. But we found out the car was rusting they from the bottom among other problems... bad battery, rusted together brake calipers, bad alternator, no spare tire, etc. over $1500 in issues not counting the rust problems. I tried to be nice and share some of the information WE had to pay $100 to get on THEIR car. Mary was no more accommodating than she had been with any request that was not what the easy way for them. She was continually interruptive and finally hung up on me. In a nutshell, if you hate good customer service and are looking for vehicles with issues that any knowledgeable caring dealer should have known about but does nothing about or argues with you when you go to the technicians THEY recommended, then Cars of Nashville, and Mary are the best I’ve seen. My biggest regret is not being able to leave NO stars.
Update: Beware of this company. I was very hesitant at the beginning due to all the negative reviews. After purchasing a Subaru Forester and driving about 150 miles the transmission was destroyed. Upon inspection, by certified mechanic, discovering the computer had been wiped to prevent the sensors from detecting valve body malfunctions. To solve the problem I called the dealership and agreed that we would split the cost of a new transmission to be placed in the car. However, The shop they used was not experienced in CVT transmission as when it was taken to the Nashville Subaru dealership to have computer programmed they had to add 2 quarts of oil. And after 1000 miles I discovered it was mounted improperly as the rear mount is cross threaded into the transmission resulting in it shifting under torque from the engine. Therefore I called and informed them of the problem and they said well it’s your problem now not ours. Previous post from before problems: Mark is a fantastic salesman. Purchased a Subaru Forester that had a scratch in the side. After speaking with the manager and deciding on a price I asked if they could repair the chip and scratch and have an extra key made and without hesitation the answer was yes. Than even agreed to pick the car up from my work, 11miles away, and return it that evening after completing the paint job and cutting the key!! Fantastic people to work with and will treat you right.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this one is a must. Called about a vehicle, was said to make an appointment so I did. Called to let them know we were on the way from Memphis to purchase the car. I told them I would call if I ran into traffic so I did. The lady I talked to earlier that day answered and said she was glad I called because they sold the car 30min ago!! Are you freaking kidding me!!! I then asked her what was the point in making an appointment if they were just going to sell the car out from under me. I was coming to purchase and ready to buy that car and others in the near future. So not only did they miss a sale but several. When I asked them why make an appointment she said first come first serve and to hold a vehicle I had to put down a deposit. None of which she told me on the phone prior to driving to Nashville with my newborn and 3 year old. When I asked her all these questions she then got mad at me for getting frustrated with her!?!? I understand needing to make a sale but to what end?! Any friends of mine that live near or in Nashville, TN stay clear of Cars of Nashville Auto Center. Bad attitudes and unprofessional. Do business at your own risk.
I have researched many of their cars that are on their lot. The dealership has paid far less for the vehicles than the asking price. That is a FACT one can confirm by himself! In other words you are seriously get screwed if you buy any of the vehicles on the lot. Also I have randomly recorded many of the vin numbers of the vehicles in the lot. I just snapped a photo of it with my phone. Using this information I have found that many of the vehicles may have been stolen in the past and some may in fact be stolen. The other disturbing part, is that the dealer is located right near a university. Of course to take advantage of students. The trailer that they conduct their suspicious business activities is located in a bad area of town. If you buy a vehicle from here the dealer will misrepresent it. They will lie about the vehicles true condition. And they will take thousands from you than the actual value of the vehicle. I sold the vehicle purchased from here on craigslist. So not too much of a loss for me. It was a piece of junk just like the people that work here.
Tried to work out a deal with them for SUV. In another state, so it was over phone and email. Thought their price was fair, so I sent em pics of truck and original sticker plus VIN # so they could evaluate trade in. Now my truck is 16.5k trade in value easy, but was willing to take less to get deal done. First i heard that we're "just too far apart". Then i heard "well it's the difference between retail and market". Then i was told i could probably get that in Alabama, but not Tennessee. Then I was told that since its a quad cab and not a crew cab it's not that valuable. Now mind you, they still haven't told me what they would offer for trade in. So when i pressed em on it, I was told they would only sell it for 10-11k, so my trade in would be 8k! It was surreal. Never dealt with salesman who was looking for reasons NOT to sale a vehicle. Oh, I forgot the one where they told me they didn't want me to be upside down on my new loan! BTW, ran the trade in numbers for 37210, Nashville. Almost identical to central Alabama.
Be extreamly cautious of buying from here especially when it comes to diesel truck their mechanic is inexperienced I bought an 01 duramax that they claimed everything was sound on the truck. on test drive the coolant light came on I brought it up and the gave me a discount for a coolant flush, low and behold had nothing to do with a coolant issue it turned out to be a blown head gasket haven't even had the truck but 3 days, I contacted the company and after a wait to hear from the owner was told that they sold it to me as is (which is understandable if I had the truck more than the 3 days I've had it), their mechanic had no idea of a blown head gasket and they gave me a big enough discount all $1500 on bargaining and there was nothing that they could or would do. I essentially bought a $9000 paper weight that I'm going to have to put another $6000 into again only having it for now 3 days. Me personally will never do business here again nor will I recommend it to anyone
I bought a 2006 Jetta from them in Feb of 2021! I paid cash so it was quick and easy! They said it had no issues, and drove perfectly all the way back to Memphis. I had to put it in the shop in march from a leak costing about 700. But, cars need repairs occasionally so it's fine. the drive boot is leaking at i will replace that soon. The car I bought is very durable and useful. You can't blame dealerships for cars having natural issues. To tis day my car is still running and in good shape. I had an issue, my fault I didn't check until I was home in Memphis. ( I was given a title to a VW Bug and vin did not match) I informed them and they apologized, & sent my title the day I called and my husband sent back the wrong one. They were super quick with the buying process and have been friendly. This place does not sell lemon cars and provide the best quality for used cars ! Thanks You guys!
I had a very pleasant experience with Cars of Nashville (CoN). I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla back in March and it has been running smoothly with no major issues. However, a few weeks post-purchase, the battery gave out. When I contacted CoN regarding this, they were prompt to offer a check on the issue and kindly replaced the battery at no extra charge. I’d recommend other buyers to consider investing in reliable brands like Toyota or Honda when shopping at a used car dealership. It’s also advisable to keep the dealership informed if any issue arises post-purchase. Based on my experience, Cars of Nashville is likely to extend their help to ensure your satisfaction. Their willingness to address issues post-purchase truly highlights their customer-oriented service, making my car buying experience a positive one!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze with 111,000 miles from here a couple weeks ago. I was assured it had been inspected by a mechanic and had no issues. Performed fine on the test drive but problems began as soon as I drove home that evening. Come to find out from an inspection the valve cover gasket, engine oil cooler, oil pan gasket, engine air filer, PCV valve, and more needed a a total replacement! Cost $2800 to fix plus inspection! I called the dealership to explain the issue and all they offered was $300. The inspection mechanic said it could never have passed a pre used car sale inspection. Either there was foul play or cars of Nashville needs a new mechanic. If you sell a car as-is, be honest about it’s condition!
Do NOT shop here. They first, sold me a vehicle with known problems that they hid. And I would have been completely satisfied with repairing myself and would have left it at that. But then they decided they were NOT going to transfer my title or plate after I drove back to Michigan. I will change my review when that agreement is honored. Shady people, shady business tactics. I can send screenshots from speaking with an employee, pictures of my title. Everything needed to prove otherwise. It's funny they say there is nor record of anyone purchasing a vehicle who leaves a bad review. By all means reach out to me by email dhockin2010@gmail.com
Very unprofessional and very unorganized. There's no place to park. I came in pre-qualified ready to buy, informed the sales person which vehicle that I was interested in purchasing and he gave me the key fob and pointed to where the car was parked then left to go back inside, He didn't properly greet me, he didn't show me the car, they didn't even bother to move the vehicle parked in front of the car so that I could actually take it for a test drive. I could go on and on but what's to point ? It was a very bad experience. It was actually the worst experience I've had at a car lot. I'm very disappointed and hate that I wasted my time.
If I could give this place less than one star, I would. One of the other reviews talks about how the place seemed really fishy, and they were right. Not even 6 hours after I got my car, the battery died. The battery was corroded, and it seemed like they noticed and didn’t care. A whole number of issues have since happened with the car I got from them… alternator, transmission, a/c, you name it! The customer service was subpar at best too. The lot was too crowded, and it seemed like they leave their cars gas tank on E for everyone. I would highly suggest you don’t buy from here. Do better Cars of Nashville!
I personally did not have a good experience purchasing a vehicle from here. The door in the driver’s seat didn’t lock, and I found that out after two weeks of purchasing it. I called them and was told I’d get a call back, but I never heard back. They do a poor job of communicating with their customers. You have to really track them down to discuss any issues or else they’ll just ignore it. My car started acting up a month later showing all types of signals, which became overwhelming. Some were fixable and some kept on reoccurring, causing the car to stop moving all of a sudden while driving.
This is the worst dealership I've ever been to. Terrible services from the sales men. They were so awkward. Everytime we did paperwork it's like it was the first time they did it. They kept saying "I think this it." And both times the paperwork was wrong. They put the temp tag in the back window and I kept getting pulled over and the cops said they put it in the wrong place. They told me to call in a week or so for the title. Terrible. I'm waiting for the car to fall apart or something. The title was filled out wrong and they didn't give me the proper papers. Worst!
Good Cars, bad customer service. I bought a Honda Accord from this place few months ago. Before the payment, the lady salesperson agreed to fix the driver side front door lock, if it has any problem. After couple weeks of driving, I figured the lock has problem as suspected and I went back to the store. Another guy came up to me and yelled at me saying there was no problem, it's a "safety feature." The door sometimes locks-unlocks with the remote key, sometimes doesn't. I thought they would live up to their promise, but no. Very unprofessional behavior.
Small lot but all quality cars in great condition. We bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot. Car looked flawless and drove well. Heading home, it started misfiring severely. They had gotten it from an auction and it drove fine while they had it, as it did on our test drive. They could have said, "Sorry, it's your bad luck," but instead they took to their mechanic and gave it a full tune-up on them. Drove great afterwards. They were also quick to email us a copy of the bill of sale when we misplaced it. Wish all car dealers were like Cars of Nashville.
Mary Elizabeth helped us get our neighbor a deal on a pre owned Infiniti Q60 coupe. for a smoking deal. Car was super clean. She really took her time with us and was very detailed about all of the ins and outs about the financing and made sure we had all of our paperwork in order so we could just get everything done very quickly. Easiest car buying experience yet! Thank you for helping us out, i'll be back in about a week for my new car too! I'm getting a Mustang conv, they have there in stock. see you again soon! Thanks Mary!
I went here to look for a car. I stood there and waited for long time. The owner passed me multiple times and ignored me like I didn't even exist. It was horrible customer service. I had to find someone instead of someone coming up to me. Customer service is horrible. I wouldn't recommend going here because if they dont appreciate you as customer. I doubt there care enough to provide you with better vehicle. No value of a customer. Careless attitude. the guy who showed me the car was just a employee. it wasnt his fault.
The WAY the auto BUYING experience is suppose to be! MARY E. was our Sales Associate and the entire process (from no Hassle or looking over your shoulder test drive to driving off the lot) took about 30 minutes. Cars of Nashville has a great selection and always priced “Good to Great Deal” on Car Gurus. Sam the Lot Manager was super friendly, transparent and accommodating. Finally , the day after Mary resolved a question within 1 hour and provided her personal cell just in case. Great Experience!
UPDATE...... 6/17 After my post I was contacted by the staff. They agreed to fix my daughter’s vehicle correctly for a fraction of what it would cost me at the body shop. I will admit I was skeptical but we picked up the car today and everything had been completed. I’m happy they reached out to correct an issue with a car they purchased and sold. I’m updating my review and rating. I have posted the updated pics of my daughters vehicle! Thanks again Cars of Nashville for the customer service!
Excellent experience. From the beginning, the sales team allowed us to look freely at the cars without anyone hovering over our shoulder. Once we had decided on a car, I was able to drive the car to a nearby mechanic for a third party pre-purchase inspection with FULL support of the Cars of Nashville team. John was fantastic and was able to get us in our new vehicle as quick as possible. Overall, a very easy car buying experience from a seasoned car salesmen team. I would use them again.
Sorry I am not removing my previous review. It's not happening. Nothing you all say or respond to in reviews will change the fact of what a dishonest and corrupt organization you all run. Yes, my intention in writing the review is to expose what liars and dishonest folks you are. I no longer have a vehicle because the engine blew. You can respond to this review. It's not going anywhere. I hope I have dented your reviews and sales because you have one ANGRY customer now.
Would not anyone going to this dealership there corrupted and this guy with a hat and short dark hair doesn't speak a broken english he was staring at me weird as soon as I walked through the door. Didn't think nothing of it until later because of my skin color he kept on saying you need to get your credit up to 700 or 700 monthly payment made no sense with his broken English he just wanted me to leave as soon as possible I would suggest no one of color do business here
I bought a 2016 Malibu 124k miles in November 2022 I drove it from Nashville 2 hrs away to my home town everything was cool come January2023 my check engine light comes on then go off then come on and stay on ! I take it to Chevrolet place they say I need a whole new engine ! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ also the car sound like water in my dash when I stop and the auto stop comes on their water damage ‼️‼️‼️‼️ don’t buy from this place so not recommended
Terrible customer service, I will not recommend to anyone... the Sales girl I met, acted as if she didn’t wanna sell me a car.. every time I ask her a question, she answered in a rude way as if I didn’t belong at there little car lot.. just because you have couple high brand cars in your parking lot, doesn’t make u judge your customers and being rude.. So, I took my hardworking cash to a really Mercedes Benz dealership.
I was happy with the car and buying experience the day I purchased it. We checked out the car and heard a belt squeaking and I asked and she said she thought it was the serpentine belt. Pretty easy and cheap fix so I asked for several hundred off to fix it. The very next day the check engine light came on and I took it to read code and they said catalytic converter! Not as easy or cheap of a fix.Buy at your own risk
Almost every vehicle there had been damaged in some way….I almost did buy a vehicle, but because it was Saturday and there wasn’t a bank open I will wan”t able to. I feel like I dodged a bullet…and a huge waste of my time. The salesman is we nothing but I rude to my boyfriend and I, and even made fun of me for being short. So my advice to you is buy at your own risk…but I would run for the hills if I were you.
I can not even describe to you how mad that I am. I called 2x this morning, gave my name and set up an appointment to test drive a car. I then drove 3.5 hours to see it and took off work. When I arrived, they told me they just sold the car. They claim someone else came into town to buy it too. No excuse! I gave my name 2x. Hey cars of nasheville......invest in a pen and paper for appointments. RIDICULOUS!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They were very nice but we were told the vehicle we purchased was looked at by their mechanic and had no issues. The day after we brought the car home, the check engine light came on. It's been in the shop 2 of the 3 weeks we've had it and has cost me over $1500 in repairs so far. Update as of 10/28/22: New total in repairs is $2500 and we've had the car about 1 month. 2012 VW Passat
What a great place to buy a used vehicle. No frills, but extremely knowledgeable staff (especially Mary) with great options for financing. The prices are also really fantastic. They let us take the Kia Forte to our mechanic for a quick inspection, and everything checked out great. If I don't update this review, assume everything is still going well with the car. Thanks so much, Cars of Nashville!
I spoke with Mary on a few occasions. Agreed on a price for a 08 Mercedes e350. I told Mary I was driving from Atlanta Saturday morning to purchase the car. I asked on Friday if there were any issues with the car. She said NO. I drove 4.5 hours and the car wouldn't start plus the instrument panel wasn't working. Wasted time and money to drive to Nashville. Dont waste time at this dealership.
I would give a zero if I could. Car drove fine on test drive, then all the problems began. Check engine light came on 2 days later, and had to have motor mounts installed as they were deteriorated, as well as coils and spark plugs. Brakes, tires, you name it, were bad. Used cars are already overpriced these days, but I didn’t expect the repair to be so high. Buyer beware of this place!
I am sorry I could not give a 0 star. After reading some of the reviews I wonder why is Mary still working there, the reviews are awful and I totally relate to the experience other costumers hard, so we took our money to another dealership. Mary is rude and has 0 sense of costumer service, I wonder if it was because of our Latin accent? Mary listen to the signs, find another job.
They have a nice inventory. My only complaint is this; why not tell the person your speaking with over the phone you accept 'Cash Only', that way people would know what to expect. I wasted my time driving all the way over there only to be told that they do 'Cash Only' and they do not finance. What? But they're website has a finance calculator for you to use. I'm sorry, what?
John and Frank have both been extremely helpful to me and my father while purchasing a Subaru. Sometimes it takes a bit for them to respond, but I can tell it’s because they are very busy and diligent dealing with other customers! Excellent communication overall. Excellent service. Followed up with me very reasonably!! They were fair, flexible, and kind. Highly recommend.
I bought a car from here about a week ago and it has been absolutely fantastic! What really makes the review though is their service. It turns out that the headlights on the car didn't work properly, and they took the trouble to get them fixed the very same day. They even gave me a ride to my home and back while they were working on it. Excellent customer service.
My husband and I purchased a used car from Cars of Nashville and could not have asked for a better experience. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. They went above and beyond a few days after we purchased the car and helped us out with a dead battery (it is a V8 suv and needed a better jump than we had with us). THANK YOU GUYS!
I bought a 2011 F-150 on 7/2/19, and the following day noticed that it has a rattle when starting the engine cold. It didn't do this on the car lot the two times I viewed and started it, and this issue was not disclosed to me. This is indicative of needing the timing chain replaced, which is a $3,000+ fix. Very disappointed and won't go back in the future.
Awful, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Car wouldn't even start and sales person asked us what did we did to it? Stuff that should have been on the car was missing and sales person simply said I guess it just doesn't come with that? Car was filthy also. Sales person didn't seem interested in selling cars complete lack of professionalism
About 3 months ago I bought my F-150 super cab for a decent price from this auto dealer. He was really reasonable and honest about anything and everything I asked. He made me a deal I couldn't refuse and gave me awesome service! if you need a nice clean car go to this place. I highly recommend it one of the best used car lots in Nashville.
FYI - I can verify my purchase and I know this is the correct car dealer. 2012 Kia Forte. Honest review: Sold me a car with dead battery, cruddy aftermarket stereo, busted trunk handle, and bald tires. Overall a sketchy operation and unwilling to negotiate. They do not take cards. From the sound of the other reviews I got off lucky.
A couple of days after purchasing car, a couple of codes showed up. Another week later the A/C stopped working. After 18 days I received the title, which they did not fill out right, I live out of state. I tried to reach out to them but they was unhelpful. I had to drive there to get issues resolved. I do not recommend this car lot!
I went there he said yelling that he close $50,000 thousand in my pockets for the porch and the G35x you lost . stupid. Sincerely the person driving BMW. You were there, and you are the sales person gates were opend if you were more smart gate should be close since you said I should google I guess you fall for being stupid.
I purchased a vehicle from Cars of Nashville in January. The process went well. However, they failed to inform me that the car had been repossessed. This is something critical that I would have liked to know at the time of purchase that was NEVER told to me. Extremely disappointed in the character of this business.
Purchased a 2013 Leaf SV remotely, out-of-state, based on photos and a video call. Did not get to drive it until it was shipped to me. All discussions about the car’s condition checked out. The car is perfect, well cared for and with minimal wear and tear, including areas that were not discussed. Thank you, Bek!
Bought 2013 BMW X5. By the time I drove 50 miles home the tensioner pulley/pulley system is vibrating and sounds like something dragging under the car. Now 2 weeks later check engine light has came on before I even get it to mechanic for first problem. I don’t think it’s intentional but….it is frustrating.
DO NOT BUT FROM HERE!!!! Bought a 2010 Mercury Mariner from here, have had issue after issue with transmission ever since i got it from them, very strict on cash only, was rushed to buy car, would not work with us on the price, have put 3k into fixing this POS and it still has issues. WOULD NEVER BUY HERE
I went to Cars of Nashville recently. Let me tell you, the service was impeccable. The woman that I spoke to was named Mary. I highly recommend purchasing from her! High quality vehicles for very reasobable prices. WILL BE GOING BACK! You're making a mistake if you buy from somewhere else.
I went to lookingto buy a car at auto of nashville they ask me for ID and phonejust to give me a key so I can inspected the car conditions. I told don't be selling my information they just looked at me weird way. They don't seem to care or have customers service manner. …
Just purchased 2019 Cadillac Escalade and flew in from Mesa, AZ to grab it. Bek was super helpful and answered all my questions before we purchased tickets. He went over the top qith Great customer service, send me like 50 pictures even the underneath. We would highly recommend:)
I was very happy with my experience at this dealership, its not fancy dealership or fancy parking lot, but they have great selection of cars at an excellent price! Staff also very friendly and knowledgeable . I am extremely happy with my purchase(Toyota sienna). Thank you guys.
We had made an appointment to see a car a few days ago and when we called to say we were on the way we were told they had sold the car last night. Extremely unprofessional and it was ridiculous since they knew we were coming. Will never be coming back or recommending to anyone.
I went to this Dealership last week test drove car and I was told to fill out a application and that they would give me a call. They never called me so I gave them a call they told me again we'll call you and never did very unprofessional if you ask me.
Bought a 2012 Cadillac CTS Performance with just 61340 miles white diamond tricoat. Titanium interior black carpet and headliner. Man I can’t say enough about this car. It has done nothing but put a smile on my face. Thanks guys for everything.
I just recently purchased my car from here and I love it! Shout out to Mary for helping me get my new car! She definitely knows what she is doing! Prices are reasonable and helpful staff as well! Definitely would recommend Cars of Nashville.
Worst car ever, an engine light came on on the dashboard after 2 days of purchase, the catalytic converter had to be replaced ($2500), the car was absolutely not overhauled, they just erased the light with the beacon and sold the car as it
The dealer was very in plesent like she doesn't wanna sell her cars, frost time we go there she didn't even wanna come out and help us with what we need , then the second time she was not that interested in what she is doing.
Test drove a vehicle I seen on their site. The engine light came on in a matter of minutes and there were also issues with the radiator. The sales woman said she did not know it had problems lol but would get it looked at.
Bought a car from this place 6 days ago and now it's sitting in the shop. Called them and was told the manager would call me, he never did. I know used cars are bought as is but this piece of junk lasted less than a week.
Wonderful experience. They recommended a lot of cars that’s suitable to me and my economic situation. The Cadillac I bought was in excellent shape too after bringing it to an auto repair to check. Highly recommended

I bought a truck from here a couple of weeks ago. Today I got it back from the mechanic who said it's so badly corroded that nothing can be done to fix it. It is unsafe to drive. Total scam.
I met with a lady named Mary. Not only was she accommodating but she made me feel confident about purchasing my Toyota thanks to her vehicle knowledge and customer service. Thanks again!!!

MARY ALERT!!. If you are being helped by this young lady just run away. She is 0 for skills, 0 for helping and 0 for communication, 0 for even trying at her job.
Bek was great! We communicated over the phone through the entire process, and he set up transport to get the van to us. Very happy with our purchase! Thank you!
Made mistakes on their end of the deal. Have cash and check in hand for what they originally said price was, then they jacked it up $2000. Should be zero stars.
Mary was so patient , they have great affordable cars, very cleaned up I may add , and I was amazed by how attentive they were. Def will shop here again!
Had a great experience. Sales were pressuringnyou. The woman I worked with allowed me to browse and look without trying to sway me into another vehicle.
My experience buying the car from this place was just amazing! Frank was very helpful. I recommend this place, they have a variety of cars! Thank you!
