A bit late leaving this review but here I go. I never thought is use the words friendly, honest, down to earth and helpful to describe a car sales person or organisation. I’ve bought about about 5 cars in the last 20 years and most have been from dealers and I was so shocked by Cars4Us and how well they treated me. I wasn’t in so much disbelief of the process and service that I was asking the same questions over and over like a madman. They were so genuine about treating the customer well and seeing me drive away in a vehicle I’m happy with and not something they’re trying to get rid of like other dealers. All the staff, especially my appointed sales person, were courteous, knowledgable, genuine in getting me the best deal, kept me informed all the way and explained all the paperwork. I don’t even need to mention the largest range of vehicles I’ve seen. Their prices were not like other dealers. They were almost private prices but without the risk of buying a banger from a private seller. The stock were all very well maintained that my two vehicle inspectors were only able to find the usual wear and tear you’d expect to find on used vehicles. And the post purchase service was just as good. We found a few items needing attention and this was not an issue. The process was very quick. I notified them of the defects needing attention under the warranty terms and I was contacted the same day by their equally as professional team who manage their warranty claims. The whole process was ridiculously pleasant that I was expecting something to go wrong like other vehicle purchases I’ve made but 1.5 months on and it’s all been so good and stress free. I can only recommend to see these guys first if you’re in the market for a vehicle, excellent pricing and services. You’ll struggle to find a better range and service. PS Buy the extended warranty. Hopefully you’ll never need it but the little extra insurance for Years of peace of mind is worth it and these chaps were selling them almost half of what I paid for the same year warranty at Mercedes.

My wife Cherylyn contacted Phil some 3 to 4 weeks previously. Cherylyn sent a few photos of our X6 BMW to Phil, and he gave a verbal ball park amount for our car. I was struggling to accept the BMW being sold. We looked around at other makes and models that day. We were in the area and so we dropped into Cars4us. Cherylyn and I spoke with Phil and explained what we were looking for. Once Phil got the vehicle brought around and we both saw the Kluger Cherylyn and I were both happy. I was ready to depart with our BMW. When I saw how much the Kluger was I said it was way above our budget Phil ran through the figure's saying that the Black Friday sale will reduce the price. Phil then said now I need to show my manager your BMW and stretch an extra thousand on the trade in, which occurred. Phil did an excellent job walking us through everything. Then Kash took over and completed the financial side of things. Once again like Phil, Kash did an amazing job sourcing the particular parties for our finances. Buying my first car in Australia with Cars4us was just the right decision. Phil was my sales expert. It was really not about upselling me but just about finding the best car IN my budget. That made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately the room for negotiation was very small but my research showed that the prize was fair at the market. The delivery of the car was very quickly. Unfortunately I had a minor problem with a cabin air filter that could not have been showed up at the Rego. But also here the cars4us after sales team (namely Shane) found a good garage just around my corner. They fixed the problem hustle free. Cars4Us paid for it no questions asked. Just for this service it was worth it for me choosing cars4us. The next car I will buy with them. Note: I will update this post if anything happens with the car.

Bought my first car through Cars4us, I was hesitant on buying from a car yard as I was unsure on the quality and care. On arrival to the location in eagle farm, I was super impressed by the service and quality of the team. Not one of the cars looked neglected and the site was in a showroom standard. For the team at Cars4us. You delivered above what was required, making a smooth and stress free experience. Having different departments for your employees made it especially easy as I knew who I was talking to and what I could ask. With the amount of customers you had on the day i first visited, I was never left wondering who to speak to. Test driving the car was a pleasure, the car was In perfect condition and ample fuel was provided to test drive for roughly 2 hours. Thanks you Cars4us

Have to say that Tyler was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly patient and very helpful. Even though another car came up with a different dealer, Tyler did everything he could to make sure I was comparing 'apples to apples' and made sure I knew all the right questions to ask to do the right comparisons and best bang for buck. No fault of his or the companies that I chose a different vehicle to buy (just got same car with lower kms from a different dealerI. I do highly recommend him as a salesperson and the company as reputable, honest and ethical. Check them out!

The service from start to finish was first class. We rang and spoke with Michael to make an appointment to look at 2 cars when got there he had 3 cars to look at as they recieved another car which fitted the criteria we were looking for. We were so grateful he did because the car we didn't ask for was the one we purchased that day. There were no pushy sales tactics just great information and honest service. The whole deal was done in 2 days the pick up was fast and smooth the whole process was effortless definitely would recommend Cars 4 us to anyone.

Friendly customer service, the process of trade in and purchase was easy and pretty straightforward. Gave a pretty fair trade in amount. Huge range of cars in stock. A small constructive feedback would be to ensure the car you are handing over to the customer is thoroughly checked over before hand over to ensure a high standard your customers come to expect. Perhaps expanding mechanic/repairer locations or options for customer when making a claim under the standard 3 month warranty with Cars4us. But in general pretty happy with the experience.

The ease of buying a vehicle was fantastic the range of vehicles was fantastic the staff were fantastic the quality of vehicles was fantastic all of this made our experience reassuring and very comfortable. All members of the staff were very friendly and courteous. A big shout out goes to Ben who not only is a great bloke but is genuinely interested in the people who come through the door. Called and asked about a car, unfortunately sold but was offered a few alternatives by Brady.. he was helpful and had a car ready for a test drive when I arrived at the warehouse.. the team were great and the car was super. My daughter loved the new car feel. I didn’t feel any heavy sales pressure.. the car was ready pick up day and the team sorted us promptly.. had a few paperwork glitches but karan helped fixed them swiftly. Great experience great choice .. happy customer.

Sold my car to them at a fantastic price super quick and easy. They came to my place to perform an inspection and bought the car off me within 10 mins after the inspection. They paid me in advanced and money was in my account with 24hrs. They came to pick up the car within a week and they will handle all the paperwork to transfer ownership for a $99 fee. I barely had to lift a finger. An amazing experience.

We had a great experience with Michael, we where hesitant about dealing with sales people but Michael was quite the opposite. He showed us and talked us through all we needed to know, answered all our basic and not so basic questions, left us alone to ponder our thoughts in private.
