And I'm thinking, "Alrighty then, let's dive into this automotive comedy!" So, I meet Russell – the car guru extraordinaire. This guy is so professional, he practically speaks car as his second language. He sold me a car I was practically married to already, but you know what? He still busts out the ol' sales playbook, just for kicks. I mean, come on, Russell, we could've skipped that dance number, but hey, if it tickled his fancy, who am I to deny a fellow entertainer? I swear, I had them rolling in the aisles with my stand-up routine. Laughter was bouncing off those shiny cars like rubber balls in a pinball machine. Russell, the team, we were all having a blast, and I'm pretty sure I saw one of the salespeople snort-laugh. Mission accomplished, right? Oh, and let's not forget the grand spectacle of upselling – they hit me with everything from paint protection (because who doesn't want a car that looks fresh outta the salon?), to towbars (because you never know when you'll need to tow your jet ski to the mall), and tinted windows (because, clearly, I'm auditioning for a spy movie). But here's the kicker: I had to draw the line at dent protection. I mean, c'mon, after a previous car disaster with that package, I'm not falling for that again. Sorry, Motorama, you're not getting me this time! And there you have it, folks – my sidesplitting adventure at Motorama, where laughter, sales tactics, and the quest for the perfect car collided in a comedic masterpiece!

I would rate this a 10 or more if I had the chance. But overall a great experience with the team and very pleased with the quality of service this company provides. To Kyle particularly, I truly and sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. He made sure that everything went smoothly with the car (rego, mats etc). The team immediately contacted me to see how things were going and whether there were any issues or any further queries. Very warm and welcoming, was able to joke around with. I’ve just purchased a pre owned car through Kyle & could not be happier. From the moment I walked in the yard knowing exactly what I was looking for Kyle approached me & from that moment he was calm, friendly & polite. Kyle wasn’t pushy in anyway & very informative. His communication & follow up between the time of signing the contract & picking up the car was perfect. I also dealt with Brendan in finance & again that was an amazing experience where everything was throughly explained & again the communication once the contract was signed was smooth & easy with a quick turn around. I enjoyed working with Kyle while finding my new car, he was super energetic, helpful and down to earth and the whole team was kind while we were there. Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication after we left and paid our deposit. It took a week for anyone to get back in contact despite our finance settling and 2-3 phone calls requesting an update. While I understand the industry is busy we would have appreciated being kept in the loop. Overall the experience off site was lacking however while there we enjoyed the customer service.
