I had a terrifc experience with Mr. Ronald. He removed an old garbage disposal, put in a new drain, then installed a new disposal on the other side of the double sink as i desired. He was professional, courteous, clean, timely, knowledgeable, and just terrifc company. As a 4th generation plumber, he was a wealth of knowledge and offered to save me time and money by doing the pre-work for a new dishwasher I plan to install in a few weeks. Im glad to know my plumbing is now up to code. He plans to retire in a few years and he deserves it but it makes me sad because they just don't make them like Mr. Ronald anymore.

Russell was polite & informative in explaining what he would be doing in replacing our leaking water heater with a new one. The response time was fast & much appreciated. He & his assistant took excellent care in protecting our carpeting & surrounding areas when taking the old water heater out & bringing the new one inside. The new installation looks awesome & they picked up the surrounding work area very nicely. I would highly recommend them both for any future plumbing needs.

We were having a back up from the showers and toilet, we had water all over, I contacted and they said it could be 2 hours or sooner if possible. We received the call that the tech would be here within 20 minutes and he was on time and cleared up the backup in a timely manner. He was professional and explained he was going to do and then when finished he explained what was done and how to avoid further backups.

From begin to completion of installation, the whole crew was professional, and knowledgeable. I didn’t realize how awful my old unit was since I just purchased my building until I had to keep replacing fuses each time I changed from heat to cool. Where my toilet was installed cause water leak. Guillermo was responsive and useful to double check my water leak even underneath of toilet. I must give you guys feedback on Edwin’s service. Edwin was simply superb. Diagnosed the dilemma and accurately. Then he restored the trouble and cleanly. From beginning to end, this was a superb experience. quick response time, tech (Dustin) was right on time. Dustin is an outstanding technician. He replaced my water heater and whole house pressure reducing valve in less than three hours. All work done looks impeccable… and works too! Would recommend.
