Worst ever experience. I would like tell the manager Vincent to understand customer experience is of utmost importance in today’s world. I bought a fountain (with waterfall) worth $300. Issue, it leaked the same day and had to go back to the store next day to replace. The replaced fountain leaked and damaged our table. I took photos of the leaking fountain and the damaged table and went back to the store. Spoke to one of the staff, who called the manager, Vincent. Vincent asked his staff to keep the fountain for testing. Vincent called me next day and said he would test it himself for any leakage and call me back. Issues: 1. Vincent didn’t call me for 3 weeks. I was very disappointed and went back to the store to have a word. 2. Olivia from the store told me she isn’t aware of the next steps and would talk to Vincent. The same day she messaged me and I called her back and asked for the refund as the store was okay to give $300 credits. But there isn’t anything else that I would buy for $300. I told so to Olivia and she said she can process a refund but would need a code from Vincent to do so and would need few days to do so. 3. Vincent called after 2 days and told me that he won’t give refund. I told him what his employee Olivia told me about refund. His reaction, “I don’t know what she told you, it is not my problem”. 4. I was so disappointed that I said keep the fountain and $300 as well, but I will definitely give my feedback. To which he responded, that I am threatening him (Vincent) and he will take legal action against me if I did so. What a disgraceful attitude 5. The conversation went on between us and I told him, okay I will take the fountain back but if it leaks, then he has to pay for the fountain and the damaged table to me. On listening to this, he fizzled out and didn’t agree. Then I said , okay give me your manager’s contact details and I will escalate the issue. He said he will provide me his Boss’ contact details and till date I am waiting for it(has been a week now). His staff is good but helpless when it comes to refund. I am so done with this guy and his store that I left the fountain and $300 with Mr Vincent. I went to his store four times, wasted my time, money and energy.

A man came to us and told us the shop was closing, so we quickly walked to the exit, the staff (or the boss of the shop I don't know) kept following us and staring us on the way we went to the exit, we felt very uncomfortable and asked him if he wanted to check our bags. He said no, no photo here! We thought it was so rude and we didn't see any signage that saying we cannot take photo in the shop. The worst thing was the attitude of the staff, he kept staring us and made us feel very uncomfortable and felt like we have stolen something. It was totally fine if you told us politely that the shop wasn't allow to take photo, we were pleased to delete any photo we had taken, but not like this, staring us the whole time when we were leaving and giving us bad looks! It is the rudest and the most unfriendly shop I have ever been! I will never go back to the shop again because of this male staff!!

Customer service is horrible and poor. The man I met today at the store was rude and abrupt. The store advertised 50% off for all items in store and when I wanted to check whether or not clearance item also had a 50% off, I copped an absolute abuse from him. I used to buy a number of items from this store previously. However after today’s experience, I am inclined to never return to that store.

Love this store! Purchased many items from the store and never any issues! Their customer service is second to none! Especially the Irish girl Olivia, what a gorgeous helpful young lady. Will certainly return for more home decor as they have some stunning hamptons style ornaments.

Such an amazing store, friendly staff, great range and variety also. Literally anything you need for your home is there! Fairly priced in my opinion also. Will definitely come again, loved my shopping experience at casa living, thankyou.

I just bought a new house and thought to just pop into Casa Living and oh my gosh…best decision ever. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Great sales going on at the moment and a great variety of products. Highly recommend!!

A worse shop ever, Dont buy Packed products as it its faulty they will not replace or give refund. and will also behave rude. Be Aware................... quality of products is very cheap

I bought a Christmas tree and decorations from here and it was such great value, they had helpful staff that assisted me in how to decorate my tree and it turned out amazing.

Very misleading marketplace ads and they sell Christmas trees the size of your hand for $120. Absolute robbery this store, do not recommend.
