"Clean friendly inside"
"This place is excellent, best Yucatan food I've had in el norte (and better than some places in the actual Yucatan)"
"ATTENTION VEGETARIANS! This is the best-open faced taco value and taste! It’s a Panucho Vegetariano and only costs $2"
"Don't do it"
"This is my favorite Mexican food place in the neighborhood"
Clean friendly inside. Rough hood for real outside. Busy with big portions everybody was getting. Salbute and panucho had no crispness but tasty. Red salsa was tomato sauce paste, no flavor. The green salsa in squeeze bottle, fiery vinegar bite. Big burrito was very meaty and good. Conchita Pibil was flavorful. Soups were good.

This place is excellent, best Yucatan food I've had in el norte (and better than some places in the actual Yucatan). The poc chuc and cochinita pibil panuchos in particular were excellent. Also really liked the mole, held up as leftovers very well. Bit of a shady part of town going through an extra rough period so a good time to eat delicious food and show some support!
ATTENTION VEGETARIANS! This is the best-open faced taco value and taste! It’s a Panucho Vegetariano and only costs $2.50. The bottom “shell” is filled with black beans. Toppings include lettuce, cheese and tomato but also avocado and pickled onions. Drizzle it in lime! My only concern was difficulty in knowing how to eat it!
Don't do it. Mother in law almost ate a hair that was on her food. No one in the kitchen wears hairnets No accountability for their mistakes, they just walk away without saying anything.

This is my favorite Mexican food place in the neighborhood. The menu is a little confusing, there are a couple of dishes that repeat and it's hard to tell the difference...at least on paper. But typically I've found you get meat, a slaw, bean puree, white rice, and fresh tortillas. It's $10 and big enough to split.
Great resturaunt where food is cooked only once you order. Meals come out hot and they both smell and taste amazing.

The young man who serves is very rude and never puts utensils to the orders as if he is not paid for his work. The food is good. I like it, but the service is that the people who work in the place are very distracted or listening to loud music or simply talking, not good.
The food here reminded me the wonderful food my best friend Ceaser's Mother would be making when I came over. The Woman behind the counter helped me find something I would appreciate and she was correct. 3 delicious dishes that sastisified all my taste buds.
There have been two occasions that I go to that place to eat. And we found hair in the food or in the salad, we reported it, they didn't apologize or apologize, they washed their hands. Saying that they don't prepare the salads anymore or
Nilokiera God, I have like 4 kisses from going to eat there and I eat 13 tortillas with soup. Wow, it's tasty and the strange thing is that I don't have enough time and at home there are only 3 and nothing else, there are 13
I'm from Mexico and I'd never heard of some of dishes. They were delicious!! The tortillas are made by hand and once again the texture and flavor of them were AMAZING. We brought a pack home to eat later.
The service is very slow. They bring you drinks last. The people who work there are very distracted, they don't even bring you the cutlery on time, the food gets cold and the tortillas don't arrive. More
I love going to the Empire Cafe. Everything is fresh and healthy, They give you little cookies with your coffee like they do in San Francisco. Very cool. Nice atmosphere and nice patio too.
Delicious food. Not worth the price, but it's good. Try it out, then if you can, make it yourself. It's good. I'll keep going back.

Authentic Yucatan Delicious and affordable. Bare bones eatery, but clean and friendly. It'll help if you speak Spanish. ;)...But don't be discouraged if you don't.
Great food, and real mexican taste and service all is awesome, excep the place needs a nice paint or clean out walls or anything. great food
To delight in its wide Yucatecan variety, excellent service, good attention, recommended for all audiences. More
