Posting on behalf of parents, they would give 0 stars if they could brought a Mazda cx-9 from here, they don't do lot of high speed driving but when they did the back of the car would shutter they were great at first but taking car back twice cause problem wasn't fixed and when my parents got 2nd opinion of what's wrong with it 2 mechanics said it was the transmission that's when they no longer wanted to help before the mention of transmission the dealer was willing swap cars or give money back but now they've wiped their hands of it... They didn't fix the problem but don't want to deal with it even though it's had this problem when purchased... Stay clear now my parents don't have a working car now.. these people took 13k now don't reliable car to get to and from their specialist appointments n their warranty's are rubbish ...
