"Like pretty much every public library, it's a pretty great service"
"No functioning toilets"
"I have been to Caulfield with my kinder classrooms and the service is amazing"
"Pretty good library, however, there was a gnome that kept on running around between the bookshelves and peeking out between the books :/ Maybe invest in some flowerpots so the gnomes can curl up and go to sleep so they stop peeing in between the pages of the books"
"This is quite a nice library, it's very open planned and you are able to scan your items out with no hassle or help needed of you choose"
Like pretty much every public library, it's a pretty great service. The staff here (and at all Glen Eira Council Libraries for that matter) are very friendly and more than happy to help. They've got a good range of spaces and books here and their e-book range is pretty good too. I know it's a free membership service but it's also good value for money. :) As a side note, I know they hate asking to see your check-in certificate (as it's another disruption the pandemic has placed on all our lives) but they take it seriously.
No functioning toilets. Staff members don’t know how to talk to customers. I was looking for a toilet and only found it was out of order. Then I asked a staff member there and she asked me to use the FEMALE toilet( I’m a male)! But the female toilet was not working either! Then I had to ask them again. They told me me to use the ones in the council building with an impolite tone. Should’ve indicated where to find a toilet with a clear sign. Very disappointing experience. First time coming to such a ridiculous library.
I have been to Caulfield with my kinder classrooms and the service is amazing. We have been lucky to meet Jenny who is very helpful. She helps us find resources we need for our classroom. Read selected stories to the children and communicates about her work with them. What a wonderful place!

This is quite a nice library, it's very open planned and you are able to scan your items out with no hassle or help needed of you choose. There is also disabled car parks and access through the left side via car park door.
Well stocked library with a great range of resources. Staff are helpful and friendly and the library is spacious and well set out. Plenty of parking onsite and close to some cafes and restaurants.
Good location and infrastructure but the wi fi is terrible and some days the system just doesn’t work and no one has access to internet. Could definitely have some improvements.
They have computers and if you are a student you can use them for as long as you need.
Although I found my book, there is very limited resources available in this library.
Amazing staff and a wide selection of books DVDs and video games
