Went here today to sell some items… was greeted by an extremely patronising and rude staff member who had zero customer service skills and clearly didn’t want to be in the job. In fact she was that rude to me, I took my items away and sold them elsewhere. Won’t be visiting this branch again…

As someone who still likes physical media like DVDs and Blu Ray, I always pop into Cex to see what they have. They are one of the few places you can still get newish releases. Sometimes they have films that are still out in the cinema. Well worth checking out.

Can always get a bargain here if you look hard enough. I enjoy David Attenborough planet/earth programmes & I found just that, an excellent condition 5 disc 15 episode Planet Earth Complete series for £1.50....bargain....sold to me.

Good place to get cheap & good games, I've bought & sold here before and the service is spot on. I would personally buy/sell here again. heck I'm even thinking of going here again today to purchase another game!

Takes to long do a deal with a simple thing , which will not take longer than 10-15 minutes,but because they were bored and with no joy for work ,it is frustrating.I will try no to come back over there !

Often pop in to exchange old tech. Staff are always helpful and polite. Good selection of games, DVDs and tech. I usually exchange or get vouchers rather than cash as you get better value with exchanges.

Not much to say. It's a nice little store which uses its limited space well. Nearly everything at Cex is sold with a 2 year warranty which is better than many things give you when they're new!

Store layout is well spaced out and organised well, easy to find what you are looking for, staff are very friendly and provide good customer service.
