Appearances for me are very important, this shop is a dump. From the window display outside you can see the full length behind the counter that you don't see inside. Pretty appalling, stuff strewn all over the floor cables phones etc. For me this is a complete red flag , wouldn't buy anything in the place .

I have never used Cex before, but after a deep clean of the house I had some items I knew they would buy off me. Lads in the shop were very helpful and friendly. Even decided to go for a voucher instead of cash because I'd rather spend my money at shop that values customer service, like this place.

Bought a game which took 30 mins for billing. Extremely unruly staff attitude. Bought a resident evil for PS5 but the lady gave PS4 . I politely asked her that she put a PS4 instead of PS5 disc to which she replied 'I know how to do my job' . Never going back to this store.
