Avoid if you can, especially if you are running an HOA board and don't have time to babysit contractor under contractor doing "work" on a large neighborhood. You will experience someone who is handed a powersprayer and maybe knows how to turn it on or off, but no real training of what is too much or too little when approaching the surface for actual "cleaning". Experienced a front door area with barely a mist and I was out there hand wiping it so that when they come back to paint there is actually a clean surface. Then two hours after their lunch break they came to do the back and I had water gushing in around the top and bottom of my door (yes I have weather stripping around the edges and this is never an issue during storms). It even came in far enough from the top that it hit me and my computers while trying to work from home. I mean of course I am going to have a setup close to the window to enjoy that but definitely wasn't expecting to get sprayed by power washing way too close (see the video). Avoid avoid, avoid this company unless you have a real service plan and their promise to actually do work anyone could be proud of. Luckily I’m in the middle of redoing my flooring inside so I had a concrete base at the moment so the cleanup was thankfully not as bad as it could have been

CertaPro was extremely professional the entire process. They were out in a timely manner to look at the jobs for my home, and they completed each project in a single day. We had exterior painting done; our house is almost 100 years old and we thought it would be difficult to match the paint on our old Tudor. They matched it nearly perfectly, and it looks wonderful! Because we live in a historic district, we can't replace some of our windows, but one desperately needed repair. The window wouldn't close all the way, and the team went above and beyond to seal and caulk it, then painting over so it looks like it was never damaged. We had our sunroom painted as well, and it looks completely transformed. We also had our home and back patio power washed with a cleaner (before and after photos attached). We had just moved in, and the back patio looks like it is brand new. Day-of crew was as professional as the office team. I would definitely use them again.

This is the third time we've used CertaPro for our home project. We have an 80+ year old house, and every time they paint they are thoughtful about our plaster walls and what color/type of paint will compliment best. After we had plaster repair done, they came in and painted our entry way/upstairs hallway and stairwell, as well as our dining room. (Before pictures white walls, light blue/dark blue pictures final photos.) Crew was once again timely, efficient, and very professional. In our dining room we chose a super rich color, and upon applying they realized we needed a dark primer to start. They still completed the job on-time and this caused no delays. I was also 8.5 months pregnant, and they were mindful of completing the big project before the big day arrived! We've worked with Zack Langbeen every time, and he's been great. Easy to communicate with and get ahold of. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience with CertaPro. We originally were just going to have our "permanent" coating touched up where it was blistering and peeling off. When Brady came out and explained their services, we decided to do a refresh and get our deck and other wood stained. They power washed everything, completed repairs, and painted for a reasonable price. Everyone was very professional, on time, polite, considerate of us and our property, and did a great job. We will definitely use them again. I just wish we had called them before we power washed our seemingly endless miles of vinyl fence ourselves. CertaPro will be doing that from now on!

CertaPro painted the ceilings in my living room, kitchen, dining area and 2 hallways and did a great job. They used primer and 2 coats of paint, so they should look great for a long time, and got it all done in 1 day. The planning and oversight was very professional, I especially appreciated the supervisor being on site at the beginning of the job and coming to inspect the work once they were done. They also did an excellent job of protecting my furniture and floors. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

Crew arrived on time, was very freindly and professional. They did a great job masking up the areas that were not to be painted and if there was any over spray, removed it. They took extra care of areas that needed more attention specifically the concrete block on the garage. We didn't change the color of the house, we stayed with original color. The purpose was to do a refresh as the vinyl siding had prematurely faded in full sections over the years. Looks great now!

We had all of our interior walls painted. It did not inconvenient us at all. They were quick, did a great job, communicated well, and double checked their work. A few paint colors were wrong and they caught that before they even opened the can. I loved the crew that came out and handled everything.
