Mediocre experience.. was optimistic when Ron came out and inspected the house. But I would not use this company again. Had a lot of cedar siding replaced and the workers had the capacity to do a great job but we had to point out flaws along the way in their work for them to do a professional job. One row of siding they put up was crooked and they fixed it once it was pointed out. We were to have a service door replaced that should've had a deadbolt but they bought and installed one without it and had to come back to fix that. And they totally missed 8 pieces of siding that needed to be replaced--the painting crew caught it the night before they were scheduled to paint (when they came to power wash), and the whole project would have been delayed had we not gotten the materials that night and replaced the siding ourselves. Ron did not respond to our outreach when we brought this to his attention. The paint job was fine. But their clean up was terrible. They washed out their paint containers into my garden beds. I was shocked that such carelessness took place by a group of professionals. Ron never came back to inspect the work and their was no inquiry about how his crew performed. We are glad to have the work finished and the final product is pleasing, but we will look elsewhere the next time we need this type of work done.

Courteous, professional and meticulous workers. When we had the work quoted, we knew we would need to have some window sills repaired and replaced. Well, when the carpenter team came out they showed us, how bad our sills were and explained they would need to do more work than previously thought. It did change our raise the price, but they were right. The carpenter team did amazing work and I believe saved us from having to buy a couple of new windows. Once they were done, the paint crew showed up. Our house had not been properly maintained prior to our buying it, and the team had their work cut out - so much scraping, power washing and more scraping. The house looked really bad. But then, they started to paint and gave it new, beautiful life. The house looks new and modern. We are very happy with the Guy painting team and the finished product!

I highly recommend Guy Painting! We had over 5,000 square feet of the interior of our home painted by them and they did an excellent job! The quality of their work is premium, top notch! I would not use anyone else. They were here for a little over a week and I felt completely comfortable with them here. They’re even helpful when it comes to picking out colors! Gerardo, the lead painter, is very good to communicate updates and progress, is very professional and does GREAT work. Dave, Mike, and Mike were great about checking in daily, to do quality control, address any questions we had, and put furniture back in place! And lastly, Ron, the owner, is very conscientious about the work being done, he’s great to work with (and patient) and makes sure that the customers expectations are being met!

My particular paint job was not your ordinary request. We recently moved into our new home and the main level trim, window frames, doors and stairwell were all painted white. However, the upstairs and basement levels were not. Those levels had the original dark and dated wood. Jose and his crew did a phenomenal job prepping, sanding and painting the remainder of the window frames, baseboards and doors. Wow, that was a lot of work! They were always on time, very professional and respectful of my home. I could not have asked for a better crew. My home looks amazing thanks to all of their hard work! Oh yes, even Brandon the gentleman who originally gave us a quote was very friendly, and knowledgeable. What a great experience from beginning to end, seriously! Thank you!

Had some work done on the exterior of my house that left me needing to get it painted. I had previously had the house painted by a different company about 9 years ago (cedar siding). The difference in the job done by the previous company and Guy Painting was very much in the details. The crews spent the time prepping the house, I was amazed at how much better the house looked once they were done. The communication was great and everyone I talked to was professional. Once the work was done, they walked around the house to ensure I was completely satisfied with the job and to show me a couple of spots that might need repair in the future (which was appreciated). I'll use them again for painting needs going forward.

Overall our experience with Guy Painting was a very good one. We had some small communication/scheduling issues early in the process but after contacting the project manager Mike, everything went much smoother and faster. They made sure on a daily basis that we knew what was happening that day and when it would start. They even did a few small little extras, as well as presented us with a gift card at the end of the process to make up for the inconveniences at the beginning. They were very curtious and professional throughout the entire process and we will certainly call them for future painting jobs as well as highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Our experience with Guy Painting has been overwhelmingly positive. Our project was exterior painting with a big color change and repair of some windows, rotted boards, etc. The process from quoting to scheduling to final walk through was nearly seamless. We were always able to get a quick response from the team if work days shifted due to weather. The quality of the work was top notch- was blown away by the carpentry work followed by the detailed prep and paint. We quoted our job to four other companies and when we met Ron, we knew we had found the right company! All of the staff we worked with were professional. This is the 2nd time we have had Guy Painting out to do a big project for us. Last year (Aug 2019) they painted our whole home interior. We were so pleased to have them back again. They just professionally painted our kitchen cabinets, 2 bathrooms, and nursery! All the painting looks flawless. They do a great job fixing all drywall before painting. Guy Painting did a great job on the exterior of our home. The carpenters carefully checked all woodwork and windows to find rotting wood, reviewed it all with us, and used a set price list to cost it all out. The painters did a great job, did not damage any of the vegetation around the house, and kept things neat. The day after they had finished, I noticed that some paint had gotten on the brick in a small area. They immediately returned and not only addressed that area, but looked over the entire house again to make sure they didn't miss anything. All employees were beyond polite and courteous. A really good experience all the way around.

This company does better than quality work. They painted the exterior of our 2-story house, and the difference is telling. The only thing that caused me any concern—and I realize how busy they are right now, so we weren’t their only customer—is that communication sometimes wasn’t what I would have liked. E.g., we often got very little or sometimes no advance notice when a crew was beginning their part of the project. But as far as the quality of the work, both carpentry (lots of replaced pieces of siding and lots of caulking) and painting, I can’t say enough about how good a job they did. Their crews are also very personable and friendly.

We are very pleased. They finished our project yesterday. The crew was hard working, professional and took advantage of good weather days to keep the project moving. The prep work was very important to me. They pressured washed, hand scraped, and did a great job caulking. The new paint looks great. We got quotes from two companies for painting bedrooms in our new home - we are so thankful we went with Guy Painting. They were great communicators, professional, thorough, and overall amazing painters. The entire team walked us through every aspect of the project. They were up front about additional costs for additional coats on a wall that was a very dark color. We've used Guy Painting twice in the last 3 years and have been so pleased with every experience. We had our whole house painted two years ago and they did a fantastic job. They helped us choose a color combination we love. Their wood repair, prep and painting was all well done. Guy Painting just completed a second project replacing some rotten trim boards at our home. They went above and beyond to check the whole exterior and replace all questionable wood. We will use them again and would highly recommend their painting services.

Our initial estimate for exterior painting and window trim repair came in at about $7000. When we were done the final bill was over $14000. Our front yard had to be re seeded due to the crew setup killing the grass. A window had the wood trim replaced but immediately began to fog. They sent someone out to check the damage but would not repair the problem saying the only way a window will fog is for the glass to crack which they did not see. We have used them before with no issues but this time was somehow different.

This company is amazing. They take pride in a job well done. Can you imagine having a company where you have to logistically manage your staff, your customer, and the weather during seasonal surges of demand! Well this company manages that. I'm a single woman and never once felt disrespected, in fact they were amazingly patient with me. We contacted Guy Painting for a quote in May. We spoke with their color consultant who helped us pick the perfect colors for our home. We were very fortunate that good, dry weather allowed us to get our project completed much sooner than expected. Painters were professional and cleaned up their mess. Slight language barrier but they were very responsive. We are in love with the work they did. Our home went from drab, out-dated and faded to fab, fresh and new! Even our neighbors love the new look!

This is the second time we have used Guy Painting. They painted our entire exterior about 5 years ago and did a fabulous job. Recently, we had them out for a few touchups and they noticed during the inspection that we had some rotten wood that needed to be replaced, including an entire porch windowsill that was in poor condition. The communication was great all the way through, and the painting was top notch. The bidding process was clear and friendly. I think the price is competitive. The house had some minor repair needs, and the carpenters made quick work of it a few days before the painters arrived. I also had the wood fence washed and stained. The house and fence look brand new, and beautiful! The attention to detail was great, and site cleanup was really good. I’m thrilled with the quality of the finished appearance. My 1980s house looks like it belongs in 2021!

Most of my home has T1-11 siding, some of which was in pretty bad shape. I'd had a company out to replace some of the higher parts last year and they did an awful job. Wish I'd know that Guy Painting not only did a great paint job, but they also scraped, repaired/replaced siding that needed it. They were very nice, had a person who helped with the colors and all went well. Nice change from the many poor contractors I've had work on my home in the past.

Great company with great results and very honest or pricing of what DOES and DOES NOT truly need to be done! Had somewhat of an emergency repair that needed to be done to stop a leaking chimney and they put a crew on site within days in the middle of Feb. Inspection was thorough, repairs look great and cost was reasonable!
