Initially the representative, Raleigh, was very responsive and came to my home very timely to give me a quote. I explained what I was trying to accomplish and wanted to schedule painting to occur the week after my tile was laid because a lot of furniture would be out of the way. After we agreed on everything and sent an email confirming, as instructed, I heard nothing. I followed up with emails and texts because the tile was being laid but no response from Raleigh. I then called the 800 number and they weren’t much help either. However, miraculously when they talked to him, I was on his list to call. When he called the next day he gave an excuse of not seeing my text (but I called him and sent emails so I guess he didn’t see those either). He did not have the paint job scheduled . Imagine my irritation; especially when he said it would be the first week of June or mid June. It was mid May. He said he would check to see if there was anything he could do to get an earlier date; I still haven’t heard from and I’ve tried reaching him again a couple of times. This was definitely the worst customer service experience I have had. He dropped the ball and is unresponsive. Just horrible all the way around.

The entire staff at CertaPro is Outstanding! They quickly got me hooked up with Ken in Jacksonville who came to my house early and got me set up with a very fair quote. Through scheduling they got me started on the next day. Willie my painter really did an awesome job. He told me that when he does a job he treats it like his own home and the results prove it. The first day was cleaning and pressure washing which made it squeaky clean and ready for paint. The next day was prepping and caulking all the joints. He even took down the flag pole bracket the camera mounts and the rain gutters before painting. Everything was restored back to its original state. The 3rd day was painting. The sherwin williams superpaint is awesome. My painter has to come back a 4th day to paint the front door because we was out of town but he did a great job on that too. The paint was flawless. Traci in the office really keeps things moving from beginning to end it was a very smooth process and their very organized. 2 yr warranty comes with the job too. Glad I went with them. Very satisfied customer.

This is a great company to use. When I initially called for an estimate to paint the exterior of my house, Brad came out quickly and provided me an estimate within 10-15 minutes (the other 4 or 5 companies I received estimates from took at least a day or longer). The estimate was the most reasonable of all the ones I received. I wasn't sure whether my HOA used color palettes so once I found out they didn't, Brad came out a second time to help me choose colors to use. After I received approval from my HOA, I called them to schedule a day to have my house pressure washed and painted. Lamar came out on the agreed upon time and days to pressure wash and paint my house. He was timely and repaired all the cracks in my stucco and painted the house perfectly. Lamar offered me his number to call if I found anything that needed to be fixed or touched up. I also received a call from Tracy (who I initially set up the appointments with) to make sure I was happy with the job. She let me know that I could call back if anything needed to be fixed.

I had a good connection with Raleigh right from the start at the estimate, he was very understanding that we were taking extra time to get a few more quotes and took the time to explain the estimate and to make sure to note what we wanted. We chose CertaPro because they did not scoff at our two-tone exterior paint request and the price was well within reason. When the paint crew got started we were very pleased and surprised to see that they took the extra time and effort to pressure wash, patch, and even prime some areas. Priming was not part of the estimate and they really went above and beyond. The original ETA was 3-4 days, but the crew was able to finish the job beautifully and just under 3 full days. Payment was processed after we were satisfied with the work and when Raleigh returned for a final walk around. All-in-all very impressed with the service, the exterior is exactly what we wanted and completed faster than expected. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

What a joke. I called for a estimate for exterior painting and some interior painting. It took this guy 1 hour to work up the exterior estimate (which wasn't extensive painting) and a 1/2 hour to work up the interior which was for a foyer and living room and closets. After spending all that time at my house, I still didn't have an estimate. He said he would email me an estimate within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours and nothing. I don't even want to use this company now. I have never in my life had someone spend that much time working up an estimate to not get one. On top of that, he would ask stupid questions like....Do you want your front door painted? Well, yes I do, that is part of the house. Do you want your garage door painted? Do you want the overhang of garage entry painted? Do you want the posts painted? Inside the house... Do you want your foyer door painted? Etc etc etc. All of his questions, I responded with that same reponce. What a joke this guy was

OMG, I can't say enough about my experience. I reached out to them regarding painting the exterior of my house, including my shutters and front door. The hardest part was me choosing my color scheme. Everyone from Raleigh, to Tracy, and the painters were awesome. Whenever I reached out to anyone they responded and answered any concerns promptly. They delivered on their word in every aspect. The painters were always on time and finished ahead of schedule, I couldn't be more happy. When they left everything was put back in its place, it was if they were never there, loved that. The price was better than 2 competitors, the work is warrantied, and the service was first class you can not go wrong with this company. They have my future business and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

My husband and I were looking to give our house a complete exterior update and used CertaPro for our half siding/half brick facade. Brad came out to do the assessment and couldn't have been nicer! He was very thorough and pointed out some issues he saw off the bat with some of the mortar. They were able to start sooner than we initially thought, and finished the work in just over a week. Chris did the majority of the job and, also, couldn't have been nicer! He texted us each day to let us know when he'd be coming out, and was very proactive in discussing those mortar issues. Very professional, fast work, and thanks to the crew chief, Willy, for good communication while the job was in progress. Also, thanks to Raleigh who got the job set up and was so much help when it came to deciding on the new paint colors. I needed several repairs to the exterior - cracked stucco - and after they finished, you can't tell there was ever a crack. But where they really showed their expertise was the upstairs bedroom. The previous inhabitant was a smoker who also caused a small fire, so the room had horrible smoke damage and nicotine stains. They cleaned the room and after painting, well, now it's beautiful! Scheduled appointment for 5pm. I work an hour away and took off work an hour earlier for the bid. I cancelled 3 other scheduled bids because the receptionist said Steve said they could start the job next week. I get a call at 3:30 saying they are there and at 4pm saying I wasn’t home for my appointment. I specifically told the lady on the phone I worked an hour away and could not take off work until 4pm. She told me the window time was 4-5:15 and she would note to arrive at 5pm. Now I’m out an hour of work and have to reschedule the cancelled bids. Thanks CertaPro for the awesome professionalism. We had CertaPro clean, repair, and paint the exterior of our 2200 square foot ranch stucco home. They showed up early in the morning, and what I thought was potentially a 2-3 day job depending on the weather was completed in one day. They pressure washed the house, soffits, and back patio. They repaired any stucco cracks and chips and then pulled the grass, dirt, and mulch around the house back so they could paint all the way down the wall to the ground. they painted two coats on the body, trim, and garage door. A two man crew with a very professional foreman complete this job efficiently.
