*Warning for parents* Very honest and detailed review. Hoping the clinic will change their ways after this. I took my newborn here as a new patient, and switch myself and spouse over as well so we could all be with the same family doctor that was closer to home. The receptionists and Dr Oni are kind, but he is very timid and not very personable. My baby's first appointment should have made me speak up right away... But as a new mom you aren't 100% sure what to expect. At the appointment (2 month vaccine appt) Dr Oni did not do a basic physical check on my newborn - heart, abdomen, no measurements; length/head circumference, did not inform me what percentile he is in and did not even ask how the baby was doing (eating, sleeping, development etc). All he did was weigh baby, give the vaccines, and send us on our way. Booked 4 month vaccines and same thing happened. Friends and family warned me that this is not standard and I should switch to my old doctor asap. So I did. I called Dr Oni's office to inform them of my experience and asked that they be more thorough with their patients. Especially with children. The receptionist apologized and said she is the one who usually does the measurements. This also is not standard. To my knowledge, the front desk employees are not nurses, therefore are not qualified to do these sort of check ups. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of basic care provided by this clinic. Please do better for your patients.

Well, I say this with a lot of confidence in Dr. Oni's diagnosis and the calm and patient demeanour with which he comes across his patients. He dedicates ample time to his patients and provides personal care to his patients. He never hurries in the process. His diagnosis is very good. Also, other services of the clinic are top notch as well. They are always very accommodating with patients. Regards Amrinder

Called in to book an appointment with the receptionist Sam. She said I can't book for next week because she isn't sure she would be there. I called in a few hours later to ask if I could book and she said yes. When I asked her why she couldn't do it before she said she can't do it again. Very poorly managed clinic. Do not recommend. I will be changing doctors because of the reception. Very sad.

I’ll keep this simple. Dr and is the best Dr I’ve ever had by a long shot. I actually look forward to my visits. I always leave feeling so much better in every way. I’ll never use anyone else for me and my family. If you need a great Dr to help you with your health and wellness do yourself a favor and meet this man.

Didnt offer me any sort of test unless i asked? just threw medicine at me, never got diagnosed and lied to me, didnt seem to want to help at all really and charged me for medicine I didnt need. I visted more then a dozen times and i still have the illness. Such a Great doctor!

I've been here several times. This doctor and office is probably the best I've been to. Called during lunch break - still answered the phone to let me know. Made an appointment for 4 - doctor called me in at 4:01. This is my third or fourth time here. Very happy.

The clinic is good. Dr Chris is good. The only thing is they always over book and even after booking an appoitment it is insane wait. Too much wait for your turn. They should change that to provide better service.

Cancelled my appointment 1pm and was told the doctor would call me instead between 2pm and 4pm. Never received a call. Very unprofessional. Better go elsewhere

They don’t answer or return any calls. They Changes our doctor without even informing.

The clinic and doctors are ok if you have a minor cold or sore throat type of thing.
