Staff and management in the past were lovely. This evening I had a threatening experience by the new manager Nicole and a female staff member here. Staff and management not trained how to interact with customers, nor is training given to all staff members on to operate the cash register, and how to conduct themselves in front of consumers. When I confronted management about her behavior, she backed down but lied. I cannot recommend anymore and I won't be back. PS: It's a burden for them to deal with cash and management prefers texting on her phone and bopping to rave music being blasted in the pharmacy now. Products are also more expensive than elsewhere E.g. SVR lip care is €8 here, but €6 in Fermoy and €5 elsewhere. Uriage hand cream is €10 here and €8 elsewhere. That's €4 more for two items here than other pharmacy's. It's up to you if you wish to put up with hostility and being ripped off here.

Staff are fine, if a little distant. The main issue here is the price of prescription items. I spent €104 on medication here but will be refunded just €51 by the drugs payment scheme. There will always be a shortfall between the reimbursement price and the amount you get charged in the pharmacy, it's to be expected, but that is an insane discrepancy. Plus, I had to call in a total of 3 times to actually get the medication I had purchased as they kept a/ not ordering enough of it and b/giving whatever they had to other people. Won't be making this mistake again. I'd advise using Pure or Healthwave for Prices or Haven for customer care (and they aren't too expensive either). Nobody should be charging this level of mark-up on medication.

have been going to this chemist for a couple years and generally found them helpful until recently. my father normally takes his tablets twice day at 250mg but the chemist changed this without telling him resulting in him taking double the dosage twice a day(very dangerous!!). when asked about this change and why we weren't notified about it we were told we should of read the label and that it was our fault, no apology given. do not recommend this place to anyone, as something like this could result in serious harm and should never have happened .

I waited an hour with my baby for a prescription that they then didn't have in stock. I was told it would be 30 minutes, so we walked around in the cold for 30 mins and came back and waited there for another 30 mins. The receptionist gave no apology just said 'its not my fault.' An apology or a little empathy would have gone a long way. I live 5 mins away but I won't be returning.

I collect my prescriptions from here. Generally, they're fine. The service isn't the fastest but it's not the slowest either. The staff are grand, not rude or overly friendly The pharmacy's location is superb, also. It's located right next to College Gate Clinic, so if you currently go to a GP that is far from a pharmacy, maybe consider switching to College Gate.

Really recommend this pharmacy. All of the staff in Chambers are helpful and friendly. I have had no issues with my monthly prescriptions which I have been getting here for close to a year. Any time I need anything the staff go above and beyond and order anything I need for me and the prices are always good compared to other pharmacies.

Awfull .experince .my mother purchased a bottle of shower gel .mistaken bought men's one .she s in her 80 s they would nt change for her even thou she had reciept. Disgracfull attitude to have towards are older generation ..for the sake of a 5 euro sale . You would like to think they would be more considerate

Finding the staff have just gotten worse in this place after this months script we will be all changing some of them just need an attitude adjustment I find gavin can be really nice and helpful

Came in to pick up some medication for my cough and didn't know which medication i should choose. The staff where kind enough to help me get the right one! Service was generally fast!
