I was so excited to buy my Nike Air Max's 30th anniversary shoes which had 3.26 embroided and is the same day as my birthday . Well anyways this employee jokingly asked for my stickers that came with my shoes , I said no bro I'm good. As I paid I didn't think to look inside the box for my stickers but as soon as I got home I see my kid got his Jordan stickers then I open mines and not a damn sticker . That damn employee took my stickers because the employee helping me showed me the stickers that I was getting and placed them in the box . Good service but poor staff stealing stickers that they can't afford smh

It was ok it's been 5 years since I stopped by The level of service has dropped I'm used to people coming up asking what kind of shoe are you looking The young man who was wearing an orange shoe and a lime shoe He was helpful but I'll be back

Terrible customer service. I placed a order on 12/14 and did not receive a notification till 12/23 that my shoes are not in stock and had been issued a refund but of course I haven’t so I had to go the the store and the employees are rude.

It was ok basic help I had to go up to someone and three of them were just standing around , if I had access to get the shoes and pay myself it would have been the same as the help I got, but store looked clean and shoes are available .

Sales lady & sales guy on the floor were too busy talking about her personal life & relationship flaws that not once did they turn to ask me if I needed any help. So I just grabbed what I could find and paid for it.
