Always great food. Although I had to remind the manager that the cashier that does not wear gloves should not be touching any kitchen objects. That is a health hazard. She contaminated the entire kitchen. You can not touch cash and cards then touch food equipment. That was their first warning.

Food was good but the customer service wasn’t. You have to raise your voice for them to be able to hear you. And they seem not a happy people. Can you atleast smile to your customers and be more friendly instead of giving them unhappy face.

The team today graciously took my order and made my meal without mentioning it was well past their hours of operation! Just wow'd me not a complaint was uttered or that I didn't get turned away. Great service!

Charley's Cheesesteaks is the only place I go to get food in this food court. No matter the time of day, the sandwich is the same-perfect! 4 stars for atmosphere because, well, food court. More

Cashiers either struggle with understanding English (not being sarcastic) or they are purposefully rude. The ultimate fries were delicious though. More

Both times I’ve come it’s been incredibly slow. Horrible service too. The employees get mad at you. Like I’ve been waiting for 30 min for just fries.
