I asked for super natural looking highlights on my hair which already had an ombre...and the people at charming decided to put in bright blonde streaks into my hair with 0 blending. I even told her while she was bleaching my hair that I didn't think it was blended and looked natural but she merely brushed off my comment and continue to paint zebra stripes on my hair. I spent $150 and cried for days after my hair was utterly ruined. It looked absolutely atrocious and completely unnatural- I was in utter shock that I paid money to look like this. None of my friends could believe that these were salon results - they all told me it looked like a bad at-home dye job. The salon seemed really unhygienic, the products also smelt so cheap and stung my scalp. Thank goodness I went to a proper salon afterwards and they fixed everything that Charming ruined.

my mum and I have been visiting Charming for over a year now, and every visit has been great. Both of us have gotten our eyebrows threaded a million times and somehow Anam Di shapes my brows so beautifully. My mum has gotten her hair henna and hair cuts from Aakansha Aunty. I have gotten my hair cut short, my hair dyed, a facial done, me and my friends got our formal makeup and hair done, and countless of eyebrow threadings and they have all been done wonderfully. The place is small but makes you feel at “home” and whenever we go it is great to see Anam di and aakansha Aunty. If you ever need a consult, they both can be very informative and helpful. They don’t force you into anything and give you useful tips. Fantastic place that my mum and I will continue going to for a while, keep up the good work!

I had hair spa and haircut done at the charming and hair salon. Before the treatment my hair was quite rough but after the treatment my hair was so soft and smooth it was unbelievable. I do not have words to thank them. My daughter's hairs were badly tangled. When I contacted them they asked me to bring her immediately so that it does not get worse. Both Annie and Akanksha spent almost 2 hours to untangle, and then style them. My daughter is very pleased. We will never go anywhere else now :)
